They are trying to charge me for a missed sample that the machine went off for while I wasn't even in the car nor was it on so had to drive all way to Athens and pay to have the violation alarm removed

The people installing the device were great. Just don't like the product. First of all I am a smoker and don't have that much lung power, second is you shouldn't be using it while driving. It'll cause an accident.

I can't believe that in AZ there's no discount for someone like me in a fixed income. But yet the state I be in Tennessee does but yet nobody can help me!!!

Make sure you have your battery charged up and your bill paid if not they'll keep coming with charges.
