Outstanding service, with honest technicians and fair prices!We had our 2013 Ford Escape head gasket changed here, but before they changed it I received a phone call and was informed they could not duplicate the discrepancy I had brought the vehicle in for. Instead of just doing the work they communicated with me on what we should do next and were 100% transparent.We will be repeat customers of this upstanding local business!

My son keeps going back when his vehicles need help to hit going. I took mine there and they did excellent work troubleshooting and fix in my Darn Dodge lol. Takes a bit go got waited on in their schedule because so many people need to fixed up and going again well worth it though.

Great place! Great environment! They will get you and will get you out. Very inexpensive and they know what they are doing. Very honest company. Great place to bring your vehicle.

I'm glad they were able to fix my problem. But the only thing I didn't like labor costs more than my parts. I know they got to make money. But when you only get paid once a month it's harder on me. But they are honest people thank u very much for helping me

Amazing amazing amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! Very friendly, helpful, and honest people! The prices are great and service is excellent! When I 1st contacted them they were actually booked until the next week. However because of the great reviews I said I would still drop off my car and hoped they could maybe squeeze it in. Cancellations happen right? I was planning on getting a rental anyway. Well I dropped it off around lunch time, and by the end of the day I got a call saying that the mechanic could squeeze me in, and have it ready by lunch the next day! I was amazed! My car is running better than ever!! Best of the best and they will definitely take care of you!! Highly recommended!

Mike, Carter, and their staff are absolutely amazing!! We moved into town from up north and had to find a trustworthy mechanic (hard to find these days). We were referred to MC from a friend at church and I'm glad!! Not only is their service amazing but they uphold great integrity and the best customer service I've seen in years!They do stay very busy because of their amazing service so expect to need an appointment about a week or two out....BUT, if you are in a bind and need service sooner they do their very best to "squeeze" you in if they can!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

After having trouble with Midas repeatedly I brought my car here to be serviced. I will never take my car anywhere else from now on. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and will take very good care of you and your vehicle. 5 stars Lady at the front desk is so sweet. All around a great place definitely

Staff seem really nice, but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to rate their service. Stopped in one day and received a appointment date as they were extremely busy. Three weeks later dropped off my Lincoln for some work. Received a courtesy call a couple days later stating they hadn't got to it, because they were busy. Totally understand with everything going on in the world. Another 2 weeks go-by I call to get an update and I am told again, they haven't looked at it but it's next in line. Cool no problem, it's not my daily driver. This time instead of calling I waited to see if I would receive a call from the shop with a quote or an update. Well unfortunately neither of them ever came. Finally about 6 weeks later and looking at my car sitting every morning on my way to work I stop in and ask for an update and again I am told they haven't looked at my car yet. I decided to inform the gentleman at the desk, that I would have a tow truck here tomorrow to pick it up. I thought maybe there would be an explanation like your car would have taken too much time from the shops other tickets and or maybe the problem I thought I had wasnt as simple as I thought, it's actually more than we thought. Nope nothing the day I had it towed back home. Only words out of the gentleman's mouth were he needed to move other cars for the tow truck driver to get to my car. While loading someone came out and looked but didn't say anything to me or the tow truck driver. So after 2 months of my car sitting at their shop, no work was done, dead battery and $130 of tow truck fees. It sucks because I was referred here by people from work and another local shop and was told they were pretty damn good with the older cars.

Exceptional service. I have been bringing my diesel truck here for about two years now along with our cars. Could not recommend them highly enough. I don t want anyone else working on my vehicles. The only problem is that everyone seems to know this and you almost always have to wait a week to get an appointment.

They are very awesome and down to earth people. They let you know exactly what's going on before they do any work. I found that very helpful seems my motor blew up in my truck and I took it to them. They made many attempts to find me a used motor to put in it with no luck. The truck was 21 years old and it wasn't worth the money it would have taken to put in a crate motor. Mike is one of the most honest mechanic businessman that I ran across in years. I highly recommend these guys.

I am very disappointed in this place. I should have learned my lesson the first time. My Jeep would not start and they did everything but check the battery. I assumed it was not the battery because it was practically new. Finally that was what it turned out to be. Then the check engine light came on. They have charged me about $700.00 dollars and after two weeks it comes on again. Yet they want me to bring it back for the third time to try and guess what it is.

Took car to be checked. Did oil stuff and other things and drove off lot and broke down. It was the transmission. Got that fixed and still had an oil leak which I just paid for and then said it was oil pan and drain plug. Took my car to another shop and they said that was not the issue. Needless to say still having issues with my car and nothingnhas been resolved besides constant high charges.

If you want dependable ,honest service, than this is the place to go. Mike and his staff are friendly and professional. Service is always quick with reasonable prices ! I would not take my vehicles anywhere else ! Highly recommend!

I have had my air conditioning, miss firing spark plugs, and failed brake system worked on and have never had an issue afterwards. Instead of doing extra work and surprising me with the bill, they call to explain why the work should be done and only continue if given permission. I have never felt over charged and I trust them with all my vehicles. In fact, it's hard to trust anyone else after coming here.

Mike & all the guys here are excellent. Their work is always outstanding and completed in a timely manner. Customer service is great. Not to mention, they are some of the very few honest mechanics around. Wouldn't take my trucks anywhere else.

I have had my car serviced at this automotive shop twice. The first repair was for replacement of my rear wheel breaks. They also did repair work on my rotors. This cost came to roughly $400. The second time I had my car in the shop was for a PCM Module and Water Pump replacement. The total cost will be about $600-$650.I would HIGHLY recommend these mechanics to anyone in the Millington/Atoka/Munford area as they are extremely professional. They will work on your car to make necessary repairs and they charge an affordable rate!The main reason why I return to this repair shop is because I initially brought in a 2000 Volvo S80 which ended up having a heater core problem. The shop was unprepared to deal with the vehicle (since it is foreign) but looked at it to determine what was wrong. Their diagnosis was correct but since they couldn't resolve the issue they did not charge me. This type of integrity should be rewarded with more business.I have no doubt that because of their work and fair pricing they will always have a lot full of vehicles to work on. Be prepared to drop off your vehicle and depending on the difficulty of your repair to wait. It will be worth the wait!
