Me and my husband bought a used Chevy truck from a young man named Isaac Schanhals. He was Great. He went over everything the truck has and how it works with my husband. He did such a great job that we came back and bought a used car from him. He is a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable about everything on the lot!! Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you again for everything Isaac!!

We are very pleased with our experience purchasing a vehicle at Long of Athens. Our salesman, Justin Lamb did an excellent job of taking care of us from start to finish. He did not put any pressure on us, was very pleasant to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Had a great experience. Rex was great to work with and showed me how everything works on my car. He is a very good person and makes buying a car fun. Ask for him when buying a vehicle and you won't regret it.

We recently bought a new Buick from Long Chevrolet in Athens, Tennessee. The salesman that help us was amazing. He did a wonderful job dealing with us for two day going over the four vehicles we were interested in. We finally made a decision of the vehicle we wanted and made the purchase. If it wasn't for the help from Rex we probably would still be looking. If you are in the market for a great vehicle and customer service you should definitely go seen Rex Womac at Long Chevrolet in Athens.

Bad experience trying to buy a car. Everything (not many options by the way) I was shown had a rattle of a shake. Usually a dealership will take your license and let you drive it but the salesman had to ride with. I'm kind of glad he did so he was there to see how the vehicles were not lot ready. Then they still wanted me to buy one and promised they would fix it. No how about you fix it first then call me to drive it again. When the salesman couldn't seal the deal the sales manager comes in and gives this big talk about Noone likes to car shop so just buy the car, we will make sure it's fixed. They made me feel very pressured and uncomfortable. They are the Epitome of sleazy salesman. I went somewhere else and was treated with dignity and respect. I've heard longs used cars are not good but I wanted to give them a chance. Never again

So I was in need of a car and I mean down badI called longs and they ran my credit and I was able to get a carRick is the man I had no way to get to him or the lot he picked me up in my future car and when I was only able to put half the down payment in he took me back homeOne week I had the rest need and he again picked me upRick was able to do more then set me up with the best car I have had in my life so farHe has given me peace of mind now that I don't have to worry about going where I need to go or seeing who I can get a rideRick your that man

Rex and the rest of the staff were great and made the process extremely easy! I really appreciated their honesty and transparency with everything as those traits can be hard to find. Overall it was a great experience and I ll definitely be recommending Long to my friends!
