HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!! My wife took her Nissan rogue down there so they could change her tire, they broke her lug nut, and tire stud while changing the tire. They told her to come back the next day and they d fix it, and then charged her 135 dollars to do it. For a $10 part. Said it was broke before she got there? SCAM ARTISTS.

02/24/24 Had a problem with tires that another shop had put on my wife's car that they wouldn't take care of, so brought the car to King to get it diagnosed and made right. The service manager was very helpful and professional and they were able to diagnose the problem as bad tires. They put a new set of tires on it and problem solved! Would highly recommend them for any of your auto repair issues!Used the Enterprise Rent-A-Car located here. Hassle free. Quick in and out.

I had a 2022 Santa Fe broken down in Nashville one weekend. Left it unattended on street parking and later got it towed to King Auto on Monday. Everything was smooth and professionally done. Strongly recommend.

I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening, 7/5/2023. I filled out the key drop envelope requesting an oil change and a general look over for anything else that might be going on with the vehicle. It has over 100,000 miles. I left a number to call a family member when the car was finished as I was going to be out of town. The family member had no calls from Kings on their cell phone. No one from Kings called me. We heard nothing from them. The car was supposed to be finished by Friday. I had to work on Monday and needed my car. I called on Monday and they said the bill was $439. $439 for an oil change. No, they said, they charged me 1 hour labor to check the brakes, 1 hour labor ($110/hr) to check the car for service repairs, 1.5 hours labor to service the air conditioner. They could not provide an estimate on any repairs for the air conditioner, so they serviced it saying I had signed the key drop envelope approving the repair. I clearly wrote a disclaimer on the key drop envelope that I wanted estimates so that I could prepare and get work done on my car as I could afford it. Imagine how gut wrenching it was to know that it cost $350 just to look over my car and tell me what is wrong with it. The person taking my payment said they called my family member twice. I immediately went to their house after i paid the enormous bill, we looked at every incoming call on her phone from Wednesday forward and no one had called her. No one ever called me and gave me a status on the car. My car was there for three days and no one contacted any of us and then they came up with $439 for oil change and estimates. I told the person that I would not be back and he made sure I knew that it was fine with him if I never came back. This was an horrific experience. BEWARE!Service: Oil change

I have only lived in the area a little over a year, but both times I have brought my vehicle in, the staff has been super friendly, they don't overcharge, and they get the work completed in the time frame they tell you. I also brought my daughter's car to them and if they wanted to they probably could have ripped me off pretty good, but they were very honest and the problem was easily and inexpensively fixed. Thanks everyone at King Automotive!

Friend of mine took their vehicle there and got absolutely ripped off. $500 for labor on something that takes 45 minutes? Not only that, they re the most unprofessional people ever if you check their Facebook comments in the community groups, if they ever get called out their entire staff throws a fit

We will be taking all of our vehicles to King Automotive! They were amazing in finding a creative solution to an expensive problem with our son s car - they even were honest in reducing the bill when the job took fewer labor hours than estimated! And they were super prompt in doing the repair. In my experience, this is so hard to find!!!! I would recommend them to anyone. I had a trip I had to make to Nashville by the next morning, but desperately needed an alignment and my new tires mounted and balanced. I called in at 2:30pm and they told me to bring it in. By 4:30pm it was done, BEAUTIFULLY. My alignment was so nice and my tires felt so good. I m able to drive in confidence. They were quick and affordable! Best prices between Ashland City and Dickson! I m so grateful.

Let me start off by saying the staff is extremely kind and professional here. Back on April 1st I got under glow lights, a front lip splitter, side skirts, high and low beam lights installed and a back bumper piece put on my car. The under glow kit I had gotten was a set up that connected directly to my fuse box for power. Around May 1st my air conditioning went out, I had no clue why. I went to my dealership to have my car looked at and I was informed that the power for my lights had been wrongfully connected to the fuse for my AC and had caused it to stop working. A very easy fix but now I wasted the money to have my lights installed with this company as it was done incorrectly. While the staff is amazing I can t say I recommend them for anything electrical such as I had done.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I highly recommend King s Automotive. Not only were the repairs completed quickly, the price was very reasonable. It s rare to find a good honest mechanic, but I ve found one here. The customer service was unparalleled. It s so refreshing to see a company that still cares about customer service. I got my car from King Automotive when they were still selling cars. Not only did they have great cars, but their service department was excellent as well. I have the same car. I just had them service it. It was yet another great experience!! Not only was the price really good, but the service went above and beyond!! I will continue to have our vehicles serviced here. I highly recommend King Automotive!! They Rock!! I really wished that they were still selling their Awesome cars, trucks, and SUV'S.

Excellent work from the body shop! I took my Honda Accord to King Automotive's body shop to replace the left front fender and the rear bumpe. I had damaged the fender on a concrete pole in a parking lot and the rear bumper had been cracked by another driver, also in a parking lot. The service men offered informed, quick, and friendly service with a cost-free "true" estimate. Once the parts were received, the work to replace and paint the two major body parts was done in a day -- just as promised, The charges were also exactly what the estimate called for. The paint match was perfect and the new parts were aligned precisely. Extra care was taken to add the one body pin stripe on the Honda that runs across the entire side of the car. Everything was done perfectly. The servicemen are excellent body men. They do great work, do it in a timely fashion, and remain true to their original estimate. I had to have my heater coil replaced on my GMC truck. Travis fixed it no problem. Later on my AC quit blowing I took it to Travis and he could have got me for a new blower motor but instead he told me it was only a relay which was less expensive. Before this I had taken my truck down to Travis to have brakes put on, he noticed the rear end was loose and it could have caused me to have an accident he tightened it up for me and since then knowing Travis is working on my truck makes me feel safe. I highly recommend King Automotive for all your repairs. The service here is excellent!Chevrolet Blazer had an oil leak under the engine.The master mechanic identified the problem and repaired it the same day it was dropped off!He also took the time to verbalize other things He checked out as a courtesy just to make sure SUV is in great working condition!!I will use this company if anything else needs repaired in the future.Blazer is running perfect now with no oil leaks!Mike EasonService: Engine repair
