There were three people in line and only one guy at the counter. He was talking on the phone and then started messing around with his cell phone. He didn't even look up to acknowledge us, and he wasn't even talking about auto parts.I waited 3 minutes and he still didn't recognize anyone in line.Sorry but the customers in the store come before anyone on the phone.I left and won't be back. There are other auto parts stores to go to which are usually cheaper anyways.

Horrible experience, only took 2.5 hours and 40 customers to be helped in front of me to find out my battery is bad and to be given a battery from 2022 as a replacement. Won't be back

Absolutely amazing! Checked my starter, alternator, and battery. Replaced my battery. Auto Zone wouldn't even replace my windshield wipers.

Very nice guy , I had a blinker light out & he tried to change bulb for me but ended up not being able to . At least he tried .

Incredible, friendly service.I brought my car in to get the battery tested, it had been cranking slow for several weeks on and off and died on me earlier today. Joseph happily tested my battery, when it came back all clear he tested the alternator, when that was fine he tested the battery again. He noticed a lot of build up on one of the terminals and took it upon himself to clean it all off, and my connection is golden now. I will be back!

Great group of guys down here they are very helpful. Great arts for very good prices the only place I will shop from now on. Definitely customer service is high on the list. I highly recommend it to others over the other parts stores in town.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a brake light go out on my vehicle and one of their salesman came outside to help me identify it and then went so far as to change it out for me because I didn't have any tools with me. Above and beyond the call service!

Great experience at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Ashland City, Tennessee! I pulled up to the front of the store with light rain and noticed a couple of signs about Covid-19 which I couldn't read; my windshield wiper was in tatters. I could read the phone number so I called and explained that I needed a new wiper blade.This man who was sort of a short Guy Penrod look-alike came out to see what type of blade I needed replaced. He left and returned a few minutes later with the blade and the price. He installed the blade in the rain and I handed him correct change. Totally touch free transaction.

They hooked me up. I was having real trouble finding a specific part and Aaron J. stepped up and did what others could not. I got burned by another parts store that I frequented for decades. O'Reilly's is my store now. Thank you so much.

We cannot thank Oreilys enough. My car broke down heading back from GA. Alternator went out. They were so helpful on getting the part within hours. They aided in getting it fixed... and this goes beyond customer care. It was more than hometown hearts. My husband and I are so thankful to every crew member there for going above and beyond in making sure we didnt get stranded. This repair job was more than a vehicle. It was a repair to kindness, and we will be paying it forward.
