I live about 20 mins from this location but it is the nearest to me. I needed brake pads and rotars for my vehicle. I was given wrong parts. I ended up making 2 extra trips. Once to take back the brakes and again to return the rotars. I have this problem consistently with this location. My advice would be to double check before you leave to save hassle.

Really wish you would train your employees. Had someone pick up a part. Literally sent all information to include vin code and a picture and still can't get it right. Now I'm out time and money making a second trip because of incompetence. And tell them an idler pulley doesn't change by 2wd or 4wd.

UPDATE: New hired staff shuffles through the part search system to fast. Ex parts that fit a 4 cylinder are different from 6 cylinder.They need to slow down and sell the correct parts for the correct engine. Key word of advice bring in old part to match before leaving until store owner decides to teach her staff.I'll drop stars until improvement.Younger aged staff meeting most of the time, but they do put forth the effort to help customers as much as they can.

Fairly helpful. You tend to stay on hold a good long bit sometimes. They're prices tend to be a bit higher, but I love the fact that they'll check out your car and lend tools to help you out!!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!Jason helped me with a brake light issue and even took the time to make the repair - something I did not expect! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I would definitely recommend the AutoZone in Bolivar TN to everyone!Thank You Again!!
