Dylan was awesome! He arrived within 3 minutes of us calling and was able to get the car door open in less than a minute. He was wonderful! Thank you Dylan and J-Pro!

Replaced a starter for me a few years ago. Gave me the choice between a new starter with a lifetime warranty or a rebuilt starter, also with a lifetime warranty. Rebuilt was cheaper, but with a lifetime warranty, what could go wrong? Everything was good until the starter went bad. Called them, and the first thing out of his mouth was "We don't have a lifetime warranty on anything." "I don't know who told you that." Found my receipt, and sure enough, it doesn't mention anything about a warranty, but I know what I was told. My fault, I should have made sure it was written on the receipt.I will not be doing any more business with a man whose word is no good.Funny thing is, I don't even know if I even needed a starter in the first place. Only had 32,000 miles on it. My vehicle wouldn't start again the day after they put the $400 starter on. Had to buy a new battery. Funny how they didn't even check the battery in the first place.I would not recommend this business.

I needed a jump, and literally the tow truck was on site within 10 minutes of the call. Granted I was close by their shop, but still it was soooo much quicker than I expected. Got me back on the road super fast.

I am beyond thankful for these guys their service is impecable. We had 3 vehicles break down for different reason with in a span of about a week and a half...jpro had us back on the road as quickly as they could...1 of our vehicles broke down again with in the same week it was fixed and they were able to help us financially with it as we were extremely low on funds without these folks we would literally be walking THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH YOU ARE SO GREATLY APPRECIATED

My brother was involved in a collision, I came to pick him up and took pictures of the scene, one of the tow drivers started screaming at me that Im not allowed to record and that he will have an officer take my phone. Very unprofessional.

Had money for my Nissan Altima silver an black nice rims back. An they done ownershiped my vehicle. To scrap yard .like for wat kinda services does that. Dang charging me close to $1000 dollars pathetic. Wouldn't give me time come up with that kinda money.. I mean least keep cars over least month time for someone come up with that kinda cash.

I will never use anyone but JPRO. I was stuck on ice on a hill. I was scared and crying, not knowing what to do or how to get out of the situation. JPro was there to pull another truck out of a ditch. They were able to talk me through turning my car around ( most of the way) so I could head back down the hill at get safely home without ending up in a ditch. Dylan and Tyler were so kind to me and made sure I was able to get up the hill I live on. 10 out of 10 recommend JPRO.

Came home and wife's car in garage had dead battery, called J-Pro, Dylan came out and had her car running in no time. Reasonable price, thank you very much.

I called before Christmas to get my sons car towed to the repair shop ,which is couple miles away didn't want it to be sitting over a week there under no one was there so after the new yearcalled him back ,He was right on it , I said we cleaned everything. out if .He looked at my son said you left your girlfriend picture in there we had a great laugh .I taped his card to my fridge and programed his Number in my phone.I will call him and tell people about him .What a great guy .Highly RecommendJ-Pro

I had just experienced the scariest car accident of my life involving a gentleman going the wrong way on the highway and the TN State troopers had to call me a wrecker. Well, I got super lucky and got Dylan with J-Pro. I was shaken up pretty bad but on the ride back to the shop Dylan had me laughing the whole way and made me feel a lot better. Dylan also went the extra mile and had a rental waiting for us at the shop by the time we arrived as we were still 3 hours from our destination. My friends and I also decided that when next year's Tow Truck Driver of the Month calendar comes out Dylan deserves to be Mr. June, July and August because those are the hottest months and he's the Hottest Tow Truck driver we know! Thank you so much Dylan and J-Pro for taking such good care of us!!!

Currently based off of customer service only, it was a delight to speak to everyone there they informed me, was very upfront about everything, including the dealership that I bought the car from they were all wholesome, kind people you should definitely do business here. Their customer service is up highest.

They have done good work at a fair price. Unfortunately, when I recently had new tires put on,(Cleveland Tire) they showed me a lug nut that was cross threaded when it was last put on. J Pro was the last one to have my RF wheel off when they did my brakes. The stud did break when the lug nut came off. I called and talked to Anthony at J Pro. He said they would replace that stud at no charge and apologized. I will be bringing my car back there soon to have that done. J Pro did exactly what they said they would do, I brought my car to them and they replaced the RF stud that had broken. Mistakes do happen but its how the mistakes get handled after they happen. J Pro handled this, well, like a Pro!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were traveling through with our camper, 3 kids and a dog. It was about 11 at night when I called jpro and talked to the owner Jim. He said he would do his best and get us in as fast as he could. They were awesome to me and my family. Dylan picked us up and towed us to the shop. They hooked our camper up to the shop power so we could have ac. It was so hot. They gave my kids Popsicles while we waited. Gary did a great job getting us repaired. Thankful that good people are still out there and these guys treated us great and really helped us out when we were helpless.

The time when I thought I was stuck while driving down a hill in snowy conditions a night after Christmas . A man with the name of Jim came to the rescue. I start to panic thinking that the car would flip over and the bill would be huge. All he had did was just reverse my car out the hill and gave me a free charge and told me Merry Christmas.

I have been going to J Pro for years. From oil changes to rear timing chain on the Explorer. They have done fantastic work, always working to please their customers. Great work at an awesome price for what they do! They even changed my mom's instrument cluster on a 2005 Buick that hasn't worked for years...she is more than happy! Their towing service is A-1, which I unfortunately had to use a few times!! Great company!

I frequently go to J Pro for my vehicle maintenance. Every time the work has been quick and efficient, and they always kept me in the loop for the more serious repairs. My most recent visit was an oil change, and it was still very good and very quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Dylan Eaton at j-pro is phenomenal. He helped us when we were desperately in need of a tow for our vehicle even with personal issues going on. I had my a/c fixed by J-Pro and I knew I was going to pay a little bit more but I was ok with that because I knew I was getting quality work and it would be done right. They told me they was going to change 100% of my a/c system and after they was done working on it I wouldn't have to worry about it for years. After a couple months it stopped blowing cold air again... Took it back and they put some dye in it to show where the leak is. After a couple more months it stopped again. Took it back and they changed my compressor. They said if this don't work I'll have to pay labor to have it worked on again. That sounds like BS to me

I went in for a suspension check. Charged .5 hours 44 hours for diagnoses. Asked the lady up front if they could plug a scan tool in to see which speed sensor was malfunctioning. They were busy she said come back later. Came back on Friday was advised to come back on Monday... to plug in a cord and tell me a code ... at my old shop these services were free and we were happy to do it usually lead to more work didn't cost much time ect ....Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience with this company showed up to pull my work truck out of a job. Two gentlemen showed up started checking out how the were gonna get the truck unstuck. One gentleman proceeded to tell us that he doesn t feel comfortable pulling it out without flipping our truck. We told him okay and asked what his plan was he told us they had an idea they were just trying to make sure it would work. At this point the second tow truck driver had to leave to go pick up a car. The main tow truck driver sat down and played on his phone while we are waiting to get towed. These two guys finally got back together after about a hour and decided to start trying to pull us out (after we already told them we had another tow truck on the way). They then sat at their truck and talked for about 20 mins to bring us a bill for doing nothing at all. Customer service horrible. Employee attitude horrible. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
