Taylor's did an amazing job with my car. I hit a deer while on furlough and everywhere was giving me the run around, saying they were weeks or even over a month behind. Taylor's told me to bring it that day and had it finished before other places would have had it in. This helped me tremendously because I don't have rental reimbursement and could be called back at any moment! It's rare that companies have this level of customer service.The work they did was absolutely immaculate. Not only can you not tell the car was in a wreck, it looks better than it did before the wreck! They even waxed the exterior and detailed the interior!I am impressed by Taylor's. Almost makes me want to hit another deer so I can do business with these fine people again (just kidding Progressive).

Went for an estimate for repairs. David was very kind and helpful. Would definitely go back! EDIT ended up choosing Taylor s for my repairs and I just want to say that they all are the kindest people. They kept me in the loop the duration they had my car. Excellent work, they even restored my headlights for me. Family oriented business

Taylor's does outstanding work plus the work with you and your insurance agent so it makes it so easy to get your vehicle fixed....I already have had 2 vehicles given to Taylor's for repair and both times they were fixed perfectly....1. Was a dent in the bed of my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche fixed perfect.2. Was my daughters VW beetle she accidentally hit a dear and I took her car to Taylor's and within 2 weeks we received her car back in perfect shape....I would recommend Taylor's to everyone....

Y'all, I'm just saying...if you take your car anywhere else, you messed up. They did an absolute PHENOMENAL job on my car and got it finished quickly. David and everyone is so sweet and they were so helpful!
