I d leave zero stars if I could I will never take another vehicle back here again dropped my sons jeep off to get front breaks done on it before he turns 16 in a few weeks no one bothered to call the first day to tell us exactly what it needed or how much it would be so we had to call to check, was told it needed pads and rotors and it would be $475 for that an oil change seemed high but hey everything is now pick it up at the end of the next day drive it 2 1/2 miles home seemed to do ok but had a slight smell parked it for two days finally got a chance to drive it 10 miles or so and back to the house can t go over 40 miles an hour or it s jumping all over the road pull back in driveway and it starts boiling smoke from the brake rotor turns out the front break was locked up called they had a tow truck come pick it up right at closing time on Friday Saturday about lunch still hadnt heard anything about it stopped in and was told some one had messed with the breaks once before? And the caliper was messed up parts would be there Monday to fix it still no call Monday so we call and they said there was a hiccup with the parts it would be Tuesday now Tuesday no one calls so we call Wednesday and told it was ready and would be another $175 to fix what they were supposed to the first time what a joke they used to be really reliable but never again

I wish I could put a 0 star, I had money I. My vehicle first off my bad for being careless and forgetting. But when the vehicle was returned to me some of the money was missing. And they didn t question said employees or anything . They told me I could just file a police report if I wish. Losing the money was a lesson for my being so careless but making this review and filing a police report are on principle. I m glad I was hurting bad for money. The dirtbag probably needed it more then me if they re just going to rob me blind at there place of work.

Bought a tire for my lexus is for 92$ and when I left I had a flat the very next day, they cracced my tire rim and then proceeded to charged me 135$ to fix it, this place is all I can find that carries my tires so I come bac to get my bac driver side tire changed and they tell me that my front left (the one they just replaced) will need to be replaced soon bc it has a piece hanging off of it??? Smh, NEVER SEE ME HERE AGAIN!!!

Alright I don't give low ratings without an explanation. First, I would say my rating is actually 2.5 as Google will not allow .5 stars, but I want to be fair.Let's start with the business itself. It is a hopping tire shop as many people use them and probably had a better experience than I did.What went wrong are several things. First, I went on their website late last week to search for two front tires for my large passenger van. I used their tire selector, which a lot of tire websites use, and selected the tire based on my vehicle specifications.When I called them to verify if they had my appointment I made online on Tuesday, they said that they don't even get appointments from their online system and don't even use email...say what?Anyways, because the pricing was good, I went ahead and requested the tire and the receptionist confirmed with a tire specialist about the status of the tire (they had to order it) and how they take appointments (walk-in only). I went ahead and again shared with them my tire size, vehicle, and even shared with them it was a larger vehicle, and they said that was fine and try to come in early on Friday, which I did.After dropping off the vehicle, I went in. The appointment ladies were nice, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, after 3 hours, I was informed the tires they ordered (but apparently didn't check) were the wrong ply, which means they couldn't put them on. In addition, they had tires that would fit, but the price would be double. After all of the errors made in talking to them, online experience, and wasted time from work, I had them replace the tires back to the original and left.This wasn't a good experience for me at all. They really need to work on fixing their website so that the orders go through. Also, they need to do better about checking tires against the vehicle being serviced.

I would highly suggest you keep scrolling if searching for an auto mechanic shop. This place will charge you for the service but only half complete the job. We dropped of one of our vehicles off for a new set of tires, alignment and fluid top off. Picked up the car and noticed tps sensors flashing, not reading 2 tires at all. After further inspection realized they didn't install new valve stems witch is apart of the service. ( At least everywhere else) After further inspection none of the fluids had been topped off including the engine coolant reservoir that was low. I would not trust this establishment if i had to. Not to mention the lack of concern from them when confronted. As long as I'm breathing they will NEVER touch one of my vehicles again.

Love doing business here, I brought my own tires to get mounted and balanced. They didn't carry the tires I wanted in the size I needed. Got all 4 33/12.50r20 mounted and balanced & a 4 wheel alignment done for $240. They were able to align my eco diesel quad cab 1500, not a lot of places can. They got it done very quickly, overall great experience. I'll definitely be using them for my next set.

They have another new team member Alicia; She is doing Amazing! I would highly recommend coming here , especially if ur credit is low bc they do not check credit also u just have to let them know verbally your income u do not have to bring stubs in. With that being said it is very convenient! You just need your title, ID and 3 contacts with verbal statement of pay. Also they do everything they can to get u what u need!

Services no longer include free alignment when tires are purchased from there. Free rotation and balance is still included with new tire purchase. No longer accept appointment's. First come; First served. So the wait is even longer. Polite employees. Car was returned without greasy smears. Oil change completed with no problems and reasonable priced.

Friendly service, great shop.Had a flat on an equipment trailer on the way to a job. C&D had the tire i needed in stock for a good price. They were very busy but were able to get me back on the road very quickly.

Got there a little before 9am. Just wanted tires and an alignment. Was the 5 hours! They had forgot about me. Was told the tires were in stock, nope had to wait for the truck. Wanted a wheel alignment, i just left after my 5 hour wait. I may go back for it or may go somewhere else. The person who forgot me did apologize.

Shawn was great! Ran diagnostics and gave us a detailed print out to take to a dealership, he also gave us advice on how to make it to a dealership that could help us, after they'd already closed.

Tried to call on Friday for a wheel alignment for a Monday around 3:30. Was told they work as first come first serve. Arrived and a ticket was done. Sat there til close (1 1/2 hours) and they come and tell me they can t do it today . Hence my attempt to make an appointment. Don t waste peoples time.

Had a wonderful experience. I had went on Saturday to get 2 tires. They didn't have them in stock so they ordered them for me. They were in before 9 am on Monday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time. Definitely will be using them from now on!

I have been a customer there for many years and recommended them to my daughter. I dropped my daughter's car off for service today and after my experience today with the VERY rude lady that waited on me I will not be back. I will pay more to be treated in a courteous manner. I will say that the people who called me to update me on issues with my daughters vehicle were very nice and courteous, however first impressions speak volumes and my first impression today left a sour taste in my mouth

I went to get an oil change and my tires rotated there were probably 10 people waiting for there cars to be finished, and I was able to do a walk-in and they were done in like 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend. I do have to say something to say about the service, I am 16 years old and when I went inside the lady at the counter seemed a little mad, I was being my normal self being polite and respectful. And she said to me "I'm sorry if I was rude I normally don't see people who have manners and treat others with respect"

I was quoted the wrong price for my tires so you can imagine my surprise when they told me it was gonna cost around 120$ more than figured. The lady that seemed to run the place was nice about and gave me a perk for the inconvenience, Free roadside so that made it a little better. plus I love my tires.So my visit this week needed an oil change and a a repair on brake system. I showed up 15min before they opened because they are first come first serve. Waited two hours then they came and told me it was my rotor and they would have to change the whole system for almost 300$. Ok so I said let's fix it they proceed to tell me the problem with that was I was going to be waiting another 3 to 4 hours because I was being put back in the line of waiting. So I gave someone else my money saved 80$ and it only took them an hour. Nice oil change though.

Horrible customer service. Attitudes are very bad. Just rude people. I went and bought and alignment and a arms and also tires spent nearly 1500 dollars and was ran off the highway about 2 days later and there was a flat spot of 2 of my tires well there was nothing they could do but charge me for more brand new tires because flat spots weren t covered by their warranty. They wouldn t even give me used tires so I brought some used tires along with the new rims I had to buy due to the accident then when they switched my rims they kept my tires and said there was nothing they could do for me. And this is not the first time I ve had a bad experience with them. It s every time I go in there they have bad attitudes. I will not be returning here for anything else. 0/10 would not recommend. Honestly you d be better off going to matlock. It may be a little more expensive but definitely worth it.

Arrived at 8 am, needed 2 tires for my car, it's first come first serve and I was in and out by 9 am, I go to C & D tires for all my oil changes and tire needs. Give them a try you won't regret it

Im never one to complain as I have been a manager for years working with the public, and granted I had been working all day in my yard and probably looked a mess however, I came in to get a tire changed over on one of my vehicles and have never experienced such rudeness and unfriendliness of a front desk worker. The lady working the desk sure cost them my return business. On a brighter note they did my tire change over very quick and efficiently.
