Repaired my toyota / scion alternator by the next day saving me almost 100 dollars from box store purchase. Communicated well and very nice folks. Had them repair an isuzu alternator for me some time back with no issues saving me over a 100 dollars then also. Highly recommend!

I took my starter off my dump truck to a near by repair shop. Guy looked at it and told me it was burnt up. I looked at it later bolts on it had never been touched. No way he has checked it. Found Claypool online. Dropped it off with him. He had it repair and ready to go the next day. Highly recommend this guy.

Very unprofessional. Won't answer the door or phone after telling you to bring your part by to be worked on.

We dropped a starter for a dozier off, and 2 days later, they called and said it was done. That's pretty fast since he only does this part-time.

I only got answers about my alternator. And he seem happy to answer .and he was right.he has been around here a long time.theres your answer......JRJ

Awfully. Never returned calls. Had for two weeks. Never touched it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had about 3 starters and 1 alternator rebuilt by John over the years and never had trouble out of any of them
