Found a jeep online, lived a state away. Michael was so helpful! He was always a call or text away. Best decision we made was biting the bullet and trusting him. Jeep came by delivery and better than the photos! Only wish he was closer for our future buys! Highly recommend him and this place

Before and after pics of just what they did to the outside, not counting everything they did to replace all the speakers. One stop shop for everything. Even had leather with heating and cooling put in my 2021 rav 4 as well.

I can't say enough great things about AutoPro of Nashville. These guys should write a book on customer service. Wade was the one in particular who handled my deal, and he took amazing care of me. I originally bought a 1998 4Runner from them a year ago, and before I left, they told me if I ever wanted to sell it to come back to them. So I did! I was looking at new 4runners, and Wade said he could help me find one, even though they didn't have one on the lot. He found exactly what I was looking for in Texas, had it shipped to Nashville, added wheels, tires, and tinting to it. Needless to say, they went above and beyond to make the car buying experience as painless and easy as possible. I can't recommend them enough, and will always go back when looking for a new vehicle.

I recently had a car stereo installed for my Jeep at this business. I ask lots of questions. Thus, Wade and his staff were exceptional and extremely friendly in answering those questions. I hope to do business with this local establishment again in the future. For car stereos, they offer several affordable options, and I was glad I connected with this shop for these reasons.

I consistently recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers!Mike was hands down the best guy to go to for anything cars. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and he really talked me through my options and helped me find the best car for my family. He made me feel as if I was his only customer and often went above and beyond while working with me. I can't say enough good things about him and will always come back to him for all of my future auto purchases. Also, Wade in accessories is wonderful to work with. I appreciate all of the time put into ensuring all of the fun additions were ready for me when I came to pick my truck up. The kids love the sub and take turns as to who sits in the 3rd row. I feel confident recommending AutoPro because they continuously show me that good business is their priority.

I bought a Nissan Frontier from AutoPro and had the pleasure of speaking and communicating (emails, texts) with both Michael and Wade. Their down to earth nature, honesty, and flexibility gave me confidence I could buy from them, at a distance, a truck that was a "good deal" on car gurus. They had good pictures of the truck on their website, and a video and good narrative write up about the vehicle. They answered all my questions. They set up the car hauler and the financing, and we completed all the paperwork digitally. The whole process was easy, and their knowledge, professionalism, and good nature made the car buying experience smooth and fast. I appreciate their wonderful service, and highly recommend them both!!

Wade, Chris and team are outstanding. I purchased my leer and Thule accessories from Auto Pro and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently had an issue with my Thule roof rack that was caused by a car wash. Wade and Chris stayed late on a Friday to fix my issue. If you are looking for auto accessories you should check them out.

Took my daughter in to buy a used car. Mike was so great. I don't think I've ever had a good car buying experience until now. You need to go if you're looking for a good used car and an awesome no haggling buying experience.

If you are looking to buy a car at a dealership that is unlike so many others, one that cares for you and your family and will follow through to make sure you are completely satisfied, AutoPro is the place you will want to go. Be sure to ask for Mark Jackson when you walk in. He is very kind and does not push you to make a quick decision. He knows that such a purchase is one that means a lot and genuinely cares about making sure your next vehicle is one you can count on. My husband and I recently bought a Toyota 4Runner from AutoPro, and they could not have been nicer. Whenever we had questions, we called Mark, and he was always there for us. The owner of AutoPro, Wade, also made us feel like family, and never dismissed our needs or concerns. We also want to thank Derrick for his expertise in car maintenance and for helping make sure our 4Runner is solid and will provide for our family for many years to come. Because of Mark's understanding and commitment to our family, we will definitely be back!! This place is run by lying crooks. Specifically Wade, the owner.We purchased our vehicle on November 7th with the understanding that AutoPro would pay to replace the damaged wheel bearing (as indicated in our paperwork THEY filled out). We spent hundreds of our own dollars to figure out it was a rear wheel bearing (their mechanics couldn t figure it out). The rear wheel bearing is more expensive than what they wanted to pay. My husband called Wade for WEEKS, and Wade continually said trust me, I m going to take care of it . Eventually, Wade started ignoring the calls. When we finally went into their offices, Wade said I m not paying for that wheel bearing .We were set up to buy multiple vehicles from this place. This experience has been so horrific, I suggest no one buy a vehicle here. The salesmen lie, and the mechanics do not know what they re doing. Avoid at all cost!

I am really very happy with their overall customer service skills. Wade and Michael Dennis are very nice gentlemen and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied. They are not just car salesman but real humans who are sensitive to your financial stability and will work with you to fit your needs and budget. I highly recommend them and driving a thousand miles to buy my car from them is all well worth the trip. Hats off to AutoPro of Nashville and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Superb experience purchasing our new used car at AutoPro! Michael was easy to work with, friendly, and accommodating, and when they say "the price is the price," they mean it. Absolutely no haggling, nobody trying to upsell you on rust coats or needless warranties, and a fair price for a great car. We will be back to look for our next vehicle for sure!

My college age son needed a new car. He found a Ford Fusion he liked via internet searches at AutoPro. When we arrived, Michael provided best in class customer service from beginning to end. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle as much as we needed. He carefully explained the purchase process for my son. Being in the auto finance industry for 25+ years myself, I found his knowledge to be both accurate and helpful for someone financing their first car. He obtained a better interest rate for us than my son's bank offered. Michael also filled up the tires with air and checked the emissions for any problems before we left the car lot. Michael and AutoPro exceeded my expectations.

Amazing, kind, and professional. From my phone call to meeting in person, everyone I talked to here was very nice and helped me out a lot with buying a car. Michael walked me through everything and he was very thorough, could answer all of my questions ( I had a lot ), and he did everything with a smile and friendly attitude. I m very happy with my car I got from here, and the overall experience left me wanting to come back again. If you need a used car, or new parts for an upgrade, I would highly recommend coming here.

I bought a Toyota sight unseen. Michael and Wade were so helpful, answering all my questions about the truck. They even gave me a link to look up recalls ( which it had a few) and they took it to Toyota and had them all fixed for free before shipping the truck. After the truck arrived I brought it to my mechanic and received a good bill of health. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the price was the cheapest I found for the exact truck I wanted. I will definitely do business with them again.

I can't say enough good things about Michael at Auto Pro of Nashville. I didn't buy a car from him personally but my girlfriend did and he went to great lengths to make comfortable when making her first car purchase. One thing in particular I appreciated is that he didn't act like a car salesman. He was personable and patient and truly gave sound recommendations and advice. Check them out if you are looking to purchase a new car.

Wade was STRAIGHT UP with us early last week. Gave us a fair deal on the Honda Pilot that we traded in... and then gave us a very nice deal on the Ford Escape that we purchased from him. I respect his honesty, and the fact that he clearly is not aiming to "get rich" off of anyone -- but rather to run a fair, decent, ethical, and honest business of turning cars around by getting folks the pre-owned car that they are looking for. He has a wide range of options too. Great purchase! Thanks Wade. :) I highly recommend AutoPro of Nashville!

I worked with Wade and I was able to get a car and everything worked out within 30minutes to a hour. By far the best Experience I ve ever had while car shopping. Very professional and all around a great guy I will definitely be sending friends and family his way! 5 stars for sure! I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen from AutoPro and could not be happier with the buying experience. Beginning with Gabriel, who was very helpful in coordinating and communicating with me, and Michael who was very knowledgeable and expertly facilitated the buying process. The very low pressure, completely transparent atmosphere is a complete departure from used car sales stereotypes. 100% recommend these guys!

Without a doubt Mike Dennis is the best salesman I have ever had the privilege to work with on a vehicle. I have brought,sold, and traded a lot of vehicles over the years and he is the easiest and most informative salesperson to work with. The owner Wade is also very friendly and easy to work with. Wade and Mike were amazing! I've bought cars from Nissan, Ford, and Volkswagen dealerships however Auto Pro of Nashville was the most friendly, no pressure, best price, most friendly experience I've ever had buying a car. They are good people so if you're looking for a car please swing by and give them a chance!

Michael was a great guy to deal with. We got my wife a dodge dart from here. When we went to look at the car, Michael told us to take it for a test drive and not just around the block, take it for a good ride. He said if we like it we'll get the ball rolling, and if not we'll part ways and all is good. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new ride.

I came in looking to trade away from a bad deal I had gotten into from Wyatt Johnson Ford. Michael Dennis took me under his wing and worked with me 1 one 1 until we found a way out of that bad deal. He was not trying to sell me on something I did not need but genuinely wanted to help me. I found a car I loved on the lot and he worked for weeks with the bank going back and forth to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my new terms. They took care of anything I needed in terms of car repairs. These are genuinely great people YOU CAN TRUST and are not looking to take advantage of you like all big dealership are. The best part is if he doesn't have what you want on the lot he can go get it. These guys take care of anything from automotive repair to window tint. I have no need to ever take the car anywhere else. And I now know where every one of my cars in the future are coming from AUTOPRO!!!!!

If you're looking for a no-nonsense, non-car dealership experience, then you'll want to visit Autopro of Nashville. I can't recall a more simpler, less intimidating approach to a car buy as this was. We got a very fair price on a car for our son (his first car) after visiting and speaking with the traditional car dealers who were offering older, dinged up cars at a higher cost. We did have an issue with the car about a week after having it and Wade and his team took the car and got it repaired. I really have nothing to complain about and will definitely have AutoPro on the list for when we have to look for another car.

This dealership and the terrific owner, Wade, came highly recommended to me by customers who had been very happy with their dealings. I can't say enough good things about this business! I got a very fair financial deal, the SUV had been well taken-care of when it came in before it was available for sale, and after I bought the car they continued to be beyond helpful. I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else in the future! A really women-as-buyers friendly atmosphere!

I can't recommend AutoPro of Nashville enough to do it justice. My first ever vehicle buying experience and Mike made it smooth and easy. I went to a few bigger dealerships and the difference was night and day compared to how they treat you at AutoPro. No pressure to buy or push you into a deal you don't want. Mike and everyone else there were honest and genuinely wanted to help get what was right for me. Although I didn't have a lot of credit established, Mike found me an awesome credit union to finance the vehicle at a great rate and took his time to explain everything a first time car buyer like myself needed to know.I'm loving the new truck so far and it was at a very fair price. If your looking for a new vehicle I'd highly recommend checking out what AutoPro of Nashville has in there inventory first.
