Before I write my review, I wanted to put it out there that I am a former F-16 aircraft mechanic and I have high and unforgiving standards when it comes to mechanics and the work they do. So with that being said, these guys are excellent! Their customer service is outstanding and so far their work is impeccable.However, most importantly, they are honest. This last time I took my truck in, I was relatively sure I needed rear breaks due mostly to the squeaking I kept hearing when I applied the breaks.Long story short, Jim called me and said that my breaks had quite a bit of life in them and therefore he did not feel like they needed changing. Jim discussed some things with me and we ultimately decided that he would have his guys check everything and clean them.Reality is, I would have had no way of knowing whether or not I needed the breaks. And before you think, "well they would have to show you the old the pads" they could easily show old pads from anywhere, so that arguement is moot.I recommend these before you try anyone else. I would feel comfortable sending anyone to them. Their work and their integrity are second to none! Their customer service is also amazing.Finally, a big shout out to Matlock Tire Service & Auto Repair for recommending these guys. I have needed them several times over the last couple of years.

This place is awesome! They fit you in the schedule conveniently and Jim at the front desk is very nice and friendly! I like that I can drop off and receive my car back same day within a few hours unlike most shops that wanna keep your vehicle for up to a week! Will definitely be coming back for future services when needed.

Athens Auto Logic has maintained all of my family vehicles since 2000. Service includes anything from oil change and rotation to engine and trans replacement. Good service - Happy customer. Over the Christmas holidays our out-of-state guest 's vehicle needed an unexpected repair. The Auto Logic team gave us fast, friendly quality service, and we fully applied a coupon- all much appreciated.

This place is very honest and reasonable I went there with my 2007 Chevy Silverado with some issues and they was able to fix it with no problem and I haven t had a problem since thank you for doing such a great job on my truck I would definitely recommend this place if you need any kind of vehicle repairs done

Excellent experience! Last time my car was in the shop, it took forever before I got it back (note that was with a different shop). With Athens auto logic, I had it back within three days. I knew it knew I needed a lot of work, and they were able to give me a honest reviews, and tell me exactly what the cost would be. my car is running great. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them!

Jim and the staff were very professional. They offered several quotes and recommended which ones needed immediate attention for safety reasons. I couldn't be happier with the repairs that they have completed and will soon be taking my other vehicles for the few things that need done. I would highly recommend them for your auto repair needs!

I took my vehicle in it was misdiagnosed. I was told the alternator needed to be replaced, and if that didn t work, we would go from there, Jim, the male receptionist at front and the first conversation was rude and gaslight me. Try to force unneeded repairs. Got a text message from Jim this morning. I asked him a question no reply I called and Jim answers, rude as usual. They will not give me a refund on my diagnosis even though they did no repairs and misdiagnosed it Jim hung up the phone on me. I called back tried to leave a message for a supervisor to contact me, and he picked up the phone and hung it up again. Refusing to let me speak to anybody. The audacity levels at this place are through the roof rude, unprofessional lack of bedside manner or lack of any manners. Thank you for wasting my time. I will be sure to spread the word of this ridiculous incompetence.

I have brought my car here a couple times now (and scheduled again for another service) and it's been a very positive experience. Jim is knowledgeable and I Iike the fact that I don't feel taken advantage of like some other car repair shops I've experienced. Jim even texts after service to see if all is still good! These guys did a great job with replacing my clutch on my truck. I d called around to several different places to get quotes and Auto logic was reasonably priced compared to everywhere else. They had my truck in the shop and on the lift 3 days after I d contacted them, great turnaround!Jim has mad it a point to keep in touch and make sure everything is still running well. I was in a time crunch with issues with the throttle control system on my 2015 F150. Made an appointment, took it in and it was fixed. Next day I drove over 1200 miles on vacation with no issues. Took my sons car there and they have excellent equipment for diagnostic purposes to tell you what's the issues with your automobile, they called and explained what was going on and what needed to be done and the cost anything that needed done they called explained and asked if he wanted it done and told him how much before doing anything

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for years. We completely trust Allen to give us an honest appraisal of what we need for our vehicles. We've always been pleased with the service. Most recently, we brought in a Sentra with 100,000 miles for a full check up to help us decide whether we wanted to keep it. For a very reasonable price, we were provided with a full assessment, thorough and easy to understand. This is a business you can trust and count on. My highest recommendation!!

They went above and beyond to fix my Ford mustang the transmission went out. They even delt with the insurance company & kept us updated and did a fantastic job. We take our other cars to them as well. We will not go anywhere else. Awesome shop. Professional, skilled, courteous. I recently had pre-travel maintenance done. My Hummer is running better than it has for years. They did the needed work and suggested the additional work be done when I returned, rather than pushing the sale. That type of integrity will keep me coming back. I highly recommend Athens Auto Logic.

Very last minute work needed 1:00 in the afternoon and they somehow manage to squeeze me in.I pull up this place is nice clean and busy all bay's are full and tow trucks bringing more to them as I wait.Customer service is excellent as they make certain we are comfortable while we wait as they try to repair all the many vehicles in the bay's.No rush fee no surprise fees but extremely reasonable rates and friendly people, I will be back. Thanks guys
