I was recommended Birch s Automotive to get a second option on my leaking oil issue. After the mechanical diagnostics, we thoroughly discussed the possibly issues, time frame of work and what needed to be done.As I moved forward with getting John and his crew to work on my car, I initially expected more pics of my vehicle breakdown since they offered to send me. Seeing the pics painted a more enhanced description of the repairs. The shop informed me of the previous work done on vehicle was damaged and required fixing to prevent future issues, which I agreed to move forward. I appreciated the additional parts and labor were brought to my attention and seek approval/rejection to continue the job or not. I did not like finding another issue but I honestly had to think when the last time I replaced certain parts. Really like most people when I purchased the car or over five years ago. Over time parts breakdown with wear, tear and any environmental extremes such as rain/snow/wind/heat. Nothing engineered was meant to last forever.Overall, no one like to drop money on repairs but it s an investment that is needed for my day to day routines to keep functioning. I do enjoy the fact there are people that care about customer service, vehicle safety and quality mechanics. If the shop was to ever mess up, I just hope their dignity and integrity remains intact.

Was referred to Birch Automotive and it was great advice. He explained everything that was wrong and conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was in working order. I will be a returning customer for anything for all my vehicles.

John and his crew got me in the same day for a pretty massive work list on my 4Runner. He prioritized what needed to be fixed and what could wait. There s nothing he can t do. He honors his work and if anything goes wrong he s more more interested it working the issue out and having a return customer. Great job and thank you.

I took my Jeep into Birch's based on a recommendation from a client. The car had no major issues, but I figured I was due for some sort of tune-up at 76k miles. Unfortunately, I almost got majorly taken advantage of by this place. They quoted me $3200 worth of services that were totally unnecessary (i.e. thermostat housing replacement). I asked them which could wait and what had to be done now, I was told that they were all necessary right now. Suspicious and in sticker shock, I asked around to friends and family to see if the quote seemed legit. Thank goodness I did because the prices are astronomical and nearly everything I was quoted for is not necessary for my car's current mileage, if at all. I ended up paying about $300 for a tune up elsewhere. I would have been out 10x that amount if I went with these guys.

John and his team did an incredible job replacing our engine. They really went the extra mile to get us back in our Landcruiser. I would highly recommend Birch s to anyone in need of excellent service.

Very Bad Experience! Brought my 2001 Mustang to them ,Said they will rebuild my supercharger and did nothing but take it of my car , wanted me to get a $9,500 supercharger that I did not need or wantSo I had to send my supercharger to get rebuild because they couldn t do nothing about it other then me spending $$9,500 plus part he wanted me to buy ,So the owner charged me $3,500For storage fee , and was trying to take my car filed a mechanic leen to take itI tried so hard to get him to understand that it was out of my hands the supercharger was getting rebuild and take some time to get backBut he wouldn t back down , they were determined to take my cat if I didn t pay him $4,000 so I had no choice but to pay him !! Hwy robbery!!!!I advise any one that goes there to ask all kinds of questions!! Because they will RIP YOU OFF !!!at any chance they get !!they have no compassion of you !!

I ve used the twice over the last two weeks due to emergency situations. 1. No brakes 2. Pothole blowout In both cases they quickly fixed the issue and got me and my wife back up and running

These guys saved the day with my '96 Land Cruiser! A/C needed help, seat motor was shot, and turn marker was toast....they were overnighting parts in and getting everything installed with time to spare so I could go on my trip with my boys this weekend! Stellar experience with these guys!

Have used Burch's for major repairs on two F150's for years. They always get it right. They are always prompt at getting after it, no waiting days or weeks like other shops.

Wish I could leave 10 stars! John Brandon and co are so professional and fixed my car up fast and expertly. LADIES... they were not intimidating or degrading. John is very excited about his business and excited about cars, and he didn't mind explaining to me about what was wrong with mine. HIs staff is friendly, knowledgeable and don't mind spending a few extra minutes to speak with each customer. Even though I live an hour away from Arlington, I will be back with all of my vehicles.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement, Battery
