Arlington Automotive offered great service under the old ownership and has proven to be excellent under the new ownership. They offered me a 10% discount on an oil change and honored their promise! I chose to wait while they serviced my vehicle and it was finished in a timely fashion. I plan on using them for future auto needs. Thanks for a job well done.!

Very professional and fast service. I drove my van out of town after a trip to AA and it went great. We had a great time camping and knowing our car was in good hands prior to leaving. Take your car to Arlington Automotive especially before you go on a big trip, because they can test your coolant pressure and everything else.

Had a nail in my tire and even though they were super busy they made time for the repair. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service is excellent!!

AA was very efficient. They did a complete inspection during the oil change and did not try to upsell us on things that weren't needed.At the end of the service, they sent a text with pictures and an overall "health" meter of our vehicle. It was a nice addition to the oil change. Thanks AA for excellent service.

I had front brakes and an oil change.Quote was given, work was completed quickly all with great , friendly customer service.They did my rear brakes last July.I'll continue to be a returning customer.

Ms. Kitty was very helpful in finding a replacement for my tire that had a puncture in the sidewall. She got me back up and rolling again in short order! I can always count on Arlington Automotive to take care of all my service needs.

John at Arlington Automotive came in on the morning of a blizzard and was there to give us advice when we took our Rav 4 in with brake issues. He worked with us and kept us informed until they got their full staff back, & then got the job done more quickly than we expected.

One of the first times I have been to a mechanic shop where the manager of the store was as knowledgeable as John. John comes to the management position as a previous technician, which made all the difference in explaining to me the issues surrounding my car. Would recommend Arlington automotive in Arlington, Tennessee to anyone needing mechanical services.. They also do your basic oil changes tires brakes, etc.. John also went the extra mile for me and just making sure that I was satisfied so appreciative of his help.

My car broke down in the middle of a long drive hours from home.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and realistic about expectations. Got me on the road same day. Great communication system (phone/text/email). Took pictures of other areas of concern.Best mechanic experience in a very long time. Glad I broke down near them.

To get a 5 Star rating your customer service staff should say something more than your car is ready and hand you the keys, turn and walk away when I had some issues with prior service from past I brought up when I came to the counter for my service appointment. (just not a warm feeling) Plus, how do I know where my car is? Last time I was there I had to walk around the sides of the building because the lot was pretty full but I was not sure where to even look. My point is to be a five star service provider, train your customer interaction personnel to deliver above and beyond Custer interaction behaviors. This is called the WOW factor in the customer service world.Service: Oil change

It s no longer a locally owned business. Owner Brian retired, well earned. He had my business for 17 years. It was always personal, reasonable prices and best of all, quality work. Now owned by corporation, prices are up, and quality is far less. I never paid for plugging a flat until last week. I ll be looking for a new mechanic.Service: TiresService: Tires

I came in for a soft brake pedal in April. I was told that I simply needed new back brakes so I got them. It didn't fix the problem so I came back and was told that I needed to take it to the dealership and they couldn't fix the problem and had to pay $135 diagnostic fee that I was not told about on the front end.

I took my truck in at the last minute for an oil change and some other minor work at the end of the day. They called and said my truck was ready by noon the next day. I asked if they could perform a tuneup and fuel system cleaning. They said yes and I picked up my truck the next day.I have been using Arlington Automotive exclusively for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. Great group of folks who really care about their customers. And, their prices are very reasonable.Service: Oil change

Overpriced, final price was hundreds more than initial quote. Then charged an additional 3% for credit card. Been a customer for years, and new ownership has completely changed the business. Won t go back.

The mechanics and customer service reps here are wonderful! They found where my car was leaking, communicated the issue with me, listed out the resolutions and took care of my vehicle. Have taken my cars to Arlington Auto over past 15 years and I ve always felt they were honest, professional and did what they said they d do even when it wasn t the best of news and I had to spend lot of $$$ on repairs. BEWARE that this is no longer a locally family owned business. This business was sold to corporate folks who might not understand the successful business they acquired was accomplished from previous ownership doing customers right by being honest, knowledgeable and honoring commitments.My first/last experience with this new ownership was horrible. Glad to provide any details/clarification to anyone who contacts me for my experience if it helps make your decision on whether to use this business.The manager was untruthful, did not do what he said he would do, and charged for a repair that did not get complete. How can you charge for something you ended up not providing! There were several parts and labor that I agreed to pay IF after diagnosis confirmed his techs suspicions . I d have to pay $150 diagnostic fee to know for sure which I had no problem and agreed. That would be applied to bill that would be over $500 to replace parts + labor to repair.Their diagnosis indicated other issues and I declined that recommendation and I told him I d be picking up in hour or two to take elsewhere. When I picked up and expected to pay $150 diagnostic fee, I was told I owed for full initial $500 because they took extra labor to diagnose. However, they didn t fix, why did I pay for parts that I never received!!!??? If they would have made repair, they would have put new parts estimated at least $200. Though I think $150 was fair to spend hour or two diagnosing, if I needed to compensate by paying little more I would understand. But forcing me to pay for partial labor and 100% of parts I didn t get in my opinion is unethical and unlawful-You can t charge for goods and services not rendered!I hope this feedback will help ownership improve in case you start to see similar feedback or a slow down in business. For the hard working people, I hope this helps make educated decision on where to get vehicles serviced.
