Stopped in for an oil change with our truck camper strapped in our pickup truck bed. Took us in no problem. Service was quick and everyone there was really friendly and helpful. Made great suggestions for maintaining our truck without being pushy. Would recommend to anyone, as this was probably the best oil change experience we've ever had!

Went in for an oil change. Needed a new signal light. Turns out that the signal light has an issue which the dealership will need to handle. No charge for the new signal because they couldn't get it to work. Then I was given a discount for the service I had done. Got a quote for future work. Will definitely go back to this place. Great service!!!

Very pleased with the service. The manager, Brennan?, was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know that Jiffy Lubes did mechanical repairs until we talked. I thought it was only fluid changes. Like me, I don't think most people know that. Anyway, I'll be back.

I'm not from here, so I was a little hesitant about stopping in - but I am so glad I did. The service felt personal, and everyone was so kind. It was also super quick and convenient. I would 100% come back!

Was a drive up and they fit me in quicker than they thought! All employees were friendly and diligent with their work. They vacuumed my car and I was getting an oil change.! Dealer didn t do that! I will be back!

The employees did fine, but your system and the amount you charge is a joke.What's up with these iPads that the driver is expected to fill out? Horrible iPads I couldn't even add @ for the email.I can tell your employees are embarrassed about your set up and outrageous charges for an oil change.

When I got there, there was already a pretty long line of people but that was understandable because I went on Dec23rd. Everything was fine until I turned my car on after I got my oil changed. It was having difficulty turning on and when I finally got the car to turn over, it was shaking and stuttering on the gas. I turned back around to ask about it and they told me that my alternator was faulty and that my battery needed to be replaced. I decided to go to AutoZone to have them do a wellness check and when they opened the hood, the workers at JiffyLube had left something unplugged. Once we plugged that in, my car ran completely normal. Wish I could put this as 0 stars

I have been to several different oil change locations in and around Nashville, Franklin and Chattanooga, and have never had such a great experience as I had this morning at this location. All of the guys working were so kind and nice and they even vacuumed out my floorboards for me when I ran to the bathroom. I appreciate them so much and they should all get raises and make this your normal oil change place if you live close!Service: Oil change

I give 2 stars because at least the oil was changed. My air filter was not replaced correctly. I go to look at my engine and see a broken piece that somehow they didn t mention which is part of my air intake. I guess because I m female they thought I didn t know what was going on. I can do my own work but I don t have time or energy to do it nowadays. I went to school for it. Didn t even top off my coolant. They said the previous crew all walked out.Did I mention it took an hour for all this? I usually go to Valvoline and always get wonderful service no matter which one I have been to. If you value your money and vehicle do not come here.

These guys are great. I made a series of small poor choices and put myself and my pickup truck in a bad spot at the Costco parking lot. Luckily, I walked over to the Jiffy line Kobi and Jevon were there to help out non paying customer in a tough spot. There were great and I will never get an oil change/other car services anywhere else!

This Jiffy Lube goes absolutely above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. I needed some assistance with a battery install and the team all worked together to help solve the issue with my car and completely exceeded all my expectations with visiting a mechanic. Went somewhere else first for a nail in my tire, said they couldn't plug it and it would be $250 for a new tire... came here to Jiffy Lube next to Costco and they plugged the nail hole no problem in about 10 minutes!!
