I ve been with We Care Auto Care since it became We Care Auto Care. I have to say that Noel, owner of We Care Auto Care, has been one of the best mechanics I ve ever worked with. Their prices are fair, they never push unnecessary fixes, and always give advice with integrity, even if it means less profit for them. I have moved from the area many years ago and I still drive 35 minutes for my maintenance and repair needs. I wouldn t dream of changing my mechanic. They are definitely a relationship oriented business and I recommend them to my own family and friends.

If you got time to wait for them to get to it then bring it there. I've taken my truck a few times and waited at least a week for it to even be looked at, it was a shorted out wire and they first spliced itand it shorted out again, they finally replaced the whole wire (warranty work). This last time I took it I was told they'd look at it the next day, I picked it up the next week without it being touched. He figured I had another vehicle so they can look at it when they felt like it. He said it was like opening a can of worms to work on my truck but didn't even open the hood. If you can't do the job then don't take the keys .If my truck had so many issues I would've taken it to a repair shop. Oh wait, I thought that's what I did. And it was last worked on by them in May, not even a full year and has the same problem.. I took it to the big yellow building on Murfreesboro pike and they fixed it In a few hours and saved me $800. I was woken up from the phone call saying it was done after dropping it off at 4pm the day before.

I'm a customer for life. Most honest mechanics I've ever met! Plus, they just do a great job -- and have gone above and beyond to help. I won't go anywhere else!

These guys did a last minute pre purchase inspection for me on a vehicle I was looking at. They took the time and effort to do a thorough check on the car and were very knowledgeable. Could tell they knew what they were talking about. Very impressed.

We Care Auto Care truly goes above and beyond for their customers! My car didn't start last week, and I didn't want to take it to an overpriced dealer, so my friend helped me find a mechanic instead and we found We Care. They treat their customers fantastically and have empathy towards individual situations and do what they can to work things out so you can get back on the road. I will be taking my car to them from now on if I have problems in the future!

The owner Noel is nice, respectful and knowledgeable about cars. I took my car to WE CARE AUTO CARE because my 2011 Honda EX -L was leaking oil. Noel informed me that my car had 2 valve cover gaskets and they would need to be replaced. I agreed to pay 563$ for the repair although the cost was almost 100$ more than the chain automotive repair company i.e. Firestone. because I like working/ supporting small business owners. Unfortunately approximately 3months later my car broke down so I had it towed to WE CARE AUTO CARE and advised Noel of my car troublesThe battery light was on, it would not go in reverse and several other lights illuminated on the dashThe next day Noel contacted me to advised he received car and would check to see what the problem wasI advised him I do not thing it is the transmission because the car went in drive and reverse when the tow truck driver picked up the car to deliver to WE CARE AUTO CARE also advised him that if it was the alternator I have a warranty.A couple of days later Noel contacted me and advised me the alternator had no output. But that he had the battery on charge so that I could take it back to Firestone and have alternator replaced. I paid him for diagnostic and the replacement of a broken key that was no fault of hisHowever when Firestone took the alternator off my car to replace with a new onethe mechanic informed me the alternator was covered in oil because the valve cover gasket was leaking.Upon hearing this news I immediately called Noel he advised me to bring the car back to WE CARE AUTO CARE because it was under warranty and he would check it.So I took my car back and a couple of days later Noel contacted me and advised the valve cover gasket was leaking and he fixed it again.I thanked him for his service however the concern I have is" How could you not tell the valve cover gasket was leaking when you checked the alternatorbut when Firestone took the alternator off the mechanic said there was oil all on the alternator and he could clearly see the valve cover gasket was leaking as he pointed it out to me" so I have to question the integrity of the mechanic who worked on my car at WE CARE AUTO CARE.My car is running great now.Needless to say I am a littleI trust Noel's knowledge about cars and I would let HIM work on my car againbecause I feel pretty sure that he repaired or over saw the repair of my valve cover gasket the 2nd time. made sure it was completed efficiently.not sure about the other mechanics.

I came in last week with transmission issues and Noel was so honest that he let me know I didn t need the diagnostic that I was originally in for because he knew what the issue was pointing to, so instead confirmed the codes. He was spot on since I found out it was indeed needing a new transmission. He s been a continued help when I would call to ask his opinion on which cars to stay away from when he didn t have to. He met me with great empathy and recommended me to places to look at cars and what to look for. I was very thankful that he was honest and showed integrity, as this has already been a stressful situation. Highly recommend for this alone!

Brought my car here for a fix and they told me I needed a new engine. They said I was looking at 3-4K in repairs OR I could give it to his friend and he could scrap it for 400 bucks. Decided to get a second opinion from my actual mechanic and they fixed the issue for 485 bucks. Make sure you get a different opinion always. Could save you some money OR could save you from a scam of giving your car to get scraped for a very low price. Very disappointed with this place.

Took my car there and they said I had a bad transmission on a 2017 Toyota Avalon with less than 100k. I immediately got suspicious and told him I wanted a second opinion, took it to my other mechanic and he said I was just low on fluid. Very scammy not happy, still had to pay them the diagnostic fee but in reality it was a dishonesty fee.

The experience was horrible because there was price abuse. An exaggerated charge to change the alternator of $ 639.00 Never in the history of mechanics has anyone charged so much to change the alternator. Also, I ended up with more lights telling me to change my sensor. I do not recommend their services to anyone, and I will complain to the BBB afterwards. Hispanic brother and friends do not seek the services of We Care Auto Care, L.L.C. they are cheaters.Ena espa�ol: Noel Hwang es un manipulador situacional y adem�s un tramposo.Noel Hwang is an abuser and opportunist. Happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic here in town. Owner explains things clearly and is honest. I had a repair that he said didn t need to be completed if I wanted to wait. I took it somewhere else and they charged me for an inspection and claimed my car was undrivable when it definitely was.This will be my go to for all car repair needs from now on. It was completely quickly.

Noel (owner) has shown himself to be extremely honest, kind hearted, and cost-conscious during each of the numerous times I have had my vehicle serviced over the past few years.Many other auto repair shops recognize customers who are not car savvy as opportunities to overcharge for unneeded services - on the contrary We Care Auto has many times advised me against unnecessary costly repairs which other mechanics had previously tried to bait me into.The owner of We Care Auto is extremely thorough and easy to understand in his explanation of repairs, and the business as a whole feels very well intentioned and family oriented. I consistently recommend this shop to friends

Such a great place to go when you have any automotive issue. The owner is just so kind and caring. They were swamped with other customer's vehicles, I mean shop was full, but yet he helped me with my tire issue as if I was the only customer there. I thank you so very much. Oh and by the way he is very reasonably priced.

Dishonest very disappointed. They are starting to build a reputation of saying it s better if you scrap it then proceed to try and buy your vehicle off of you very disgusting behavior. Never going back nor do I recommend anyone go here without having car knowledge

The owner, Noel, is great to work with...always patient with customers and very knowledgeable about the cars his mechanics work on. Always answers the phone personally! Prices are reasonable and service is prompt. We have several family members using this mechanic, and everyone likes it!

Go somewhere else, this place is sketchy they tried to charge me for a new engine when all it needed was coils and spark plugs. Always get a second opinion. He "friend" could scrap my car for 300 bucks.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I took my car to another shop and told them what the problem was and told them what needed to be fixed. The shop told me something different and that it would take two days and more money to fix. I took my car to this shop and they told me what needed to be fixed was exactly what I told the first shop that needed to be done. They fixed it right away. This place really cares like their name says. I highly recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't begin to tell you how pleased our entire family is with this business! We have had all of our cars serviced there. Recently I had an issue with my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. It happened to take several times to get the issue corrected.Not only did I not get charged, but Noel made sure it was fixed perfectly, sent a video of what they did, and delivered my jeep to me! Couldn't ask for better service! Would not take my car anywhere else!!!!

Extremely disappointed. Saw the good reviews. Went in with a chk engine light. Diagnosis by others said map sensor. Had the car for 3 days, forgot to call us. We call to check in and got an apology and he removed the diag. charge. Said Nothings wrong with sensor BUT you have oil leak. Almost $700 for valve cover gasket. Another 2 days later left with big bill, sensor not fixed, and guess what? 100 miles later the check engine. light back on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Love this place! I ve gone here 3 times since I ve moved to the area and 2 of those 3 times they have done stuff for free. They don t try to up sell you and are very honest about what is wrong with your vehicle. Noel is great about getting you in same day or as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this auto shop

I have only had positive experiences with We Care Auto. The first time I was fretting about having to replace my brakes (I'm a teacher, so enough said...). the owner checked it out, drove it and let me know that the brakes were still good(He is HONEST). Because of this act of honesty, he became the only mechanic that I trust. The second time he took care of my car, I got a teacher discount (yay!) and he worked with me on a payment plan (MUCH APPRECIATE D). You won't go wrong with We Care Auto! While visiting family in Nashville my Dodge Caravan developed a problem with a cylinder misfire. I chose We Care Auto Care based on some of the reviews I read online and the close proximity to my location.Noel recommended replacing spark plugs and the coil pack on the offending cylinder. The work was done timely and the cost was reasonable. I drove the vehicle 200 miles home and 2 days later an 800 mile round trip, no issues at all. I found Noel to be personable and professional. Noel was quick to call me with the repair estimate and kept me informed during the repair. To top it off, when I picked up the vehicle, I found he had a nice clean restroom.In similar situations like this I hate doing business and leaving with a nagging feeling that I overpaid, undeserved or worse, ripped off. I had NONE of that with Noel and We Care Auto Care. I left feeling very satisfied with the experience.Service: Engine repair

We cannot recommend this shop enough, we had a truck of ours break down from Maryland and this shop worked alongside our service department remotely to get the car diagnosed and fixed. They were extremely honest and professional and help us in a difficult situation.

I have been going to this shop for 8 years, since before Noel bought it from Rocky. Over the last 8 years I've had 3 different vehicles I've taken in for various repairs. Always always always great service and fantastic work. Noel has carried on Rocky's legacy of fair pricing and solid workmanship. I literally would not take my car anywhere else. I've also never had the same issue twice on my vehicles like I know some people have experienced. If they fix it, they fix it right!If your looking for service that is reliable and quality, and prices that are fair (and usually under big name shops), definitely go to We Care Auto Care, LLC.

I highly recommend We Care Auto Care. Great service and highly professional. They fixed my car in a day after it was determined that my car had contaminated fuel. They replaced my spark plugs, battery, and flushed/cleaned my fuel system. I was so relieved that my car was finally back running. The man sold me an overpriced bad tire and then when I asked for help he was being short with me and acting like a smart elect. This is not the first time he has answered the phone or acted like he was too bothered to help or assist. Terrible customer service once he gets your money
