14 Sep. 2023: I could not be happier with the service provided at Gateway Tires in Atoka! I have a 2017 Nissan Titan XD with large All Terrain tires. The team at Gateway Tires (unlike two Nissan Dealership Service Departments) did a phenomenal job getting my tires squared away. The sensation of driving a massage chair down the road is finally gone! Since Gateway can handle a wide range of automotive services, that will be where I take my truck and my money going forward. Many thanks to "David", "Richard", and the tech who worked on my truck!!

Had a small problem with getting the correct tires ordered for my car at the atoka shop but Richard and David were able to get everything fixed. Shout out to David especially for seeing a problem and doing what was necessary to make the problem right and taking care of your customer. Many thanks!

Never again! I was charged $100 for labor on a basic oil change and tire balance and rotation. $175, was the total price .. sad since I been using them for 10years now, but never again.

I won't be back! Apparently on Saturdays you can only get your car serviced if you can drop it off. If you go in person you won't get service. I was the first person there and the only actual person waiting and I was told if would be a 3-4 hour wait. I called back to speak to someone to find out what the deal was and didn't even get an apology for the lack of caring and service. I was basically told that the drop offs have priority. Not everyone can drop their vehicle off and leave it. They lost my business

I never do reviews but after reading several reviews I thought I needed to share my experience.I got new tires at Gateway in Atoka but they didn't do an alignment because the person at the front desk said they were too busy. I asked if I could bring my car back the next day (Friday) but he said that they had a ton of work through Monday. The customer service was really bad. It was like they didn't want my business. I've taken my car to another shop.Now I need to get some AC work done to my car and would like to take it to gateway for convenience but I definitely don't want to be treated that way again. I'm very easy to get along with and willing to work with someone to schedule a time. But if you don't take appointments, then how can you know you are going to be too busy 3 days into the future? Can I trust you to take my car in for AC work and know that I will be treated fairly???

I went to get an oil change and the guys at the front desk were rude. I did ask if they could suggest another place close and they did recommend Raceway Lube. My first time going to Gateway in Atoka and my last time. They need to improve their customer service skills. The people at Raceway were awesome and I will never recommend Gateway. The guys at the front desk were also rude to the guy in front of me.

A little pricey compared to local mechanics but you get what you pay for. All Mechanics are highly certified and the whole experience was professional, accommodating, uneventful, and overall quite pleasant. I fully trust in all the work they have done to my truck to keep it on the road. I've had numerous issues with my truck and have spent over $4000 in the last 3 years and have never had the same issue twice. Knowing that they expeditiously fix all my repairs correctly every time I need them to is why I will always bring my vehicles there.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Got a new set of tires about 6 months ago, 1 went flat about a week that was covered under warranty.

I work as a courier and passing through Atoka found myself in a real pinch. They were so helpful, fast, and kind! 5 stars isn t enough! Highly recommend!!

Always use Gateway. They are friendly and honest. Very helpful and always do a great job on our vehicles. We'll keep coming back, we really like the new store manager Caesar and all of the guys treat us right and answer any questions we have. Thanks for always doing a great job on our vehicles!

I am blind business owner in the Brighton area, I sent one of my vehicles here for an oil change.There was an issue that came up that meant the vehicle would have to stay longer than expected. They helped get my employee back to our warehouse while the vehicle was being worked on.I am unable to drive (obviously). And I cannot express enough gratitude for this, They even helped get one employees back to their location to pick the vehicle up.Great staff, excellent service. Thank you for being accommodating. I know where I will be taking my commercial vehicles from now on.You all made my day!

Ceasar, Barry, David & Richard are always helpful, intelligent and extremely friendly. I've had Gateway work on both of my vehicles several times. I really love that they don't try to push all kinds of extra work on you. They fix what you ask them to and that's it.Of course they'll warn you of any major issues, but what I'm talking about is when the repair shop brings you this huge, long list of inconsequential repairs that "must" be done, and then try to high pressure or guilt you into getting it all fixed. Gateway doesn't do that.I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done for me. I've bought tires and had brake components replaced.Five stars from me. Highly recommended.

This Gateway will not "Go the distance for you". Drove this location on a flat got there 30 minutes before it closed on Saturday they refused to plug a tire because they were about to close. The bald guy in the front has a nasty attitude. I would recommend patronizing another tire center if possible.

I stopped by the day before and was informed to be there early so I will not have to have a long wait. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. And they had my truck pulled in the shop doing to work on it by 8:15 a.m. The tire rotation and balance was completed by 9:15 a.m. Thank you Gateway for such good service. Everyone was polite and efficient

I went in and had some issues with the an alignment on my car. Will the manger really stepped up and helped out, he did everything he could to calm the situation. You really couldn't ask for a better manger to go out of his way and make his customer happy.

They staff in the front are always rude and have different requirements everytime you bring your vehicle in for service. I've never had any issue with the service of my vehicle and they have always fixed any issues. However, the inability to conduct proper business edict in an establishment is an embarrassment. Not only for this place of business, but for the town as well. I will no longer be bring my vehicle in hopefully we get a decent tire shop in the area that will service fleet vehicles. If for personal use use munford tire and brake. They will fix you up right and provide caring customer service.

I have been taking our cars to this Gateway Tire for nearly 10 years. They are always extremely polite & helpful. We get all of our oil changes & tires from them. We have also had tuneups & car repairs done. One part on my Dodge Caravan has given me trouble since the month after the warranty ran out. Gateway charged half as much as the dealer to fix it (with dealer parts). When it failed again they replaced it at no charge to us. I have found them to be honest & reliable. They also never talk down to me like many car-related businesses do.

I've been a customer of the store in Atoka, TN for several years. Everything they have done for me has been honest. The work has been good quality. They are less expensive that auto dealerships.All of my truck tires have been bought from them for the last 3-4 trucks.

Just don't waste your time here...waited over 2 hrs for them to tell me they wouldn't do a simple tire rotation because my tires wasn't up to their standard to do it then they tried to sell me tires and wouldn't offer even a free alignment if I bought the tires. I wouldn't spend 350 for just 2 tires and pay to get them put on and not even a free alignment. Wasted all of my morning here to be told they wouldn't do the rotation. Won't be coming here again.

I've take my car car here for an oil change and on this visit a tire... Even tho they were short staffed it didn't seem to take them long at all, dropped it off b4 work and it was done by break.

Fast! I just walked in kind of "out of the blue"; no appointment - for a tire balance/rotation job. They had me out in 20 minutes. I watched them through the waiting area window, since I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to having someone else do my automotive work, but they put the care and attention to detail into the job that I would have myself. Torque wrench on every nut; Checked brakes and other suspension items etc. I was impressed. I normally do all my own work but just don't have a wheel balancer. I wouldn't hesitate much to take other work to them if I couldn't do it myself.

Painless is the best word to describe my experience. Dropped my truck off for alignment and tires mounted, was told it would be several hours and i recieved a call when it was ready. Turned out better than expected would like to give a big THANK YOU! to Gateway tire you have earned a new customer.

Unless your ready to spend lots $$$$ they will help.I always have problems with tires. Always told they can't fix the tire needs to purchase new. I went to the dealership and they stated all the tire needed was a patch. Bought tires for another vehicle and since it's been a few years we were told they couldn't even rotate, that we need to buy new. Gave us a price of $1,200.00. Well they definitely lost my business.
