I bought my 2020 Silverado from here back in June. It was in immaculate condition and had super low miles. Their asking price was very fair as it was roughly 5-6k below the values I got for it on KBB, True car, and Edmonds. I also thought the 2800 I was given for my 2012 Fusion on trade in was pretty good too, considering the condition it was in. Rob, my salesman, made the process very quick and hassle free. I was expecting a bunch of back and forth mind games, BS addons, etc that you would expect when at a car dealer, but there was none of that here. He was also able to get me a good interest rate with a well known lender, despite my fairly short credit history. If you're in the East, TN area and are looking for an almost brand new used truck with super low miles, I'd go check them out.

Had my vehicle over a month, no communication what so ever! Very professional the first time last year, and this time, not at all. I ve had to call every time and get the run around!!

From the purchase of my vehicle to the service department. It has been so friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again and will continue to drive over 30 minutes away to Hans my car serviced there. Great folks!

We went to L&M looking for a Jeep Wrangler and left 2 hours later with the exact one we wanted. Rob is a great Salesman took the time with us to explain all of the options on each Jeep they had. No pressure to buy but we did and after the sale he took the time to show us all the options. Very glad we found L & M and we would recommend them to our friends. Great Customer Service and they didn't make us sit around for hours waiting for the sale! We love our new Jeep and would definitely buy another auto there.

These people were very helpful and friendly. They did not push at all. Everything and everyone there was very easy-going. And they really knew the vehicles. They let me take the van for a test-drive by myself so I had peace and quiet and time to think about things. About 2 hours after I drove off with my new used vehicle, the driver's window stopped working. I drove it back immediately and my salesperson met me as I drove up and asked what was wrong. They had to order a part, and had me come back the next business day. Even the people in the Service Dept. were friendly and thanked me for shopping there for my vehicle. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a recall on my vehicle for air bags. L & M Motors, as a dealership handled my recall very professionally. They were quick to schedule and very nice the day of repair. My son even called them while I was there and asked if they would change my oil and they had no problem putting it on the rack immediate following the repair. They have a very nice waiting area with restrooms, TV and vending machines while you wait. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone in our around the Athens area. The drive is worth it. Thank you all very much. Job well done. Happy customer.

Kevin was awesome to deal with on the purchase of a new truck. He was very nice and informative. There was no pressure in the entire process. It was a pleasure to do business with L & M Motors. Purchased my vehicle from L&M a few days ago. The service was outstanding. Everyone was curious and friendly. Once I picked my vehicle, I was out of there in less than an hour. I recommend you give our local dealerships a try!!

Awful customer service. Virtually NO quality control. Huge issues in that department. I called to check on the status of my repairs. I was insured that they were working on it right then. Hours later I was called, thinking it was finished, only to be told that the service wasn't started due to receiving a broken replacement part. I had called at 9:20, they discovered it was broken at 9:30 and neglected to tell me until much later rather than just call back. A worker informed me that he just found out only for his boss to undercut what he said and say they knew at 9:30. They tried to lay blame on me for not being able o get it done faster because they "put the cover back on" the day before when I was unsure if I should pick it up or not; when I informed them that I had updated them on that 2 minutes after they had called (smart phones have phone times) they began to backtrack again. They used the excuse that they're a "small business" and that they're understaffed. I'm sorry, but quality control and a phone call involves Opening a package you received when you get it and calling the active customer back who JUST called you. What was supposed to be worked on when I brought it at 7:30 when they opened got put off until 12:00, then the next day, and now another day without the courtesy of updates until it was at their convenience.Quality Control and Customer Service need to be regulated.

They lied about running a diagnostic on my truck and they charged me $85.00 They verbally told me they did and when I asked for the paperwork on the diagnostic they said I told them not to do it and that the charges was for it being pushed into the garage. What happened was it set at the shop for 3 weeks and i told them i was gonna have it towed to a different shop bc they just let it set. Then the same day the guy promised to have it looked at that day. They said it was probably a head gasket just guessing without doing the test and i told them i wasn't going to have the heads fixed so they decided not to run the test and charge me for ther guess after they supposedly had pushed it into the shop. They are crooked and I've heard others say the same after the fact.I give them no stars . Anyone who gives a stars probably works for them. Js

My experience at L & M Motors was as good an experience as one could hope to have when going to an auto dealership, which most of the time is about as pleasant as a root canal.Gary in the service department was extremely courteous, helpful, straightforward and all the work was done at a very reasonable priceI will be using them whenever I have a need for service on our vehicle

Always nice people, locally owned for generations. The place has a good parts department and sales will help you out like they know you personally. The service department I don't know too much about but I've talked to a couple of the mechanics and they seemed very knowledgeable. I wouldn't mind recommending the place to anyone.

Had a recall parr on our Jeep. Called and scheduled an appointment. They said to bring it in at 8 am and they would have it done by lunch. (The recall said about 1 hour to replace the part). They didn't start working on it until 3:45! The vehicle was not ready until 5pm. Will NEVER use or recommend anyone to L & M motors!!!

Would not recommend this place. They will sell anything to get money. Sold me a messed up Jeep Cherokee. Took it back to them and guy said that noise is normal bring it back if it keeps doing it and we will make an apt for the mechanic to look at it. The noise is clearly not normal on top of that it jerks when I accelerate.

They did not fix my problem and SD they were scared to do what needed to be done , well I done what they told me they done and u know I seen and still same problem , charged me 500 and SD come again , well I can shoot in the dark on my own hunh

Great service, friendly and polite staff, definitely the atmosphere of a welcoming and family owned dealership. Staff was very knowledgeable and personable, prices were some of the best you'll ever find.

I'm very glad to have sent my Jeep Grand Cherokee ecodiesel in with L&M Motors. Had put in DEF fluid that I found out was bad from Walmart in Sweetwater TN. Was trying to find a dealership who wasn't going to make me pay $125 to have it analized like the dealership in Oakridge and Linoir City.Told L&M Motors my problem they told me the price and they kept it for a extra day because of not having enough technicians. The bill was exactly what they said it was going to be. Will be doing more business with L&M Motors I'm glad to see a dealership that isn't out to rip people off like other dealerships.

I took my car back 2 get worked in agin it didn't last 2 days if they worked it or not n fri i took it 2 put on a new battery it was in the back seat the manager put on one of their's 2 begin it was gonna cost $24.95 it ended costed $180 i most definitely won't go back there agin

Jimmy service Mang was just great went over & beyond too help me as my truck went down on me as I was going into Athens Tenn last minute. Tony parts Mang was also great..Believe John a car salesman I meet was great to spend with an one other salesman , sorry don't have his name..All-around everyone that I had contact with was just great....XPO LOGISTICS, TRK # 4037..JIM M.
