Charged me 250 dollars for a Jerry rig job. Charge me for a PTO cable and spring you can get them new for between 15 and 20 bucks he charged me $75. And then reused my old spring. Kept the mower for 2 weeks for a job that took me an hour and a half. Jerry-rigged the PTO that did not fit and was not the right one for my mower underneath the drive axle so it's snagged and ripped off. Before ripping off there was so much slack in it that it never engaged the blades fully to begin with. This is what I get for trying to help local people out make some money I'm just going to do it myself from now on to make sure it's right.Update. I received emails from the owner a month ago. Telling me I was going to get a refund of x amount of dollars for the workmanship. Told me 7 to 10 business days a month later still nothing.

Chad took on the repair of my ATV after several shops were unable to find and fix the problem(s). After ordering parts and fixing the cause of the overheating and hard starting problems, the ATV hasn't run this good since I bought it used several years ago. If you have an engine with a hard to find/repair problem, you probably can't do better than taking it to Chad at Engine Rescue.

My 100 series John Deere had a major oil leak. Chad picked it up when he said he would and told me I'd get it back in 10-14 days. 13 days later it was done and he brought it back when he said he would. No oil leak. He did quality work at a reasonable price. He did what he said when he said he would. Results, not excuses. That isn't as common as it used to be.

Wonderful Service!This was the 1st time calling Engine Rescue.In the past years, my mower has been serviced & repair by another local company, with satifaction. However, my deck belt went out in the middle of mowing & the company was incredibly back up. I decided to give Engine Rescue a try. I am glad I did! My belt was repaired & it recieved an "Exceptional" tune-up & in a timely fashion.�� I emphasize the word "Exceptional" because this is the smoothest & quietest my mower has ran since I purchased it.I am very satisfied & now have a New Repair Service. Thank you Chad!

Great Price - Great Job - Highly Recommend, Chad is very respectful & professional. Was having trouble with my John Deer D170 riding mower, he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone as needing a carburetor cleaning with new seal O-Rings replaced in it. I also asked him to change the blades and fuel filter as well. He came all the way from Blountville to Morristown to pick up the mower & even dropped it back off to me when repaired. Mower is running like brand new. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I have used several small engine repair places throughout the Tri-Cities. This is the first time using engine rescue and I couldn't be more pleased. Top quality work excellent fast service very fair pricing. They will be getting all repair and maintenance work in the future.

Just called and asked questions about an old robin motor and the worker was very polite and answered all my questions. With customer service like that we will definitely be bringing them any small motors we don't have the ability or time to repair.
