Wendel always goes out of his way to help me. I have several trucks and 2 Corvettes. He will do anything he can to get the parts I need or find someone that can help me. Great employee!!!

The employees at the ardmore location were not friendly or helpful he acted like he didnt know what parts I needed for my car even though I gave him all info & even looked online first to make sure they had it but I got 1 sensor bc I knew what it was. No one would show me or tell me where to find the transmission fluid for my car or oil or anti freeze so I was able to get 1 thing on a list of 6. But I thought someone should know how they treat some of their customers. I wouldn't recommend oreillys especially at this location.or anything just bc of how they treat me everytime I go in.

Colton was awesome , friendly made sure he helped anyone he could. He was quick knew the store & parts & prices like a pro. He definitely gets a 5 star rating from me. The store was clean, it wasn't set up like the other stores so I got a bit confused with placement of things but all together I'd go back or possibly even make it my home store.

My husband and I went to O Reilly s in Ardmore on August 12,2023 and purchased a battery and the only help we received was an employee carrying the battery to my truck . There was 4 to 5 employees at the store and no one offered me any help ! I am 56 years old and I have a herniated disk in my neck and back . You have lost a customer for life ! The feels like temperature outside was 95 degrees at that time !!

I was broken down and am from out of state. My radiator sprung a nice leak and they were able to locate and have a new radiator delivered to their store quickly. I was also impressed and thankful that they were able to give me such a good price on the radiator and they were patient with my vehicle taking up a parking space on their lot. It was also really helpful that I was able to buy all of the tools I needed.Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate all of their help and patience.

Gave them my car battery to charge. And they lost it. Poof! It just wasnt there and it was like oh well! And some woman in there was rude as could be.

Walked into Athens O'Reilly and was met by a very Rude clerk. The day we went in the young man who was working didn't have time for us. We had a return and he acted like it angered him to take it back. It was the 3rd time we had gotten a belt for our car and it was still wrong. We finally got the right 1 at a different Auto parts store. We asked this young man if they had another item to which he replied," I'm not sure" And that was that. He didn't think twice about even looking it up. He didnt want to be bothered. There was a customer standing beside us and that customer looked at us with an understanding look. He knew we had been treated "less than". That customer was then short and to the point with the guy, purchased his part, and walked out. We too walked out. Brownie points for not causing a scene though. These days people love to get loud and cause a scene. As much as my hubby wanted to he bit his tongue. We went to O'Reilly in Ardmore a few days ago and their customer service was much better.

Went in the store yesterday and had a couple of small issues, if it wasn't for Richard not sure what I would've done. Great place to get advice and parts. Everytime I go back I'll ask for Richard, he's my go to guy now.

It's good for an emergency need to buy stuff for your car but if you actually need something really important to check the internet you can find it a lot of times cheaper with free shipping

They are an okay store, they will price match, but AutoZone is always usually cheaper on things. Not being biased or anything, (a lot of people are.) But most things are cheaper at AutoZone rather than O'Reilys.
