My truck was hit in a parking lot and the guy s insurance worked with Caliber Collision. They were very friendly, communicated well, and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was excellent. Drop off and pick up was a breeze, and they made sure I was satisfied with the work. Even got it done early. 10/10 would recommend them to friends and family. Great job y all!

I just needed a simple headlight adjustment to make it flushed with the hood opening (personal tools not available to me at this time) on my 2013 Mini Cooper S Countryman and without any appointment, the intake lady looked at it, drove it to the garage and within 10 minutes fixed it for me. She refused to accept payment. There's business rules, policies and procedures and then there's human kindness and professional treatment. My experience with them had both. I hope I never have the need for their services but if I do, I will not even consider another shop. Thank you so much.Efren Vergara

Caliber Collision in Arlington, TN has met my expectation in providing quality results. The staffs are amazing and friendly from my visit. Highly recommend them for any repair work. Jeff Angotti is the person who have taken great care of me and understands results!

I would highly recommend the Arlington location! Jeff was a delight to work with, he kept me adequately informed on my vehicle. The other staff helped me make phone calls to Enterprise when my rental fell through. I would take any business I had to them in a heartbeat.

Caliber did an amazing job repairing our brand new Ford F-150! I highly recommend using this repair shop for big and small repairs. Lauren did a great job communicating each step of the repair.

Excellent service. I had several factors regarding my car repair and they were extremely helpful. I had surgery recently and wasn t able to drive, my daughter was driving my car when someone pulled out and hit us. When my car was ready after the repairs, my daughter was out of town and I had no one to pick up my car. They sent someone to my home to deliver my car to me. My car had been washed and vacuumed too! I was kept up to date by texts on all the stages of my car repair. Excellent service!

Two of my windows are missing the window visors. Seems like common sense would have suggested someone to make note to do that since windows/ window tint was being replaced. Wasn t contacted concerning my vehicle via text until close to 30 days out of my possession most times I had to call to get a status on it. Once I was told a window was ordered wrong so that was another wait then upon picking it up a mile or two down the road I noticed my visors were missing. I mean I m not trying to be a trend setter by driving with two visors and missing two (it didn t arrive to CC that way ijs). Now I m told the parts are in route and I can come have them put on or they ll come to me . I ll see how that goes willing to bet they will not be the right ones once they arrive. More than likely I ll end up buying them and putting them back on myself I hope I never have to cross paths with CC ever again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lauren and the Arlington Team were great. I hit a curb in my Nissan Rogue my vehicle was then towed to Caliber Arlington and they took it from there. The crew there truly made an inconvenient time bearable. 10 out of 10 recommend Caliber Collision. I was advised to use them through my insurance agency. It was the worst possible experience. There was little communication until I had to hound my insurance agent to get on Caliber. They would dodge my calls. They had my car for over a month and a half and all I needed was a new rear passenger window and some work on my steering wheel. They kept pushing my return date back and was told that someone would call me to confirm but would never call me. Awful company. I don t know how my car passed the final inspection . My passenger window was missing the vent visor incredibly unprofessional.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

The staff was very professional and the facility clean. Upon my arrival, the team had my paperwork and had communicated with the rental car company so that they promptly met me with my rental vehicle. I received consistent communication regarding the repair details and timing. My repairs were completed to my satisfaction and timely and my vehicle was even clean upon picking it up. I ve never done a review of any business, but after my experience here I had to. Terrible service, multiple missed phone calls, and them realizing they had ordered the wrong part the day before my pick up date (only told me after I called them to ask if my car would still be ready to pick up next day). Arrived to get my car when repairs were complete only for my door to not open and sensor not work and had to wait another hour for them to fix that. Would give less than one star if possible.

I recently had front end damage to my brand new Cadillac Escalade. At the time, the vehicle was less than 4 months old. I was worried about the car and quality of the work that would be done by the collision center. The Arlington location was superb! The vehicle was ready in a timely manner. The communication is amazing (text messages and phone calls to give me updates on each step of the repair process). Kelsey even contacted Enterprise to ensure the rental vehicle would be prepared for my arrival. Hopefully, I won't have to refer anyone for collision repair in the future. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and the staff at the Arlington location.

Did not complete repairs in a timely manner promised three different times had to go up there twice. Finally had to get the insurance company involved to get someone to call me back. They were seven days late on their estimate time of completion.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Everyone was AMAZING! great experience start to finish! My car was done a whole week before estimated original completion date! They vacuumed and cleaned inside and outside of car and it smells so good! Best part is my repair looks incredible! Like nothing ever happened! My pickup truck was repaired and the whole process from beginning to end exceeded my expectations! I m so happy my 25 year old Tacoma wasn t totaled and they made it look great! I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision and would use them again. They have multiple locations, but my experience was with their location in Arlington, TN.

Just a shout out to Lisa at Caliber Collision- Arlington. She quickly took care of one of my customers this morning! CC Arlington is the best CC in the Memphis area for customer service; at least this has consistently been my experience. I know this because I deal with them in my work and my customers rave about them as well. Keep up the great work! Y all are very much appreciated!

The worst experience they lied to my insurance company replace my wheel from the wreck and put the old tire from the reck back on it !!!!!! My car wobbles and pulls even after the so called alignment, that was done I have multiple sensors going off on my car right now that we re supposedly removed and replaced by caliber I am now fighting with the responsible party s insurance and caliber to fix my car or at least have it in the same (better) condition it was in after being hit by a car when I dropped it off after filling a complaint against them to the consumers attorney generals office ( for all of theses bad reviews you can file a complaint on line and Mabey they ll shut down 30 stores like they did in California for a 5.8 million dollar lawsuit from their consumer attorney generals office ) I had to put a star to comment y all don t even deserve that !!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was impressed with how meticulous and complete Caliber was. Great communication. My agent went over and beyond - helping me disattach, and reattach car seats - more than I would expect from most but I was so appreciative of the support! Every time I called - I felt like I never had to explain who I was. I felt like my car was being worked on as fast as possible. There were some delays in the repair but it was unavoidable and as they fixed one thing they realized another wasn t working right. And instead of sending it, they at every turn seemed to wish to get it right and communicated issues as they arose. And they also worked to keep the work within my insurance rental limit. I m very very impressed with the work and care I received here. I m very grateful! :). Great shop! Also, noted how it seemed like all of their spaces were meticulously clean. I can see why Caliber s ratings are higher than other repair places! Thank you!!!Service: Body & Trim
