I have been going to Carl's shop for a long time now he is very friendly and I always fair with pricing and work he has helped me every which way he can when it comes to working on my motorcycle this is a great family run business and call his wife and there dog is the best people

bluff city cycle is the best motorcycle shop in the tri city when you order part's they always get it right and and you dont have too wait long for them to get here a#1 place to keep bike's running

Dude knows what he doing but he comes off a bit arrogant and his prices are very steep. However he is willing to work with you to my understanding. I always pay in full so that info comes from a couple of others that i talked to. One guy told me that they held his bike for 2 months while he paid what he could as he could. I thought that was cool. Most shops would not had done that. If you are looking for a new mechanic, i recommend you go talk to him and decide from there. Just make sure to get a stated price, not accepting a "it wont be that much" statement. Will conclude with this; the work he did for me was good quality and done fast but was roughly 25% higher than other shops

Carl is great. He is very professional and knows his stuff from top to bottom. If there is an issue, he can get to the bottom of it and get your bike running great. From now on when my bike needs repairs, it will be taken to Carl at Bluff City Cycle.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Carl has sold and worked on four wheelers for me. Very honest and up front with lots of experience. Would recommend him for any bike fix. This is a professionaly ran business
