Moved from the west coast three years so I had been looking for someone with a high level of integrity to care for my car like it was their own. I think I have found my car service provider. I always ask for a maintenance check along with my oil change. Due to the last couple years of towing my travel trailer, the front brakes were at 3/32 (I think) remaining. Ok you were not towing but Randy suggested with the added load from towing the trailer, he would encourage doing the front discs to ensure safe travels. Due to my particularsituation, i could not do it at the time but will set up a time before our next trip. He shared common sense resolutions to my situation.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Arrived unannounced early on a very rainy Friday morning. The receptionist was extremely efficient and honest about wait time and circumstances as the shop was incredibly busy. We just finished our breakfast at McDonald's and the car was finished and we were on our way back to Florida. Things looked bleak, but that receptionist was the reason we didn't go somewhere else.

My car broke down right in front of Randy's auto repair center. It was after 5 but he was still there. The problem was with the clutch. He had a parking lot full of cars to work on. First, he drove us to our motel. When it was clear the next day that he could not work on our car for 5 days, he arranged to have the car towed to another mechanic who repaired it the next day.
