I brought tires already mounted on wheels just wanted them to switch them out with what's on my truck they turned me away said it was hazardous truck was to tall lol I added a pic of the vehicle that was to tall

This place is absolutely a disgrace!!! I had 4 tires I needed mounted and balanced. Dude quoted me 140 bucks. Are you kidding me!! Said he would call me when they were done. I never received a call. So I showed up. And one of the tires was ripped. The tire was ruined. Also when I got home noticed they took my valves stems and none of the tires had air in them. They were not balanced. Someone needs to send this place packing!

02/24/24 - DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!! My wife bought new tires here, trying to keep our money local. After driving a few days the car was bouncing really bad. Took the car back. They said it was wheel bearings and recommended a shop down the street to repair. The other shop could not find anything wrong with the wheel bearings or anything else in the suspension. The other shop put new tires on the car and problem solved! I took the new tires TN Auto Care had put on the car back to them, only to find out they do not take returns and they would not do anything to make it right. I'm sure they are fine for oil changes and tire repair, but I would NOT buy tires from them!Fixed my tire in 10 mins. Pulled in, they plugged the hole, $10, and I was on my way!

Very nice people. First time buying new tires from them got 2 bran new tires. The brand I have never heard of. As long as they last and don't give me problems that's all I can ask for. Will go back for 2 more tires. Got a wonderful deal.

Fast service hidden gem for a tire/oil shop. Only negative waiting area is very small but quick service made up for it.

Had rims set switched an 3 of the lug nuts were cross threaded or over tightened with air wrench so now they spin freely. Called an was told he isn't responsible for the lug nuts an hung up. Wouldn't recommend anyone using this place.

They got a mostly stripped lug nut off my truck to replace a tire. Fair price for the work and great service

I went in for a tire change, and a week later the tire was completely flat. I m disappointed I was sold a bad tire and will never be back! I went to Tommy s tire service and they helped me out quickly and I have had no problems with them! 10/10 dont recommend TN auto care and tire!

Should be five. no half stars. Everything was great. Just not 100 percent. Only because it didn't have 100 percent of a certain product.. easily taken care of, though.

Buyers beware I have bought tires from him and my niece had to get one todayThis man quotes a price for tires and once he installs them he changes the price after they're installed the owner has done this twice now and takes your old tire and turns around and sells them to other customersIf you are hurting for money and need tires do not buy from this man he will con youHe has done this to me and niece do not shop hereNew edit as of 9/8/23 here the owner is lying he has in fact done this to me once and has done it to my niece AGAIN yesterday he is a con artist and will scam you he just commented and outright liedHe is not trustworthy and I see LOTs of 5 star reviews with no comment I know for a fact that Small time companies like him will do everything they can to get this review and are willing to create fake accounts to approve their rating there are so many 1* reviews on here that should speak for itself how untrustworthy this company isI have seen a few other businesses that do this rating system like I spoke to keep people on the hookThe business is shady and the only tire shop I have ever seen that says one thing on the phone and changes the price after the newer tire is installed if you look through the reviews you will see the owner has argued with customers and acted justified by his responseIf he truly cares about his company he would not respond negatively to the reviews and do everything in his fiber to correct the mistakes of him and his employees

Had to get a tire for my son car as he had a flat, they were very nice and helpful. Nice honest people. They also provide other services like oil changes.. highly suggest them.. Will definitely stop in again. Thanks again we appreciated your help!! From your new friend Stacy!!

Went in to get a tire plugged. Turned out it was leaking from the rim. They smeared some stuff on it and the tire was flat again within an hour. First and only time I'll use this place.

Stopped in with no appointment. Asked the gentleman if he could take care of an oil change for me. In and out in less than 30 min. Thanks for the service! Would recommend and will use again.

Great and fast service, support this small business he deserves it! We had a blow out and took our tire in for a last minute changeout, the mechanic took extra time inspecting the wheel because it was used. We ve all had our tires changed before but they were very big on making sure the job is done right the first time and took extra care. We will definitely be back for new tires!

Good people and nice selection of used tires. A little expensive but everything else is going up so I'm sure tires are to. Also will get you in and out in a hurry.

Bought two tires on line. Had to be mounted and balanced. Cost was $53 to have that done. Job was done quickly and very well. When doing this particular job, my main concern is that balancing is perfect. First thing after mounting is road check. A quick trip to Wally World and they were perfect. I have purchased and had tires mounted and balanced here before. One time I did feel a little vibration. You can usually tell front or back. Left or right is as bit harder. I went right back......they pulled each tire and found the problem. And did not complain a bit. Nice place to do business.

Went in for one rear break replacement quoted me and when he finish the job he quote me double the first quote 200 for on break never again

I had an issue with my tires so i visited this place and loved it! Such great, nice men who work fast for what you need done! Was out in 20 mins. 10/10 recommend!!

First time doing business here and it was a great experience! Bought two used tires for the front end of an older van and they were quickly installed while I waited. Would definitely recommend!

Have to watch this place. Went to get 2 new tires and specifically told them which ones to take(front tires). They tried to take my rear tires that where in good shape and put my bald ones to the rear.Caught them on that. Over charged for my new tires, charged 20$ to rotate, didn't balance the tires and even tried to take my chromies. Bad experience and they tried to hustle the wrong guy

This place is very dishonest, they do not know what they are doing, they raise the price on every tire as they work on it, they do not put the tires on properly, nor do they pay the seals properly, they do not replace your valve stems like they are supposed to, and they put faulty valvestem caps that are literally falling on. I would give half of a star if I could.

Went there at 10AM Saturday to have four tires put on my SUV. Service there is excellent as I had all tires balanced & mounted in close to 40 minutes. They guys there are good folks, if you make the time, give them a chance.

Horrible. I was quoted a price to change my brakes. I ordered the parts, and they came in a week later. I went up there and asked what day would be best for the service he said tomorrow, Saturday. Once up there on Saturday a different person was there and not as friendly. He said sit down we'll get to you when we can. There was no customers and one employee was sweeping, but I decided it wasn't a big deal. The sweeping employee, the one that originally quoted me a price, came out and began work jacking it up. Then the other guy comes out and says did he already give you a price i said yes. I said the quoted price and he said no thats just for pads on the front or rear. I then proceeded to tell me that changing my brakes would cost 4 times the quoted price. Then he said well he doesn't speak english. I said we had a full conversation 3 times about brakes and he seemed to understand. He told me the date to come he asked if it was pads and rotors we even talked about how nice the day was. I said that wasn't the quoted price the response said well thats the price. I left and won't be back.

Fast, affordable, friendly service. The few times I have needed to go, they have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of quickly, and without any unnecessary extras. I wish other car service businesses could be like this.

$67.35 for a used, plugged tire! Was told it was new hence the "new tire" price! Having to put air in it everyday I went back today to see how this *business owner* would react to my knowledge of him screwing me over and the one is for (lol) he replugged my $70 tire. But, his lack of professionalism gets a big 0.Being new to the neighborhood I can only hope he's the only one that don't gaf about the customer!Very dissatisfied!

Don't try to take a fleet vehicle here. The boss wasn't there, the employee didn't know what to do with it. Ended up paying out of pocket. Could have still been reimbursed with an invoice...nope, employees couldn't do that either. So I ended up paying for my company vehicles oil change...not a happy camper.

Cheapest and fastest oil change Ive ever found. These guys are friendly and honest. Love supporting such a great local business. Go here for your tires, oil change, brakes etc

Most unprofessional bussiness I have seen.brought two of my own tires and asked how much to mount them the guy said 30 dollars.well when I tried to pay was told it was 60.they didn't even balance them.will make sure everyone in this county knows they a crooks and won't stop until this poor excuse for a bussiness is out of bussiness.these people have picked the wrong guy to cheat this time .will post on Facebook and anywhere else possible.
