Had to have my car towed today and I would absolutely recommend Tony that works here to tow anyone's vehicle anytime! He had such a great attitude and was very professional! He made it look so effortless to load and unload the vehicle! They also had the best pricing around and responded quicker then any other tow company when had called!

A bit pricy compared to other places on the area but the service is top notch. Lost a fuel pump on a Saturday afternoon. Shop was closed but managed to get a tow to the shop (via different tow company) and they took care of the car first thing Monday. Picky's Recommendation: they do good work, I recommend them. Get a second opinion though if the price seems high.

These guys were awesome on the body work that my car needed. As you can tell from the damage of my accident to the beautiful work done to get my car back to normal I will definitely recommend these guys. Thanks

I called them today for a towing and had someone here at my house within a hour .Tony who towed my car was very friendly .There price was good for where I needing it to go. I would highly recommend them.

We were broke down on I 75 due to a blowout and they not only cut us a deal but they were very professional and quick to get to us. Cierra was more than willing to help us with every aspect and Tony the tow truck driver made sure we were safely taken to the truck and made sure we were treated with royalty. I will never forget these two people. They saved us from having to wait 3 hours to wait on someone from our hometown. Tony even took a picture of the tire and brought it inside for the mechanical to see the tire size. Would recommend this company to anyone who is stranded and needs help.

On the way to Florida my window was stuck down in the rain. Called these guys and they said to come on in. I messed up more wires to other electrical components and they promptly fixed those also. The crew here went above and beyond to get my family back on the road. While we waited they were so kind and helpful. I can't express how grateful we are to have found the crew here in Athens. Honest guys !!

Came right away. So polite. The car was in a very difficult driveway, but they were able to get it and deliver it to the mechanic. We have used them several times, and they have always been excellent.

The most unprofessional arrogant business we have ever dealt with. Would not listen or pay attention to anything that was spoken to them. No help whatsoever. Vehicle was towed to their place of business and they knew whose property was in the automobile and would not let the owner retrieve said properties even with the police support. Hundreds of dollars worth of valuables. Plus a very expensive automobile. They actually hung up on me several times when I was trying to get their address. I wouldn't take my worse enemy there sorry business. Also had driver take personal property out of car without my consent or permission.

Best price on tows and friendly drivers and phone operators. So you need a tow call AJs towing first and ask for Steve Seal.

We stuck in our brand new car in the middle of nowhere about 200 mil from home. A&J came to us as road assistant assigned by our insurance company and we didn't wait for a long time. A&J appeared almost immediately, looking at were we stuck. We had to be towed back to Atlanta. Surprisingly good price and excellent customer service. Our helper Thomas was great and several hours way home turned into real funny road trip. Keep doing best job guys!

This is the best body shop in athens. I would recommend it to anyone. They do beautiful work and go above and beyond to make sure. IF U need a tow or any work done please come here if u want It done right..

The tow truck driver was very kind and helped me calm down after my accident. They also did a good job recommending me to a place to find a replacement car. I will continue to use them for all my towing needs.

KIND OF A LONG READ BUT I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE. THIS IS MY FIRST ONLINE REVIEW OF ANYTHING BUT I FELT I Needed TO POST A WARNING Asked to do small repair not Collision related just a small restore to prevent rust. They had my truck for a week like we agreed to then when I was told it was done I could pick it up. When I got there didn t talk to anyone when strait to my truck to look at the work. The paint was great Sprayed very well but what the paint covered was not very jagged not smooth poor quality and craftsmanship. It was also not completely finished they left out the seems that needed To be Resealed. When I brought it up they were nice and apologized then asked me to bring my truck back the next week and they would fix it. A little aggravated but I agreed as long as they would fix it right it was fine so I drop my truck off the next week. When they called for me to come pick the truck up that it was complete again left work early so I can have somebody drop me off. The seems that where resealed it was very obvious that it was a rush job that they didn t really want to put the time in to fix it correctly the sealer was already coming out and you could tell that they didn t even score for prep the material underneath that it was just a cover-up It was a hurry to get it done and get it out of here they ll never know any different or what s underneath. I was just lucky that I seen that it was already starting to come loose and it was obvious that they were just trying to hide something that they didn t actually complete very sorry. There s no telling how many other people that they have covered something up and halfway did something to make it look decent to get it out the door I was just lucky enough to notice it.

This company isn't just doing this for money! They helped my daughter out tremendously, without anyone even asking them to! I'm not sure what the man's name was but I hope he sees this so he knows how thankful we are! It's not common to run across just good hearted people anymore, but we did today! Thank you guys so much! You have no idea how much you've helped us! They're also quick to get the job done as well!

I called several tow truck companies in Athens explaining to them that it was a local pickup and local delivery and it could be done at there discretion I was at no rush. I was hoping to get a discount because it was not a rush and it was a easy pickup and delivery. None of them would give me a discount. Except for A&J's They understood my predicament and that it was easy pickup and delivery they don't have to winch me out of a ditch or anything. So they gave me a break on the price. Special thanks to Greg Martin. Anytime I need a tow I'm going to call A&J for all my Towing needs. So if you need tow call A&J Body Shop these guys are reasonable.

Had a dead battery, Charles arrived quickly and was so professional and efficient. Turned out I was also out of gas and they immediately went and got some gas for me and I was on my way. I would recommend them to anyone in the Sweetwater area, even though they came to me from Athens. Great folks. They came through my roadside sercice through State Farm auto insurance. Thanks, Charles, you were wonderful to work with.

They had my truck for dang near 3 weeks. Didn't do what they said they was going to do when first talked about repairs. Never got a call saying they was having problems or never got a call back. Then when I was finally told my truck would be ready that it would be around lunch time got there at 1 and the truck wasn't ready had to wait another hour. After asking why didn't they do what they said they was going to do they said that they didn't remember saying anything about it. So I got my truck got home had to go somewhere at dark got in the truck and no lights work on the side they worked on VERY UNHAPPY about this hole deal and will never take anything there ever again would not recommend them to anyone either if i could give 0 stars or negative stars that is what i would rate it .

My tire was completely flat. I called a few places, left message. Even after all this time, no one has returned my call. I called A & J. Spoke with a "live" person! He towed the car to the only place open. I am very grateful to them!

A & J wrecker Service is awesome and Friendly Be sure to get these guys when in need to get you where you can get the help you need. I broke down at exit 49 off I-75 trying to get home and they saved me at the end of the day! And super accommodating. Thank You Thank You Thank You

Couple of months ago hit a deer doing 55 on the way home from work, causing some damage to the front driver fender and front bumper, and smashed a headlight. So far, with just the fender and bumper, the quality is excellent. Getting the headlights soon.
