I had to replace the DEF tank in our 2021 Duramax due to a heater malfunction, I managed to get a tank shipped to Andrew's parts department direct from Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet in Jackson Ms over night. No dealer was able to install immediately due to diesel service tech availability and the size of the truck. Andrew's Cadillac didn't have a lift big enough either to do this, but that was ok i had a plan. I went ahead and installed the tank myself but still needed the new tank programmed to the vehicle. I spoke with Bryant in the service department before I left to install the tank and he assured me his tech could program it. I left, installed the tank and called Bryant a few hrs later to let him know I was headed back to get it programmed. All this happened on a Friday. A few hrs later all programming was done without issues and everything was back to normal. Thank you for fitting me in with very short notice.

We were traveling through Nashville on our way to California. Our check engine light came on, and we needed to get service. We arrived early on Monday morning and the service Rep Brad was helpful, personable, and courteous. They identified and fixed our problem quickly. All the while ensuring that we were comfortable and giving us sightseeing ideas. The email we received after our service had been completed tells the story of why Adrews Cadillac is amazing. Brad our service representative was a complete gem and we thank him and how he handled our issues and concerns.

First off we recieved no greeting or welcome when we initially arrived for our appointment although there were at least four service people just standing at their stations. The service guy wanted the valet key but we had property secured in the glove box so we declined that request and that seemed to bother him, then when we finally got the car dropped off for it's first oil change and we get it back damaged. First the service guy said he didn't know what we had going on then put his finger in his mouth and rubbed his dirty finger all over the damaged area making it worse; Then he came back with some chemical he said would fix it but didn't; finally the service manager Katie was made aware of the situation and immediately claimed they had not caused the damage then basically accused us of lying saying that she could go on the internet and say she was Barbie but it wouldn't be true. Absolute lunacy!Katie Carter has the worst customer service I have ever experienced here at Andrew's Cadillac (we've purchased several vehicles here over the years), not sure why she was given this position but she does not exude a passion for service or the care that people expect from Cadillac. This minor issue could have been easily remedied but instead has cost them their stars on Google and all of our future business. We will never be back and suggest anyone who cares about their vehicles and the service they receive never frequent this dealership ever again. What a smug and judgmental female, smh, Do Better Andrew's...

The service Dept is so efficient. I literally called them on a Friday afternoon and told them my car was having trouble and they said come on over. When I arrived in less than an hour, they had a vehicle ready for me to drive. They were friendly & fast, very personable. They go the extra mile. I had my car back by Tuesday and they called Monday to fill me in on the issue. Ann & Katie are excellent as well as the others.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Oil change

Andrews Cadillac s Service department is THE BEST. Crest is closer to us, but we drive to Andrews to work with them instead. Bridget is our service advisor, and she s great!
