HUGE THANK YOU!! My alternator suddenly went out on my Honda while I was driving down the road with my baby. I was stranded on the road for a bit. A friend recommended you guys and I m so thankful they did! I got my car to the shop and the owners truly took care of me. I am beyond thankful for your five star service. Great mechanics are hard to find and you guys exceeded my expectations.

I had suspension airbags installed on my 2015 Ford F-350 truck. He did a very good job and he was very reasonable on installation charge. I will use him in future auto repairs.

I took my truck to this man to get the brake lights and a tail light fixed, and he had it for a month, didn't do anything that actually fixed the problem, and then told me it would take a lot more time and a lot more money to fix. It was done in an hour for 200 bucks elsewhere. Not only that, the guy is an a-hole. The lady on front desk is nice though.Service: Electrical repair

Took my car in and was quoted $539 for the whole thing. Spoke to them 3 times the day that I picked it up and was never told anything otherwise. Showed up with $539 cash only to be told that it would be $136 MORE than the original quote! They didn't want to tell me anything at all even though they knew I had to go to the bank to get it out. $136 isn't just pocket change that I can fork over when someone else messes up.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Generous and kind auto repair shop.I was driving from TX to NH when my SUV started vibrating and jolting in TN. Every auto repair shop I called along 81 told me they couldn t take me without an appointment. Luckily I reached Fix It Rite Auto and they made a spot for me to come in during their lunch break. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave a simple fix and I was able to get back on the road to NH with zero issues.I would highly recommend them to anyone having auto troubles in the area.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic
