At 4:30 on a steamy Friday afternoon, we rolled into Roberts Auto Repair with a dying alternator in a Chevrolet Suburban full of tired people and no appointment. In minutes, JJ diagnosed the problem, found the needed part, and arranged for it to be delivered. He got us back on the road in less than 90 minutes!Price was very reasonable, too. I've paid more for less. He even checked all the fluids for free.The shop looks like the back yard of someone who loves cars. This is the best kind of shop for honest, well priced repairs and Roberts does not disappoint! Would definitely recommend!

Had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 looked at cuz it was stalling out at stop signs and stuff. C +D Tire had it for a few days before telling me that they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Robert's had it for 1 day. Diagnosed and fixed it for a very reasonable price! Love them!!!

Haven't dropped my car off yet but I'm already pleased with the overall nature of the owner and other mechanic. Very knowledgeable and if outside the scope of work you need, has the knowledge to send you or your part to the right place for that job. Very reasonable price quotes to me for the work needed. They are a faith based garage so mind your tongue when your here.... Hope to be dropping mine off this week... They are extremely busy so if it's something planned, get on the list. Emergency? Just talk to them and see. And you'll be treated right..

Took my Buick in for a AC charge, JJ found the problem and fixed it, BOTH Jeff and JJ were friendly, Did a wonderful job and happy with price I paid, First time there but will be going back .

Bought a car from him and it costed me my literal last dime. He swore up and down the car was good. Ya not even a week later the motor blew up. So now I'm stuck without a vehicle and I have only my income and I'm stuck without anything.

Needed my front end of my Toyota aligned. The mechanic found something else wrong also. Excellent work. The price was very reasonable to replace the damaged part found and the alignment. I will be going back if I need more work done. I have the security that it was done right.

Needed a new radiator, guy was super nice and gave my husband a ride home when dropping our vehicle off. He did a Fantastic job and was very helpful. Highly recommend these guys!

I will only take my 05 mercury to Roberts from here on out and heres why:First they are top notch honest folks who really care.Second they really know what they are doing.Third they are fair priced.Fourth they go above and beyond.Fifth they are the only folks who will put your purchased parts in.Sixth they listen to you.Seveth best auto repair shop in Athens tn. Hands down.And last, they dont take advantage of you because your a women.My suv is older and high milage. It had sevral things wrong with it that i have been meaning to get fixed....not only did they do a great job but also fixed some of little things at no extra charge. Now i took it to an other place local first who not only replaced the wrong part but seem to have no ideal about older cars but when it was discovered the guys at roberts wouldnt even talk bad about the other company instead they talked me down from being angry.....what a great group of fellows.I know who has all my business from here on out. Rorberts auto repair.

Great repair shop. We had some issues with our van in 2014. They fixed it (and other issues we didn't know about) within just a few days. We sent it back Jan 2016 for a new problem and again they had it running again in no time. Tow and labor costs are very reasonable. Really nice guys.

Went in to look for a leak and they were very busy. But he still put my car on the rack and told me it was dry as a bone. Didn't even charge me anything. I call that good business practises.

Overall I wasn't real impressed. First of all, the guy that sits at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Then when I got the bill I thought it was a bit high. I check the price on a new replacement part at two different parts stores and the price I was charged was way over what it actually cost.

I have used Roberts Auto Repair since early 2000. If you want your car repair done right, want to know if it's worth fixing and the TRUTH about what is the problem with your car, Jeff will not sugar coat, make a guess, or quote you a price until he gets under the hood and makes an evaluation. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with it, and if there is a problem after he fixes it, he will make it right. I don't believe the other review because Jeff has worked on 4 of our cars since 2000 and I would take it to him before I took it to anyone else.

Quickly inspected and found an issue and fixed which is important for daily driving, would recommend there again, they are friendly and integrity.

was a great experience I'm from Florida was up there for a short job at the paper mill had some trailer brake problems "they were shot" they went way above and beyond to get me back on the road safe as I was hauling 10k plus on the trailer they stayed til 10pm at night to get me back on the road hard working honest folks been a long time since I've seen true honesty like this can't thank them enough
