As normal....(for them ) above and beyond service ,fast and friendly, if he don't have it he can get it 99.9% of the time, and most cases are next day

Great people! If they don't have it they will order it. My brake light went out and Tim pulled the old one and installed the new one at no extra charge.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in a long time. I had a windshield wiper blade fly off while driving to a campground nearby. There were lots of rain showers that day and expected for the following day. I dropped in Jerry's and the gentleman behind the counter looked up the size blade I needed found it and walked out to my vehicle and installed it!! Blew me away that he did that. The price was very reasonable for the blade.

Husband needed a part so he went in. Unfortunately, it was unobtainable. Napa does have a good supply of items and good prices.

Jerry s is great. While on a recent fishing trip, at a very remote area around Benton, my car would not start.Luckily, my son had his car and could drive me to Jerry s. I selected Jerry s because a camper in a nearby campground had highly recommended Jerry s as being honest . Well, it was a great decision in a pretty bad moment for me the day before Easter and 4 hours from home! Their representative followed our car to the remote cabin, started my car, and would not take any money for his trouble. I was able to make it home in time for Easter, and, that was good since my wife had been telling me for weeks to check the electrical system. My first instinct was to buy a new battery, but Susie, the pleasant young lady behind the counter, would not sell me a new battery because she felt the problem may not be a battery! (How often would that happen!)I spent 35 years in the customer service industry and this is how service is defined! I hope to have a chance to go by there and thank them personally on my next fishing trip! Thank you, Jerry s!

Ive been going here for almost 30 years but I will no longer be back I had bought a fuel pump with a lifetime warranty it went out but since I didn't keep my receipt they wouldn't warranty it I guess it was my fault but still they knew I got it from them and still wouldn't and it's just a order store they don't keep much of anythg on hand, i can say if you need a carb rebuilt I wouldn't go anywhere else

It's a local business that I grew up going to with my dad to pick up anything we needed for our vehicles. The staff know what they are doing and get you what you need. Here you are treated like family and not a number.

I have know the owner of the store for anout 19 years now and he is a grate man and he will help you all he can with your car truck van tractor and he knows just what you need and so dose miss suey
