We experience top-notch customer service every time we bring my Audi A8 in for service at the Brentwood location, from the initial scheduling phone call to completion. Upon early arrival, we were greeted by Robert, the manager, and that was a class act and appreciated. We were extremely satisfied with Justin s professionalism in providing an impeccable customer service experience that exceeded far beyond our expectations. It goes with saying that his ability to keep us informed and comfortable during our wait was superb!

Great experience. Had a rebooting issue with my MMI. They got me in within a few days, gave me a really nice well-appointed A4 loaner. The technician sent me a video summary in front of my car. The receipt had the most detailed summary of exactly what the issue was and the length they went to in order to get it resolved. I asked them not to wash it and they obliged. Car was ready same day. No charge since it is a CPO. This was a perfect experience.

Quick routine oil change. they did not try to up sale me on any items like some service centers do. Just make sure if you have a coupon it is shown to them BEFORE you hand over keys. When we made the appt, we told them we had coupon but forgot to show the email at drop off. Lots of paperwork had to be done at pickup time when I showed email at pickup

The service department always does a great job and Taylor is a very attentive, excellent employee.The call center is a different experience altogether. Twice now I have needed significant information about a service or repair and they offer no help at all. This is very unlike the call system I have used from 2020 when I purchased the car, til last fall. It is not up to Audi standards in any way. The desk staff states it is outsourced - and in my opinion, this would affect my decision to stay an Audi customer.

I recently visited Audi Nashville Brentwood location for car service, and I must say, their customer service is top-notch. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and valued. The service department staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient.What impressed me the most was their shuttle service. Not only did they promptly drop me off at my destination while my car was being serviced, but they also picked me up right on time. The shuttle driver was courteous and made the ride comfortable.I appreciate their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.If you re looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Audi Nashville Brentwood. Highly reliable service center with the techs on hand! I ve dealt with Tyson & Taylor, both were super helpful & did an awesome job keeping me informed on any wear & tear on my vehicle. Any work that gets done(oil change, tire change, etc) takes a couple hours but have loaners ready if requested prior to appointment which is great if you have errands to do before your car is ready!

The facility is nice but I didn t hear a single good morning or see a single smile. My A4 has always been serviced at Audi of Seattle and I was disappointed with the Nashville hospitality at your location. I moved to Nashville a year and a half ago (3 rd visit to Audi). I was at your location close to 3 hours for an oil change and my car is amazing. Not sure that I will keep coming back to Audi for service after many years of satisfied friendly staff. What is funny is that my Boss (SVP) said this was her experience at your location too ( not sure you are aware of your reputation). I saw it this visit and was sorry that your staff cannot enjoy work a bit more to welcome those that support their livelihood. We have choices in Nashville and my love of your product was overshadowed by your poor service hospitality.

I had a very serious repair to navigate. Tyson Gomez, rockstar service representative, made everything easy for me. He explained issues and choices beautifully and together with the service technician went out of his way to explore alternative solutions and then gave me the time I needed to make my decision. Repairs were completed, I didn t go bankrupt, and my satisfaction rating could not be higher. Thank you!

These guys were fantastic. I blew out my rim and tire passing through Nashville on Friday night. Tow truck hauled car to dealership. Justin called at 830...got my car back around 3 pm and back on the road to Georgia. Great polite and prompt service.

Nice people . S L O W service . 3 hours (quoted 2 hours max) for an oil change . Then greeted with silicone mats full of water because they washed the car and mats putting them back wet and full of water . Not fun to be greeted with that after waiting three hours. A minor mat clip was scheduled to be repaired and only found out it wasn t repaired or even ordered for service appt when I was checking out ! So that s always fun to find out after you think you re done.

Lindsey at the Brentwood location is amazing. Helped me decide what to do in my situation and saved me from a headache. She is the absolute best and should rewarded for her superb customer service. She even offered to help me if I had questions in buying another Audi!!! Cannot recognize Lindsey enough. Exceptional!!!!

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Tom Russell was very knowledgeable and made the purchase process easy and smooth. Awesome place! The only thing that come be better is just letting the customers know if you are behind on the washing of their vehicle and give them the choice of approving to stay and wait or decline it. Overall great job Audi

Taylor took care of me! I drove in from Memphis, TN rescheduling a later appointment for the same day online. Though the appointment confirmation email and text showed I'd have a loaner, once I arrived my appointment showed as a drop off on his end 10-20-23. So after tallying up the possible returns and inventory of loaners needed for other customers he came up with scheduling a car rental through Enterprise with the dealership discounted rate because there weren't enough loaner cars available. I just had to pay for my car rental. Ideally I wouldn't have liked to pay for a rental when I could've had a loaner which was confirmed to be available when I rescheduled my appointment online, which needs to be fixed ASAP, but I was glad to have a vehicle to go back home in. My car was in the shop for a week(ready 10-27-23 as promised) due to the cause of my AC not blowing cold air because of the evaporator. Thank you Jesus the part had an extended warranty by Audi!! Though I do have extended warranty coverage through Fidelity! I was able to leave my car at the dealership because I made plans to travel elsewhere the weekend my car was ready to be picked up and I didn't want to do the extensive driving all in one day! So I picked my car up Monday 10-30-23. Audi Nashville did an excellent job with my car though the windshield got cracked during the process a new windshield was replaced! Taylor was positive throughout the entire process and I really liked that the technician sent a video showing my vehicle in the shop and letting me know the results of my 27 point inspection. Audi Nashville has my business I will just have to make sure I have a loaner secured and if I want to travel outside of Tennessee while in possession of the loaner I will rent a separate car rental as I know I'm not to travel outside of the state of Tennessee in the loaner! Thank you Audi Nashville!!

Greeted at prescribed appointment time by pleasent Kirsten my advisor. Explained what services I wanted as she inspected vehicle. I received text message with services performed for my approval. Relaxed in customer waiting area and had latte. I was advised vehicle was ready and paid the approved bill and led to my vehicle. The time waiting was less than I thought it would be.

Audi Service Center is always very accommodating. I am able to get service scheduled quickly and easily. The staff is very professional and friendly. After inspection, they will recommend the service my car needs but I have never been pressured to get the service done. Ray Holland, Lou Chau, Scott Weissman, Gobo Jiggo, and Jose Duenas all did a fantastic job. The car I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. It was used, but very clean and detailed to perfection- looking like new. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and nice-going out of their way to make sure the deal was correct. Truly the best service and sales experience I have ever had and I have been buying cars for over 30 year! I drove from Ohio to purchase this vehicle and will back when it is time to purchase another.

Tyson Gomez, my service agent, always greets me by name when he sees me. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the service thats due on my car. The worse experience I have ever had. My car was at the service center for two months. I was not able to get a loaner because I was out of town. When finally, supposedly, the issue was corrected, I got into the car and noticed that the engine light was on. It took another 6hrs for the repair. Also, I wish someone had told me about a lounge with massage chairs that had upstairs. That would make my hours of waiting a bit more pleasant.The communication was absolutely terrible from day one. I have dealt with other Audi dealers, and never had any issues. They went out of their way to make me happy.The only reason I chose Nashville was because it was closer for my daughter to drive. I will not be returning to that dealer any time soon. The whole experience was very disappointing.

I had a great experience with Justin Wright, service advisor. He presented all of the information clearly and in detail, answered all of my questions, and did not push any repairs that my car truly did not need.
