Excellent and prompt service. Stopped in unannounced due to a sound in the wheel thinking it was a hung brake caliper. Turns out it was just a small stone they found. Now have them doing routine maintenance on all three vehicles. Great prices too.

Took awhile waiting on the oil filter to be delivered but very nice help and pleasant experience. Helped to get my car back on the road quickly

Good prices, great work, friendly and honest people.One job they did for me was to detail my farm truck. No kidding, it looks like new ! I was really impressed on the job they did with the carpets. Just amazing.

I LOVE this auto repair garage! Not only is it less than 1/4 miles from my home & I can walk there IF need be, they are phenomenal as far as work, price, warranty, etc. I didn't have an appt & went in half-way thru a Monday AFTER they'd been closed for a week & they were SLAMMED! I knew I'd likely not have a car for several days BUT they called someone in to work on my car on Sat morning so I didn't have to go any longer without the car! They turned in MY PART which was under warranty & found another, bought it with a LIFETIME WARRANTY & put it in. Make an appt cause THEY ARE BUSY! It is no small wonder as there are SO many scams out there & particularly as a woman, I believe some of these shops see me as someone who wouldn't know any different & charge me accordingly. This garage is NOT ONE OF THOSE! Also, I'd had no transpo & they LITERALLY got me to the grocery store so I didn't have to pay a TON to the ONE taxi we have in Blountville or call an Uber just to go to Food City...the owner's wife took me, waited on me, didn't rush me & was just amazing to be SO SO KIND! Who does that? I'm still amazed & SO SO grateful for these folks! They not only have a full service garage BUT also auto detailing so with regard to your auto needs, this is a one-stop-shop! LOVE THEM! Zac, Sherry, & the pups! You guys ROCK! & more than that, I TRUST YOU which these days, is HARD to come by! Thanks, again, for ALL you do & did!

I live close by and was looking for a new mechanic. I had a slight antifreeze leak and wanted it checked out. They put it up on lift and could not give me a clear answer as to what was wrong. But they charged me $40.00 to put it up on lift for no more than ten minutes.Service: Air & cabin filter replacementService: Air & cabin filter replacement
