Kris is the man! After no shops were willing to touch my car due to it being too low and wanting stretched tires. Kris was able to get done exactly what I needed and mounted a 225/35 on my 9.5 inch wheel. Will definitely be back in the future when I need more tires!

This was actually my first time working with Firestone but I was so happy with the service. Everything from the initial phone call to the final quote on a CVI was efficient and helpful. They saved me over $5000 on a car I was looking to buy, all for $10! So thankful and appreciative of the staff that helped.

For the past 15 years, Tim & the people at Firestone Brentwood have always been super-informative about the repairs they are making to my car as well as giving me pertinent suggestions for upcoming maintenance. I can trust my car will be in & out in a timely manner and I could not be any happier with their work & customer service.

Left my car around 10am this morning for a complete car care, oil change, and wheel alignment/tire rotation. Was told they could not find the wheel lock key. At 1pm I called and left a verbal agreement to perform what they needed. It s 5:35 and Im still waiting for my car. This is not my regular store, but I work in Brentwood and thought it was easier to leave it while I was at work to get it worked on. Bad idea. I came back to the store at 4:40pm. It s been nearly an hour waiting. The experience has been so frustrating for me. The lady upfront was nice though.

The folks at the Brentwood location always do a great job for me and are thorough and explain all work done. I have many options on places to take my car for service through the National account for my program car. In the past three years, Firestone at the Brentwood location has been my exclusive service provider and will be moving forward for my current vehicle and the next one that I get in 2024.Keep up the great work! Had a flat tire and after I visited two different places that were not able to solve the issue in time, I ended at this shop. Not only they had the spare tire I needed available in a couple of hours, also offered me three different brand options, and also were flexible to schedule two appointments that fit perfectly with my schedule. +++

I have been twice to this store in the last 3-4 months. Each time I was turned away with an incorrect diagnoses. The first time I was told that my transmission was bad and that I needed to see another shop. After taking 2 days to get to the shop I was told that my transmission was fine and that my power steering pump was bad. The last time I went I had a loud ticking/knocking sound from my engine. Without even MOVING my van into the shop they called me and told me I needed a new vehicle and my engine was shot with a 'rod knock'. After taking it to another shop because I thought I needed a new engine, I was told that something broke around the timing belt area. I will never be visiting this store again. They are QUICK to take your money if they feel like fixing it and even QUICKER to to turn you away to avoid being a good mechanic and doing the work.

I came in at noon on Christmas Eve with 2 nails in my tires. John and Cayce were super friendly. They didn t have the tire in stock so they called around and found one. One of their colleagues picked it up and they had it installed before closing at 4pm. I was able to my my Christmas Eve plans on time thanks to the Brentwood Firestone team. It was an amazingly painless and easy experience!

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the weekend. Upon returning to our vehicle after shopping (about 4:00 PM) we noticed a low tire indicator. A Google search gave us three options close to our location for tire repair as it was losing air quickly. We chose Firestone Auto Care, 7029 Church Street E. My husband explained we were from out of town and quite a distance from our hotel but were told they were too busy and could not help us. I would give this store 0 stars for customer service if it were possible.

I was visiting from New York and experienced car trouble the day I was supposed to leave. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and they were able to fit me in to their schedule and repair the vehicle that day. They were understanding and sympathetic with my situation. Today, this Firestone service center lost my business (10 years and 5 existing vehicles) due to a single, indefensible experience. The manager, Tim R. was not there and unfortunately it showed. The cost of doubling down on petty behavior.Drove around the corner to TIRE DISCOUNTERS who asked for me to remain in my Expedition while they repaired my tire in less than 15 min after a 30-min wait. Provided me with a time to file an executive complaint at the Bridgestone headquarters here in Nashville. (Something I never do)BTW, I just went inside to pay, and TIRE DISCOUNTERS told me, don t worry about it !!! I described my experience at Firestone where they just lost my business after 10 years with 5 vehicles, and explained how my next step is to write a five star review of these two kids.What a great story!(FYI I m the guy who does not complain at a service center because of how hard I know everyone is always working and how tough it is to keep good people these days. I am the one who advocates for the service team if a customer is being rude. Over the years, I must have shared my positive perspective with dozens of people in the area and described how great my experience has always been with Firestone and Tim. They are not just losing a customer, they are losing an advocate for them and Firestone.)

My wife brought the car in with one slow tire leak, and one fast tire leak e.g., a tire that was well on its way to going flat after she ran over something. The team treated her well and got the job done on-time and as-promised. They were communicative, explained all of the options to her, and really did good work. I love this Firestone. The customer service is excellent and each one of the guys who have worked with me are knowledgable and friendly. I often worry with auto places about being swindled or over sold, but I know at Firestone in Brentwood, I'm always well taken care of. I now live almost an hour away from this location, but I drive down when I need my car serviced because I trust Tim and his guys to look out for me and take care of my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Brought car for an alternator repair. Was quoted 2300! When I asked for the breakdown I realized they were charging 700 for alternator. The Mechanic on nokesnsvilke pike quoted 277 for the same part. They are extremely overpriced.When I said I would take the car elsewhere they charged 37.00 for checking the battery which I told them was new and had just been boosted by the tow company that brought it there. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and just bring if directly to The Mechanic Shop on Nolensville Pike. They have incredible reviews and are less than half the price.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car in for a wheel bearing while traveling to Florida. Said I needed rear brakes and wanted $600 for that. Recommend a bunch of other stuff I don't need and didn't even check out the wheel bearing. Drove 65 the rest of the way to Florida and found a local mechanic to do the wheel bearing, noise went away.

I was visiting from out of town and noticed a nail near the wall of the tire. I had bought the tire from TiresPlus, which they own, so I thought to visit them and see if they could help. Walked in and, even though the guy was nice, never got up to check the tire. Never offer to see if they carry the tire, since I have warranty on it, or if another location could help. Instead, offered me an appointment for 3 days. In my opinion, the situation could have been handled differently. I ended up going to Discount Tire and they were happy to help me.

Great place for a visitor with a slow leek in a tire. They were really nice and got me in first thing in the morning and had my tire fixed in under an hour! ($20). They are very busy, but I take that to be good thing when locals trust them that much. Really nice, professional staff.

Complete Joke of a Firestone. Very disappointing. I was charged about 150 dollars to get told "my car has to much rust and they cant do anything" not even my free tire rotation. I took the "rusted out car" to another Firestone and they had NO ISSUES replacing my tie rod and doing the wheel aliment and tire rotation. Brentwood Firestone Doesn't care about fixing your car unless its a brand new car that has no issues.Service: Steering & suspension repair
