Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with any shop. Lindsey at the front desk was AMAZING working with my warranty company. She spent 3 days fighting with the first adjuster on my warranty claim to make sure I was getting the right part and coverage.Work was done quickly and they had my truck back to me ahead of schedule. When I picked up the truck, the owner himself came out and went over everything that had been done in detail (again).Don't think about. Trust these guys implicitly.

Dropped my car off for an alignment because I had taken the rear suspension apart and obviously don t have an alignment rack. Car drove 100% perfectly before doing so. They call me and tell me I need a tie rod end or it can t be aligned. Odd, it was driving perfectly straight 5 miles ago but ok. Charged me over $100 for a $25 (or less) tie rod end. OEM is $40 brand new. Then they tell me it s still not right and I need camber bolts and to bring it back, but still happily charge me for the alignment they couldn t perform correctly. $400+ later and I have a car thats worse off than it was when I dropped it off. Will never be back. Way to impress a first time customer. I ll be sure to spread the word

I've been a long-time customer, and they've always done great. I was recently there to have work on my vehicle. It was 't until a couple of days later. Did I notice that someone broke my tailgate handle and lock, as well as a hub cap. The handle was stuffed back in and fell out while i was driving. That's how I found out about it. The hub cap fell off in my driveway, the screw holes were broken off, and missing one of the 2 screws, the one remaining screw was only partially screwed in, but it didn't matter, they could of at least put a washer on it. Ended up having to buy a new one altogether . I'm shocked it made it home without falling off. Whoever it is they hired, needs to be fired. This person has assured me that I will never be returning.

Had my car for close to 2 months and couldn t fix it. They did refund my money but could have just said they couldn t fix it. We incurred rental car costs and it put a strain on our job having to share 1 car. Nice people but nice doesn t fix cars.

I took my truck in to get universal joints replaced. And new key lock installed. They called and said I need steering column rebuild to install new key lock because of the age of the truck and it would cost$$$. I did not have the money at the time. So just got the U joints replaced. Excellent service, did exactly what they said they would do. Did not add unwanted repairs to the job with out asking. Like other shops in the same area. I will be returning.Update: sorry to hear you don t work on classic cars , all my cars are becoming classic and are going to need u joints and other service.They no longer do driveshafts on older cars. Did excellent work on my 92 and was hoping to get my 89 done too.

Needed an alignment on my Mercedes E63 & had a hard time finding someone to do it. Another shop suggested I call Hwy 70 Car Care. They took care of it in less than an hour & were very reasonably priced! Very professional & courteous as well. Drives like a dream!

I have been taking our vehicles to Highway 70 Car Care for many years. Their prices are fair, and they have saved us a lot of money, too. One example: When my mother-in-law lived in Arkansas, she was having issues with her Ford Ranger truck. The mechanic told her she needed multiple repairs totaling about $5000. I took her truck to Hwy 70 Car Care for another opinion. They put it up and walked us thru each needed repair. In the end, she needed something fairly minor that was a couple hundred dollars. They could have done the unnecessary work and we would have never known the difference, but they have integrity and did not do that.They have always been quick and reliable, and taken good care of us. Five stars all the way.Service: Oil change

Highway 70 Car Care Bartlett/Arlington Tn. 38002 I have been a customer for some time now I routinely get oil change but today I am getting new tires installed and I love the way they care for my vehicle whenever they run into any issues they speak with me first before doing the work and charging it to me in the end like some other companies but overall I enjoy the quality and service and the guys are always professional and now that this pandemic is around that do social distance theirselves and that very important for me; I have recommended family to come over and they have and they are satisfied as I am the time period to wait for your vehicle if they run into any issues they will inform you immediately and that s great serviceService: Tires

I made an appointment for an alignment with a competitor a week in advance and then cancels when I arrive for the appointment!At this point I am desperate because I made the appointment for my son s car who had come in town for the weekend from college.So I call 70 Car Care and asked if there was any chance they could do an alignment that day? They said they could squeeze it in that afternoon!They took care of the alignment and an oil change. Amazing customer service. Everyone was very friendly.Cost was very reasonable too. They were a life saver. I am customer for life now.

Arrived as a walk-in to bring my mom s car in for service (P. Baptist) and was immediately greeted, checked in and car taken back for service. Was here less than an hour! I have been using Hwy 70 Car Care for 20+ years. The quality of work and service keeps me coming back. This morning I mistakenly called before they open yet they were happy to go ahead and order my tires so that they would be ready later in the day. They called me when they were ready to put them on and I came for a quick change on 4 tires and was able to get back to business quickly. We have a F250 Diesel truck that we had purchased new tires online and needed to have them mounted. We went to a couple of other shops, one the price was outrageous, the other didn t have the equipment for that big a tire. We went to Highway 70 Car Care and they took care of us right away. The shop is very clean, the employees are very professional and the job was completed perfectly. They are a small shop but truly understand customer service!!Service: Tires

I had my son s Jeep worked on today at Hwy 70 and they did a great job. I dropped it off this morning and they called the minute they were ready to pull it in to see what was going on with it. I cannot say a bad thing about this shop. Recommended by a friend in 2010 always getting a good and fast service. Writing this review after taking my grand Cherokee, they diagnosed and quoted fast. At same time I gad to leave town and they worked with me until I returned after a week. Car running good and fairly priced. They have my business.

I took my car in cause the air conditioner went out. I also ask them to check a clicking noise whenever I would stop and then press hard on the accelerator. When I went back I was charged $250 just to give me an estimate! I was told it was $125 per estimate! I was informed that I needed a compressor, condenser and dryer for $2200! And that my CV Axle needed to be replaced immediately or I could have an accident. Well I went to get a second opinion and was told I just needed a compressor since the condenser wasn't damaged and was told that my CV Axle was fine and it was not damaged. I got my air condition fixed for $1100. So I won't be going back to Hwy 70 Car Care again!

I ve been using this family owned business for about 11 years. They provide a good product at a fair price. They stand behind their work 100%. If something is not right, the owner will discuss the options and ensure it gets corrected. And the most important product you will be buying is honesty. Honest, ethical car service can be hard to find. So far, Josh, his dad and the team continue to earn my business and give my family one less thing to worry about.

Josh and Johnny take a very hands on approach to their business. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job. I have had numerous things done to my truck there. Caliper and brakes, oil, air and fuel filter changed. They even took care of a mistake another shop made. Another shop did not get the fuel filter on correctly and it was leaking terribly. They fixed the problem and when I went to pay, they handed me my keys and said have a good day and would not take my money! They take care of their customers! Now I am not saying they do things for free all the time, but they are fair and honest with their work. I know they use quality parts on everything they do as well which gives me a lot of confidence in their shop. Their waiting area is comfortable and they even supply you with a drink if you need one, non-alcoholic of course. I know as well, since I am there often, that if you ever have a problem, they take care of it. I highly recommend them for work done on your vehicle.

For anybody who reads this review of Hwy 70 Car Care, I just have to say these guys do an awesome job at making sure that you're set with the best repairs that will keep your vehicle running smoothly for a long time. They have a friendly and professional staff that are experienced in all the aspects of vehicle service. I highly recommend these guys to any of my family, friends, and any one else that is in need of service. They have free coffee and vending machine full of ice cold coke products, as well as, free shuttle and estimates. Also, if you ever want to do work on your exhaust or add lifts to your vehicle, these guys know exactly what to do. They can help make your vehicle roar how she is meant to.I took my car over to them to get an exhaust leak looked at. They told me exactly what needed to be done, how long it was gonna take and how much it would be to get it done. I even told them a story about my experiences with Gateway & Firestone and they told me that they hear comments about them a lot. They try their best to treat each customer exactly how they deserve to be treated. They are a very respectable group of individuals and would love to do business with them again.

Had them replace my engine and transmission. They told me it would be a Jasper engine and transmission but they installed an Auto Zone. Needed new motor mounts but they did not mention anything. Leaking oil and transmission fluid. Took it back and they could not stop the leaking. I will never go back to them for anything. Wow...what a rip off...

I called Hwy 70 Care Car after waiting almost a month for an appointment with 4 Wheel Parts to have a leveling kit installed on my husband's truck as a gift for his birthday. I had to pay half upfront to 4 Wheel parts before they would order the necessary parts for the installation. The day before my 9 am appointment (which was my husband's bday), I called to confirm my appointment. I was placed on hold for approx 30 min while they looked for my parts. I hung up and called back. Waited on hold for another 15 min to be told they could not find my parts and would have to order more. Needless to say my appointment was cancelled and I was left with no back up plan for a gift for my husband. The next day, I goggled "lift kits near me" and found Hwy 70 Car Care. I got parts ordered the same day with no down payment required. The following Monday, I received a phone call saying that my parts were in and I could bring the truck in. In less than a week, I was able to get parts ordered and installed for about $150 cheaper. My husband is extremely happy and he has someone that can install diesel parts on his truck.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Highway 70 provided quick, professional & efficient service. I brought my car in for an oil change, only to find out there was a long list of other issues that needed to be done. They were honest about what was needed first, and willing to work on prices to avoid sending my cost through the roof. Although I didn't get everything done this time around, I will be back to have them service my wife and I's cars in the near future. Thanks for the great work!
