We were driving from Michigan down to Florida (with four small kids in tow) when we had some car troubles on the freeway. Pulled off the very next exit which happened to be Athens. Thank goodness they were open at 7:30 am on a Saturday. Drew was an absolute angel! He helped us with what he could from the store; beyond that, he called a service shop in town to ask if they could get us in to fix our vehicle's mechanical problems and let them know we would be coming and what we needed. (They were able to get us in right away and we were soon back on the road). Without Drew we would have potentially been stuck until Monday. I cannot express enough how blessed we were by this man! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jonathan was so helpful when I needed to replace my rear view mirror. He let me make sure it fit my bracket,and even helped me finish the installation. Would recommend them and their customer service anyday.

Huge shout out to Joe and this store!!! I can't begin to explain the kindness shown by these guys here. Joe went above and beyond. My battery went dead in my car and I had to get ride to store. I bought the battery and Joe loaded it up in his personal truck and offered to drive me back over to my car. Not only did he give me a ride he he went ahead and pulled the old one off and installed the new one. These guys are stand up guys. Thanks Joe God bless you!!P.S. You won a new loyal customer!!

Thomas and Marshall were awesome. They were very patient and helping me and even helped me install my wiper blades when I couldn t figure the damn things out. Kudos!

John was very helpful. We were looking for a hard to find RV battery and had decided to go to Cleveland to Batteries Plus. We stopped in thinking it would be a waste of time and it was well worth it. He got us our batteries and was helpful and friendly.

Your General Manager Drew is the best. It's hard to find good people anymore, but Drew goes way beyond to help you with kindness and appreciation with whatever your needs are. Advance Auto Parts you have a great GM I truly hope you respect and treat Drew very good to keep him. We need more people like Drew in this world. Thank you Drew!

The guy working there today,thank you for being such a helpful associate. The last time I personally called them, a guy answer their phone, which you can tell by the way he is speaking to me..he just wanted to get off the phone. The question I ask about a car part he told me yeah idk about it,and idk how much it's going to be either. Ever since then,I decided to never call/go there. Except for today,and I'm really glad my boyfriend and I stop there. Now my opinion about advance has change some.

Jon, Anna, and that Veteran guy that s there sometimes are alright. Probably my favorite parts people I ve ever encountered. Jon is always helpful no matter what. I think I will use them instead of O Reillys or Autozone for now on. Never once said anything stupid like just use rtv on your transmission seal because they didn t have the part I needed like another store in the area

Absolutely incredible customer service. I can't express how awesome John Mac is.My wife was traveling alone in our pickup going to family property in Tennessee. She called and said the Gen light had come on, and asked how serious that was. I knew the alternator wasn't charging, so I had her pull over immediately. She said it was hard to steer. I immediately suspected a broken belt.She was a bit frazzled, as you can imagine. I told her to call the nearest car parts store. John Mac, at the store, calmed her and reassured they could help. She made it there and he took care of the situation.I can't thank him enough. He was a lifesaver that day.Thanks, Advance and John Mac.

I just wanted to say that whoever hires here, keep hiring these people!!! My husband and I broke down today on our way on our vacation and we had no idea where we were or what was going on with our car. The wonderful people that work here did everything they possibly could to help us in any way they could! With all of the bad in this world right now a few friendly kind faces truly do help when you are stuck.

I visited three different parts stores today and found this one to have more to offer for the awakened American shopper. Although foreign products dominated the shelves much like everywhere else, I was able to find at least a few options to buy domestically. Its up to us to vote with our dollars, so businesses can support jobs and products made here. Read those labels folks! The staff and store were clean and welcoming. Will be returning soon.

Good people, always really helpful, all the parts I've gotten for my varied home fleet have fit well, I used to be a huge patron of the "other" A store ending with a Z but have lost faith in their parts and ordering ability, advance gets my business now and quite a bit happier with their service and parts quality

Needed a part called camshaft position sensor. Called store and was told they couldn't find a part by that name. 5 minutes later they called me telling me that they found it. The part name is a distributor sensor. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into helping me. It's nice to have people that look out for their customers.

There was a young man and a woman in there....the guy had brown curly hair and the woman had long reddish hair....pinned up with a hair clip .....as long as they know this review is for them.....I came in needing a radiator cap...pushing closing time, doors getting locked. My car had given me a hard time all day and I was fed up of it....just ready to get home....I thought it was going to be impossible!!!!Thanks to them for taking those extra minutes and letting me in!!! I made it from Athens to Sweetwater with no problem!!!! And still going!!! Thank you!! Those two went above and beyond for me!

Never have had much luck here finding the part I need or relying on the staff to be an actual PARTS MAN and able to look things up and cross refrence.. I guess they don't have real PARTS GUYS anyplace anymore.You tell them You need this number spark plug..They ask what's it Going in and year, does it have AC? and is it an automatic??I don't see how any of this pertains to a 1959 ford 900 row cropper tractor..Just gimme the plug I asked for or offer me the equivalent that You have.It DON'T matter if my tractor has AC,,And none were ever made with automatic transmissions back then..IT'S a DAMN TRACTOR.. SORRY YOUR 20 YR OLD COUNTER KiD has not been around long enough to be able to work without a computer doing his thinking..
