Awesome, amazing people. I can't stress enough that these guys (and lady) are the best. These are the kind of people that you just get drawn to and want to talk to about anything. Any issue, they will fix it (not just work on it). I went to them for 2 issues, and one of those issues was a drive shaft issue... each time, they had us in and out within an hour or two. Please stop in and have them look at your car when you have issues. They are affordable and well worth the visit. Mr. Joe, Mr. Ken, Mr. Devin, Ms. Amanda, thank you so much for being so good to us. We are grateful for finding you and will always come back to you. Y'all are the best.

Joe is fantastic! He doesn't BS you, is both reasonable and straightforward with pricing, stands by his work, and when he's done, you can rest assured your vehicle is done right the first time. He'll have my business for as long as he's working.

My truck had gotten in bad shape from an ongoing electrical problem that would drain the battery overnight. And then it developed a bad miss that turned out to be fluid getting in a couple cylinders from a cracked intake manafold. I was hesitant to take it to anybody because I've always fixed my own stuff until it got to where I couldn't. But I had heard good things about Joe from several different people that didn't even know each other. And I found out that they were all right. I would not hesitate one bit to take any problem I ever have to him. I've had my truck back several days now and it starts and runs perfect every time. Super accommodating to get us in quick. Joe really went above and beyond to make sure everything in my car was fixed and every option was checked out instead of just assuming what the issue was. They were all really nice and friendly and made the experience comfortable. I had been having lots of car problems and wasn t sure what to do about it until I came across Joe and his shop. I haven t had a lot of experiences with many mechanics but I d say he is by far the best people who ve worked on my car

If you re looking for an honest automotive shop to take care of any of your auto repairs, look no further. Joe is the best owner/operator I have come across. He is very professional but most importantly he is trustworthy and honest. He has repaired several vehicles of mine with the most recent not being able to pass emissions. He detailed his repair quote and it was probably cheaper than any others if I would have called around but knew I didn t need to. He went as far to standby his work and took the vehicle in to the test cite on his own time and confirmed it passed.Great shop, great people. Thx Joe.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wonderful experience! One morning last week, I dropped my car off to have repairs done and it was finished by that evening. The price was absolutely reasonable and affordable, and the repair work was great - I haven't had issues with my car since then. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Joe and his team are very skilled at what they do. Had issues for months with my truck I was just throwing parts at, they were able to diagnose the problem with just one test drive! Fixed it in 1 day and were very reasonable and up front with everything! If you need anything go see Joe!

I have followed Joe from shop to shop. He is a great mechanic and charges a fair price. I had an issue with my car and it is the only vehicle in my house hold. Joe made my car a priority and had it done when I got off work! There's alot of mechanics out there that half way do things or over charge and Rockbridge Auto is not one of those places. I recommend them to everyone!

The owner is very good at diagnosing as well as repairing anything to do with automobiles. Also, he tries every possible way to save the customer money without cutting corners. Today he discovered that what I thought was a bad alternator was actually a bad cable; it saved me over $250, which he could have easily swindled out of me. Joe is a great mechanic! He worked on our vehicles at a previous shop but the left to start his own business. We trust him completely. He is fair with his prices and does great work. We will continue to use him.

I was very hesitant about getting a new mechanic when we moved to the area and after talking to Joe the owner on the phone I decided to give them a try. I ll never use any other shop as long as we live in the area super accommodating guys and they come off as very genuine when talking about car issues and fixing them. The first mechanics in a long time that I found that I actually take pride in their work they're not too expensive and they tell you exactly what's going on with it as they're doing it I'll definitely be taking my vehicles back there. The customer service was great, they make you feel at home...

No one knew what was going on with my lil Bug, Thelma. No one around here seems to know about Vw's. For months she sat, with only wasps and mice as visitors, waiting for the Prince who would save her. Joe at Rockbridge gave her a look. He knew what she needed to be saved. He would be her Prince. Now she drives with the wind in her hair without a care in the world. She loves that. Thanks Prince Joe!

I happened to find him through his old employer. Best mistake that ever happened, lol. He's knowledgeable, experienced, cool dude, and I've already suggested him to some close friends. I highly recommend paying a visit.
