Tammy & mike were wonderful to work with, they did everything and went out of their way to help me into the truck I wanted with my bad credit score. I was loosing all hopes on getting into a truck till I came across this place. If you ever need a new ride but need the help and feel like you have no where else to turn, this is the place for you. Thank you for my new truck, you'll always have my business from here on out.

It may be my own fault but I've never been screwed harder in my life 2013 terrain bought and financed had the car less than thirty day days started having issues first with no crank no start then oil consumption problems refused to do anything about the situation. Now I'm stuck paying for 17000 after interest for a piece of junk that doesnt run half the time I need it too with a useless warranty Tha only covers half the cost of repairs. Transmission trouble now and the cost to replace both is around 13500 for car that barely books at 5500 dollars would not recommend going here for vehicle better off buying something outright from facebook and getting less screwed which is what I should of done rather than. Over paying for a pile of scrap. Sleepy dealers suck and do more harm han good for people who need help. Don't get ripped off like I did

Best place to buy a car, very professional, friendly, and They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here when I bought from them. Was glad I ran across this place. After checking the used selection at pretty much every other car lot in the region this place seemed to have the best selection at the most reasonable prices of anywhere I've seen. I was skeptical, but after going there I was glad I ran across them. Very professional and knowledgeable and they got me in a nice vehicle at a great price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

I got my last car here and when I got into an accident ended up getting my new car here again! 10/10, would recommend! I really recommend these great people!! They re fantastic we walked to the car lot and they made sure we had a ride and didn t have to walk anywhere! We lost both our vehicles during the pandemic and have been without one for about 6 months so it was a blessing. They are wonderful people. Go check them out and they don t try to make double what the car is worth either. They have reasonable prices. We will be going back for a second vehicle. Thanks Mike and Tammy.

Mike and Tammy were amazing! So friendly and helpful, while being professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. I had a great buying experience and Mike did everything he could to get me the best deal! Great quality cars, great upkeep and maintenance, great prices! I felt like family instead of just another buyer! I will buy all our future cars with them!

Number one, I really despise car shopping and haggling about price. Words can t describe how cooperative and helpful Mike and Tammy were. They were honest and straight forward about every aspect of the sale. Number two, good luck finding a dealer with better prices considering the condition of their vehicles. The cars are inspected and serviced from a reputable service provider prior to being placed on the lot. They could have easily went a different direction with the sale of our purchase and made more money. I appreciate the fairness and honesty. A+++

If you are an out of town buyer, do NOT deal with this dealership. We spent two days securing the arrangements for a vehicle, $263 renting a car to pick it up and committed to driving 5 hours to purchase. We communicated with them multiple times about how far away we were. Cash in hand. And this is not the first out of state car we ve bought.We were fully committed to the purchase as long as the car was in the condition described when we got there.But all they kept saying is we don t hold cars. They won t take deposits to hold the vehicle. So we ended up hearing the car sold while we were just an hour away with cash in hand.Stick with reputable dealerships that won t screw you over or sell the car out from under you when they know you re coming to buy it.

Buying a car has never been so easy and fast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Bobby Snapp my sales representative....awesome job! Very happy with my purchase of a 2015 Ford Escape SE. I appreciate everything they did for me. Mike went above and beyond helping me get the SUV as my credit isn't the greatest right now. The little truck I was driving was on its last leg so I desperately needed something reliable to get back and forth to work, etc. I'll definitely be a returning customer and will absolutely refer friends and family. Thanks!!!

I have known Mike and Tammy for a long time. I bought an SUV from them a few months ago. Was it perfect...NO. it is a used car! You are not buying a NEW car. It can just have come from the shop...and something happens....something unseen. Each car goes thru the shop...and they are told...if it needs it.... fix it. Every car has new tires. Cars require maintenance and care. Just because it's new to you...does not make it a new car. My point...be prepared to do repairs on any used Car. Best people in the business.Just bought my 3rd car there today...only dealer I deal with.

This place is an amazing place to buy or lease a vehicle from. For once my family had something go our way after losing our vehicle and losing our home because our landlord was selling it and my family was then in a position that we felt like nothing was going our way. We arrived there at 930 in the morning to look. And we found a vehicle that would fit our family perfectly. Bobby the sales rep was super kind and helpful going through the process of getting all of our paperwork and everything taken care of. We had a few ups and downs through the process and Bobby helped keep my fiance from getting overwhelmed with everything. And for once everything lined up perfectly for my family. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience!

I highly recommend buying a car here. Mike was very nice and honest. He made it possible for my 19 year old to buy his first car. This by far was the nicest and hassle free car lot I ve ever been to. The whole inventory is nice and clean all have been serviced and has new tires. I will be doing business with Auto Liquidators in the future. Thanks again.

Mike, Tammy and Art were wonderful! We had been looking for a car for a while and made the hour and a half drive to Auto Liquidators hoping they could help. Our credit was not very good, but they were able to get us in a nice, newer car for a payment we were comfortable with. There was no pressure and they made us feel comfortable with them from the beginning. Mike made sure to take care of an issue we had right away with no struggle. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be sending people their way.

Thank you Bobby and Mike for helping make our experience wonderful. My kids love our 3rd row vehicle. And it pulls our trailer great for a v6 you don't even know it's behind us! Prices on cars are decent, but they won't haggle on the price at all. My husband bought a 2010 Honda Accord here which appeared to be in good condition and he had to put almost $1000 in it immediately after purchase. They promised him a new visor but the owner wouldn't cover it so the salesman did.

I normally do not do reviews but I feel that this place deserves it. I purchased an Acura TSX back in February. Art and Mike were on top of things: called me back when promised, helped me with my credit union,fixed every issue before I signed the papers and even put new tires on it as well. I m now doing a review 10 months later because my car is still as it was the day I drove it off the lot and going strong. If you are in the market for a car give these folks a try and if you re not 100% comfortable about buying due to an issue with the car please let them know, they will get it fixed. In my opinion this lot helps people get an affordable and dependable vehicle that won t blow up or cost you thousands a day or two later like some in the Tri-cities. My experience was painless from the test drive to the financing and I wasn t rushed through the final paperwork, Tammy went slow and explained everything in detail before the signatures. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My fiance and I bought a car from them today. She has had a horrible experience with Shrek motors screwing her over which left her looking for another vehicle 6 months later and she was scared to buy another vehicle. Due to that we've been in a bad spot and have had no vehicle. Tammy and Mike helped her buy a vehicle that was in good shape AND worked with her so she could drive off the lot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Tammy and Mike!!

My Partner and I bought a Mini-Van from Auto Liquidators in August. While on the lot, I checked the vehicle over and pointed out some minor issues and concerns about the vehicle to Mike and Tammy. Tammy seemed to want to be helpful, but Mike was not concerned and seemed shocked that I would point out issues on a vehicle that I did not haggle price on and had a Cashier s Check in hand for over $10,000.00. Mike was reluctant to pursue any remedy for the issues but did have one of his lot guys take it to a shop. The guy returned within 10 minutes and stated that the shop could not get to it. Mike ordered one of the parts and had it shipped to our home for me to install (which I did not mind). That did not fix the issue, as it is an electrical issue in the vehicle. The DVD Player, nor the rear A/C Control works, this was discovered later. It seems that the vehicle has some electrical issues, as if it s a Flood Vehicle or has been crashed. I ve noticed some areas that show a discolor, as if it was re-painted. Also, within 3 weeks, the vehicle has started leaking oil and the front bumper air dam has fell off. I discovered that it had been screwed into place with sheet metal screws. I was sent a CarFax on this vehicle, but I m starting to think it is not accurate and I will be getting my own. As Mike had to get it from his phone, and I was sent pictures of a screen, not the actual report. To top it all off, our temporary drive-out tag expired, on 9/30. We received our tag in the mail on 10/1 and the registration shows that it was not filed until 9/27 (we bought the vehicle in August. This is all unacceptable, as we bought the vehicle for a woman and children to use daily. We never received any contract, only a Buyer s Order. I will be seeking repercussions on these issues, as we cannot have any contact with these people. They will not return calls and we live 2 hours away.

Buyer beware! I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from here 2 years ago. I was so excited as it was my first car I ever decided to finance. I had low credit since I never really established credit. I was told not to worry because the owner also owns the finance company North State Accaptence in Bristol and could get me financed. I was so excited even if the car was way over priced I knew I had to start somewhere. The car was priced to me at $12,000 for a car with only 20,000 miles. I was so excited I put $2000 down to meet the requirements for the loan. I asked to see the Carfax before I signed the final papers I was showed the first sheet very quickly without even having a second to look over it. The owner assured me the car was 1 owner in perfect condition. I was able to see Toyota Corolla on the car fax and 1 owner before it was taken from me and shredded. I was presented the loan paperwork and shown the nearly 28% interest rate with a $400 month payment which blew me out of my chair. However once again I knew I had to start somewhere. The owner kept telling me to not worry to keep it a year and refinance with my bank after a year of payments. So I agreed that would work and signed the papers. I was hurryed out the door as if I was no longer important and drove off in my new car. Fast forward to a year later I went to my bank to refinance they told me my credit was good enough but sadly they couldn't refinance because the car didn't meet the requirements. I was shocked it was a newer car with less than 100k miles. I asked why and they told me the car had bad frame damage reported and the loan requirements clearly stated a car with no major accidents. I couldn't believe it. I took the car the next day to the Toyota Dealership and told them I'd be interested in trading it in on one of their used cars. They looked it over and ran the car fax and came back and said sadly they couldn't take it on trade due to major frame damage reported on the car fax. I still couldn't believe it so they provide me with the car fax and sure enough my car was a 3 owner car with a major accident 6 months before I purchased that caused frame damage. They told em the most my $12,000 car was worth was $3000. I was livid. I was in debt almost $15,000 (due to intrest) on a $3000 car because this dealer lied to me and showed me a car fax for a different car. This is sleazy and down right wrong. We do not need shady no good Dealerships like this to stay in business so implore you to avoid them at any cost. Only reason I am writing this review a couple years later is because I finally paid off that car in full and no longer in fear of retaliation from the owners finance company who had my lien.

Me and my wife do not have great credit, we walked in thinking we d have a huge down payment but as it turned out we had a down payment that was very affordable and we love the car we got! These people WILL work with you, they re very friendly and extremely helpful, thank you Auto liquidators!
