Words can't express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received when I brought my camper in for repairs. When I arrived, the Lakeway RV team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my camper. Not only did they fix the issue promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their craft. My camper feels brand new, and I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. Have all my work done at lakeway rv for years They also have a fully stock part store also. They do excellent work . Have had a/c replace slide motor replace awing replaced. Would not go any where else for my work.They will help you any they can.Very knowledge on phase of campers.Honest trustworthy. This is the place to get your work done ,the only place far as i am concern ..

We arrived in Gatlinburg and quickly found out that our AC unit had went out in our camper. We called numerous RV service places around and no one was able to get a GE replacement unit in within the time we were vacationing. We called Lakeway RV and they had a unit in the very next day and came to the campground to install it for us, which was nearly an hour away from their shop. Scott was a pleasure to work with and truly saved our vacation! Thank you Scott & Lakeway RV!!!

Paid $320 over the estimated price on my camper. (That wasn't a big deal) When I got home I realized they didn't seal quite a bit of the camper like they were supposed to do and I'm going to have to do it myself. I would take it back, but they quoted it to be a 3 or 4 week out job and they had it 4 months. The pics are from after I got it back.

I purchased a on-demand water heater from them and installed it myself and all was good. I was told to bring my old water heater and they would buy it from me. I needed a 100lb. propane tank and was told they would give me $100.00 off from the tank for my old water heater. I agreed to this deal but when he rang up the tank the credit card slip showed the full price so I questioned the salesperson and was told he had to ring it up that way for their records so I signed the slip. When I received my credit card statement I was billed for the full price of the propane tank so I never got any discount at all. I will not be doing business with them again as I believe in being honest if your going to do business. If they can do one person this way then most likely are doing others the same.

I contacted Lakeway rv because I needed a shower floor pan for my camper. Brandon and Scott both went above and beyond what any other rv place would do for me.They took the time to track down the exact part that I needed, ordered the part and when it came in held it for me for almost a month because I was unable to get there to pick it up. I live 3 states away from where they are located.Go to Lakeway rv for all of your rv needs. You won t be disappointed. They are truly good and honest people.

Bought a 300 dollar converter from these guys and explained at time of purchase that I was unsure if it would work.Called to try and return even though it was never opened or used. They refused the return. This is not a small item.I understand that business is business but this is ridiculous that they refused to work with a customer.Will never use them again.

I have been to lakeway RV time after time for the last 15 years or longer. Allways treated with respect and were Allways ready to help me with any problem that I may have. They really do take care of there customers.

I have been doing business with Rick at Lakeway RV Repair for years. I have found them to be honest and do great work at reasonable pricing. They do not take advantage of you by performing work that is not necessary.

I have always got great service every time my RV has been there for repairs. Always pleased with their workmanship and the price of repairs. All the guys are knowledge and give good advice. The parts store is well stocked and has fair prices. Going here is so much better than Camping World and you re supporting a local business.

Highly recommend Rick and Brandon at lakeway rv repair! Very easy to work with and very very knowledgeable and professional about what they do. We took our camper to get repaired and gave them a tight deadline and they went above and beyond to meet that deadline and actually got it done faster than expected. The work they done was beyond excellent and our camper looks better than it did new! We highly recommend anyone needing repairs done to go to them first!

This is a GREAT SPOT. All the guys know their stuff and are super personable. The service is second to none. A buddy and I were traveling back from Bristol and burnt up a wheel bearing on the trailer. The guys were 100% hospitable and let us use EVERY resource that they had. Even offered us lunch while we were waiting on the repair. Of I ever need a new RV or service on mine. I will be making the trip to Lakeway.. Great job gentlemen.

Lakeway RV was most helpful when I needed an awning bracket for my Fleetwood Tioga. My bottom bracket had broken and these were not made anymore. Luckily, they found an used one. I offered to pay but they refused to accept my money. Thank you for your help and friendly service.

This is the best place for all your camping repairs, services and parts. If they don t have it they will try everything they can to get it at the best price and quality. They will put your damaged camper back together and you will never know it was ever damaged. They also do the insurance estimates. They have been such good people to work with and they treat you as if you are family. Thank you for all you have done for us Brandon and Rick!

Top quality professional work done on my Cedar Creek Silverback. Right up front I would not let anyone else touch this rv. I am very particular on the appearance of this camper. Had a tire blowout that took out a lot of the side metal and scratch the fiberglass along with black rubber marks. When they finished the repairs it looked like it had rolled off the showroom floor. I like that they have very knowledgeable people working here. They are very helpful in finding solutions to RV issues. They actually care about helping you find a solution more that taking your money. As a Full-time RVer this was one of the best experiences I have had at a parts store.

Dependable and honest as the day is long. Those qualities are hard to find in today s world especially honest. I have had 3 5th wheel trailers through the years and they have done work for me on all three outstanding jobs every time.

Lakeway RV Service and Repair has the best prices on parts and labor! We called different RV Dealerships and found that their prices do not even come close to this one!The entire staff is super nice and knowledgeable!
