I came in for an oil change. My car working great, no issues. 20 minutes in they ask me if I have been having troubles with my door handle. Which I never had. He said well your door handle snapped. My specific door handle is out of stock everywhere I could find. Except the dealership. Which is over $1200 for parts and labor. I filed a claim. Only received a message back once from an adjuster. Who I was never able to speak with live. I made over 8 phone calls to him, never to hear back also left 8 messages with the claims department. Spent 5 times on the phone on hold. 3 times over an hour, 2 times over 2 hours, and 1 time for 3 hours. Never to get a customer service representative on the phone. I finally did after one of those 2 hour and 12 minute hold times.Only for her to tell me it s considered wear and tear and will not be covered.I will never take my car to Walmart for an oil change again. Horrible customer service and not standing by their work or mistakes.

They started out fast with the oil change. Then grinded to a halt. It took forever for them to rotate and balance my tires. The biggest complaint is in the waiting area. All there is to set on are four metal folding chairs. You would think if Walmart valued their customers and as much money as they rake in, they could at least provide a comfortable chair or two. Maybe one of their damaged televisions to occupy the wait time.

I got great customer service! I needed a new tire for my zero turn mower. They had the tire in stock at a very resonable price and within a short time l was on my way back home with the new tire mounted on my rim, ready to put onto my mower!

This is why I keep coming back to this walmart. I got my tires there last year. But they do this courtesy air pressure check. Staff Tre, he was super courteous and polite and took care of my tire pressure right away. I'll Be back!

It was great I get my oil changed at Walmart all over the Country. They do a good job very Confident it. I am Happy with the service for years now. Easy convenient nice. And did I say Fast very Fast

Always something. Didn t have any tires in stock in my size, quoted 45 mins for an oil change it s been well over an hour and they still haven t started.However, James at the counter is the nicest and most professional employee at this location and deserves a big raise.

Had a 10:00 appointment to get tires put on. They told me no longer that 45 minutes. I have waited 3 hours now. Another customer was on hour 5 for a battery swap. Front desk clerk has told us both she honestly has no idea why they take so long. Definitely doesn't help that they have windows and you can see the technicians standing around talking. If you value your time or can't drop off for an entire day, go anywhere else nearby

Took my car in yesterday to get tires and an oil change. My car now has scratches on my fenders by the wheel well, pretty much by every tire. Also get a call about half way through my service stating they broke my dip stick and tried to blame it on the age of the car and I get that but it s 8 yrs old and I ve had cars way older and not break the dipstick. Moral to the story they won t replace it. If you have nice a vehicle and don t want it all beat up then I would not go here. I ve gotten many tires and oil changes here before and the service has never been top notch but cheap. But when you start damaging people vehicles because you re careless and smacking the impact on the side of peoples cars and scratching and dinging up their vehicle then you don t deserve to be open much less have any customers. Tammy and Misty did a great job taking care of BOTH of my vehicles today. They got my oil/ filter changed quickly and gave me a good price on the synthetic oil! I strongly recommend using them and Walmart for your vehicle needs!!

They don't call when parts come in like they say they will. Took them 1.5 hours to change oil and 1 tire. Didn't reset oil change light. Then when I called to see if my 3 other tires came in they never told me I had to make appoint to get them put on. I drove all the way there to be told it would be a 3 hour wait before they could start on my car. I asked when would be a good time to come back. He said no way to tell. Then added unless I wanted to make appointment. Duh!!!.

Don't go. Not even for an emergency. Between corporate policy and no communication on time, no pep in their step: Just don't go.Walmart once had a decent Tire and Lube, but whoever is leading it in corporate is not doing a good job.

I had to get a battery replaced a few weeks back and the service was great. I was in and out in no time. You can get notifications of your vehicle status on the Walmart app. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

It honestly appears that they have 1 person running that entire bay that does everything. 2+ hour wait times for an oil change? If you don't have the staff to properly run the department, then shut it down until you do.Do yourselves a favor everyone, and go somewhere else. I'll gladly pay more if it means that my car will be worked on in a respectable time frame and by someone who isn't being ran ragged.

Like most places today they are shorthanded but the gentleman gave me an estimate of the time I would have to wait for my oil change. He was right on time, did everything the way he should and I was very happy with the work that was done.

So they break a tire sensor on my car doing a tire swap, no big deal. I take it back for the free repair, they now say theres a second dead sensor and want to know if I'd like to have it fixed too.Talk about mother of coincidences, in the brief timeframes between them breaking a sensor and now, one has magically died on it's own, somehow.So I say no, and instead of fixing the one they broke and leaving my other one alone. They take the one they broke off entirely, and replace the one they say is dead. Which is the one and only way to do the repair and leave a light on the dash for faulty tire sensors. Lovely.Never go here, go to literally any other tire shop

Came in to get 2 tired changed. Waited over 2 1/2 hours, all while the employees stood around doing nothing til I finally said something to them. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you have all day to do nothing.

The techs make sure your vehicles are done right during the oil hanges and tires and if they see any leaks or other issues they make sure you are informed.

My wife and daughter-in-law were traveling from Alabama to Missouri, and they blew a tire near Nashville in the evening. Justin is the manager at this Tire & Lube, and even though they were just closing, he and Matthew put on a new tire for her and helped her on her way. Before contacting them, I'd called 7 or more places near their location, and got the same story...can't help you. THANK YOU FOR HELPING MY FAMILY, JUSTIN AND MATTHEW!!

I arrived at the store around 12pm. It is not 6:20pm and I have still not had my tires put on. I will never come to this place again for anything for my vehicle maintenance.

Got there 20 minutes before they opened 1 person in front of me an one had a appointment 3 1/2 hrs of waiting an they just now working on it. There been 3 other cars in an out..

Put on different tires that I paid for... Left off three of four valve stem covers.
