They are some of the slowest in town for an alignment. I paid around $100 for one, and it made my car feel like brand new. The only downside was waiting nearly 3 hours. Always drop your vehicle off unless you want to be stranded for a few hours

Staff was real friendly willing to help. Only problem I had was the prices on their tires a little expensive but other than that they were on point.

If I could leave less than one star I would! My 80 year old mother had a nail in her tire. We had already taken it off, and put the spare on, so she could take it to get it fixed. She sat at the tire store for over 5 HOURS!!! Over 5 HOURS!!! There is NO excuse for that! Ag Central Tire Pros Shame on you!!!

Just started using Tire Pros and I am very happy with service and price. I got a full set of tires, coolant drain and fill and most recently some issues with my ball bearings fixed. They are always happy to answer questions and give options when it comes to price and ordering. I am happy I found a new place to take my vehicle, I would recommend.

Went to get my sister a tire last Saturday and didn't have tire in stock so had to order gave me a price of 92 and some odd cents mounted balanced and taxes, so I said that was fine said they would call never heard a peep went by Tuesday and they had it so mounted it went back to get it and was told come back Wednesday to pay and when I did the guy that priced it to me wouldn't wait on me and gave me to someone else well price went up to 103 plus a few cents and it was like I wasn't even there when I told him that wasn't what was quoted needless to say will never trade there again, will pay more somewhere else

I gave 2 stars for my visit today because I have bee using Tire Pros for eight years. All my oil changes and all my tires. For the most part it has been a really good eight years. There have been a few times when I had to wait a while but not like today. I brought 2 vehicles in for oil changes and tire rotation. The first was in and out under an hour (fantastic!). The second one when I got to the counter and asked how long it would be the last told me 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I waited. At he 1 1/2 hour mark my truck was still sitting where I parked it. After 2 hours it was back in a bay where it stayed until it was over 3 hours. I asked the lady why it took so long and she said "no idea". I understand if you are busy and there is a wait but tell me that up front so I don't have to sit and waste half my day. They do good work but sometimes you have to wait an unreasonable amount of time compared to what you are told.

Always greeted with a smile! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been getting my oil changed and purchasing tires there for years. I drive 600+ miles every week so it s super important to keep my vehicle in optimal running condition, I wouldn t take it anywhere else.

These guys are the absolute best! Went above and beyond what they had to and we are truly thankful for all their help. We were on our way from Detroit to Daytona when we hit something on I-75 shredding both tires and cracking the rims at 1am. The next morning the pros at AG Central did everything possible to get us back on the road. The manager found a set with tires for my mustang on a Saturday morning beating the odds. Even used the shop truck to pick them up and only charged us to balance/mount tires. We were on the road by 11am and in Daytona by 7pm. We thought our trip was over but the entire staff did everything they could to make it happen. You guys are great! Some of the nicest people we've ever met including the customer who was looking for us also. Some really great people down there. Thank you so much for everything. We owe you all a steak dinner next time we head south.

I cant say enough about the Excellent Customer Service that is provided. Their Team of Mechanics are very knowledgeable and do quality work. The Manager Mike is very courteous and professional. They really do go the extra mile for you to be completely satisfied and they just wont stop until your vehicle is fixed and you are Happy! ! I will never go any were else for Vehicle Service !!!!! I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank You so Much Mike Jaquish!!!!

Fantastic experience! 10 stars to me! Great customer service (thanks Greg Bunch!!) and very fair pricing. Trust is a very big deal to me, and I have finally found guys that I can trust to do the right thing! I drive from Knoxville to Athens, 40 plus miles...that's how much this is worth to me! Also want to thank Manager Mike! Your team is AWESOME!! You will absolutely see me again!

All I can say is AMEN! I finally found a fantastic place for my tire and car repair needs. I worked with Rich, who listened to my tire problem, talked with me about possible causes and explained what he will check first and so on. He called to update their findings along the way. They road tested my car in the conditions I described and solved my problem in less than 2.5hrs. They ordered the new part and replaced it that same visit. When I came to pick up my car he had me road test it to make sure it was repaired to my approval. Now that's customer service! Very kind people who car about my vehicle as much as I do. Very professional and the cost to repair my car was actually spot on. I would recommend the Tire Pros. I will be back again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. This was my first time using the tire pros! From the very first phone call, Mike Jaquish went above and beyond to help me. I was in need of 4 tires and a wheel. He took the time to research and found exactly what I needed. When I brought my car in, Mike was there to greet me and I saw that he was actually the manager. Manager s understandably are too busy to help, but that wasn t the case for Mike. He was very friendly and made sure I understood everything that they were doing to my car. The other people that work there are also very helpful! I highly recommend doing business with these wonderful people!!

The Agcentral Tire Pros team was friendly from start to finish and got me in and out super fast on a Saturday! They helped me find the tires that are perfect for my car and budget without any pressure to get an expensive care package. We shopped around the huge Co-op while we waited. Left with lots of candles and great tires!

From oil changes to alignment work they are the best at what they do Rich and Terrell are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they take the time and explain exactly what is going on with your vehicles needs. But all the guys there are extremely helpful. It feels good to take your car to a place where they can be trusted to tell you the truth about your cars repairs. The employees here are absolutely Phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable and always greet me by name when I come in for my oil changes. They also keep me posted on what's happening when I am having other things done to my vehicle. The service just can't be beat. I'm a very happy customer.

The staff was absolutely top notch. I was traveling through from the Buckeye state to Atlanta with a friend and had a flat tire on the hwy. We couldn't locate one in time to get to Atlanta for a conference that day so they kindly ordered me 2 for the next day, got me into a rental vehicle and on my way. Wally Arrowood and his sweet wife came in on his day off on Sunday and met me w my keys to my Ford Flex so my friend and I didn't have to stay over night til Mondays business day in a hotel to get my car. They even turned in my rental vehicle! Honest, reliable and superb service in the heart of Tennessee! Thank you for your southern hospitality!

Amazing customer service worked really well with my budget to the point of adjusting the price down. I could only afford two tires and they aligned it too. They were also backed up in the shop and to be helpful they got pizza for the customers and gave free drinks away too. Best tire shop ever

Called to see if they had anything in my size they told me they had some Perellis for a reasonable price. I drove over 40 minutes and when I got there they told that they had just sold them and were being mounted, classic. then they told me that the only tires that were available were 160 a piece compared to 110 what I was previously priced. Then told me it was either that or wait until Tuesday.... I would not recommend and It would be in your best interest to take their employees advice and go to matlock tire just right down the road

These guys are so good to their customers. They are true professionals. Mike Jaquish is a long time friend and he's a good manager and has chosen staff that have those good qualities like he does. Professional, caring, and helpful is the service you will receive here.

Wonderful people! We got a piece of metal in our tire on the way home from a funeral. They got us in quickly and fixed our flat. The prices are amazing as well. Highly recommend this place!

I can t begin to say enough great things about the entire team here at our local co-op in Athens. The tire pro shop has helped every single person in our family from oil changes, New tires, and even repairs. They ve always been fair and honest and treated us like family! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Amazing people we are traveling several hours from home with three dogs and tons of luggage for three people for a month and hear an awful noise these people were awesome at helping it ended up being a ratchet strap making all that noise so loud we couldn t hear each other they figured it out in about 15-20 minutes but AWESOME PLACE!!!

After a flat tire on the interstate coming in to the co op in Athens was such a breath of fresh air. I have had bad experiences with the customer service and Professionalism at a competitors establishment quite recently. So when I came in at the end of the day and they not only welcomed me, but also bent over backwards to help me I was so relieved. While Mike Jaquish did not mention it I am sure they stayed over a little extra to help ensure me and my husband had everything we needed to get back on the road safely. Because my van was not with us at that time he even made arrangements for us to get the other 3 tires renewed in Sweetwater the next day, because that would be closer for me. In Sweetwater I was also treated with the same professionalism and amazing customer service as I had the day before in Athens. What a great team they have a both places!!!! WOW!!!!

Went in for an alignment and they said the ball joint was so bad we wouldn't be able to drive it so they "fixed" it. We left 3 minutes before closing and was on the side of the road for over an hour because they bent the plate behind the roter The metal was grinding so bad and I had no way to fix it nor an idea of how or what was going on until someone helped me Our appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't get my kids home till 9 pm. I will not use this place again!!!!

I ve always took all of my vehicles here to have them serviced. I love all the guys and they are all so friendly and definitely know their stuff. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and anyone needed anything done from simple service to even more difficult repairs.

These guys will make sure you're set. They'll let you know about any problems before the job is done, thus saving you time and money. A very trust worthy group, who as a unit know what they are doing. They are truly Tire Pros. But above all else, your Tire Bros.

Krista and Mike go out of their way to make things convenient for you. Tire Pros cost me less than $300 for a job that I had been quoted a price of $1000 by the dealership. If you want friendly affordable service with a smile, I recommend Ag Central Tire Pros.
