I had an amazing experience at Valvoline. The "Gentleman" working were so kind and patient with me. I was having an "Off Day" brain wasn't all there and had been going through a really bad day emotionally. But they made my day and put a smile on my face. It's been some time since I've had that. Can't thank them enough . I highly recommend them. Their quality of work and team work was Wonderful ..

I felt like I was just being rushed and I was the only one there. I ask for a receipt and they told me that they had emailed it to me and I got home checked it but no receipt. I called customer service and after being on hold for 15 minutes found out that they had a 25 dollar coupon I had a 10 coupon why didn't the young man tell me about the 25 coupon. It seems like to me your service agents need to be knowledgeable. Don't rush your customers.

I came in last week with a leaky oil pan. I had purchased a replacement drain plug and ask them to do an oil change and install the new drain plug. The mechanics did a horrible job, rounding out the hex key way of the new drain pan and failing to properly install the shroud on the bottom of the vehicle. I posted a complaint which they denied and did not take responsibility for the poor work that was done. For a oil change that cost $151 and for work to be done this shoddy and unprofessionally, Valvoline should consider closing this location. I did the repair last night in approximately 40 minutes without incident. So I know that with a little care the job could have been done correctly had the workers been properly trained and supervised

Never greeted. People waiting less than I have go before. They block the lane to bypass in case you want to leave. I used to work at Valvoline, I understand how things should work. Poorly managed location.

Put an extra quart and a half of oil in my car on Friday 7/7/23. Started driving my vehicle 7/8/23 and my oil light came on saying reduce the oil amount. Called the closest Valvoline to us, and they said come in immediately. Had to vacuum out a quart and a half of oil as it was well over filled. Will be contacting upper management as you could have ruined my 2022 engine. Still unsure if there is damage caused until I can get to a dealership that is open!

This used to be my favorite Valvoline :( This week I went just for an oil change and the guy at the computer clearly did not want to be there. He basically ignored me the entire time, didn t run through anything that was due with my car, and barely acknowledged me when I asked if they could put air in ONE of my tires, even though they all probably needed it. He took my payment and never came back, so when the tech told me everything was done and I could leave, I had to ask if he would put air in. I never got an updated mileage sticker or anything.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I took my car for oil change in Friday. The mechanic added oil, but I never saw them wipe and redip the stick. My car shows 15% oil life remaining. Now l will have to take my for oil change again after I had spent 105usd for this shady oil change. My usual place is Firestone and they don't charge this much for oil change. See my black self back at your store, NEVER!!!!!

Worst oil change experience I ve ever had! The crew working there had a terrible attitude from beginning to end. It seemed as if they had a trainee on the topside and left him all alone to do all the work. I am very concerned, because while watching him it did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He couldn t even figure out how to put the hood safety bar in. I had to ask them to refill my windshield washer fluid before I pulled out, they did not check the air pressure in my tires, they had to ask me how many quarts of oil I needed in my truck and they were out of windshield reminder stickers. I will not be coming back to this location and actually really made me lose faith in Valvoline as a whole, that they would let something like this go on

Stopped by for an oil change today. It was a slow rainy day so it was only me and 1 other vehicle. No one did a light check on my vehicle. I brought up the fact that one of my head lights was out and asked them to change it along with the oil change and they said that was fine. Finished the oil change and they told me everything was good to go.It wasn't until I got home 2 hrs later that I realized they never changed the headlight. Now, I do have a fleet vehicle so I understand that not everything is covered. However, there was zero communication about it being covered or not covered. And I was told it would be changed so it's very disappointing to get home and see that it wasn't done. I won't be going here again. I'm not going to trust my vehicle to a team that doesn't communicate.Service: Oil change

The worst experience ever! The guy who took my information to the computer didn t ask me what kind of oil I m going to put. After awhile i saw a price on the screen. They were about to charge me almost $100. For 1.4L engine it s too much. No matter what kind of oil was that. And they kept me sitting in the car (under 90 degrees) for 47 minutes. Never ever come back here anymore.

Came in for a quick oil change & I was greeted by Zach and he let me know of my wait time, which was under 10 minutes. He walked me throughout the whole process and was super friendly. Oil change was fast and efficient. BUT I also needed a tire rotation. The 3 locations near my house all had broken lifts and couldn't do a rotation. How crazy is that!?

Way too expensive. The techs were goofing around a bit too much. They gave me a sheet with stuff to up sell me on next time (didn't explain it) but didn't give me a receipt.

I love this location and I ll continue to come here like I always have. The staff and management are always helpful and you can tell they care about people and their job. They are aces at their craft. It s always a pleasure dealing with them. I have only 1 complaint! PLEASE train your staff on entering in the information on FLEET VEHICLES!!! PLEASE!!! Every single time I come here and there isn t a manager on duty it turns into a 20 minute ordeal. They are completely clueless on the matter. I can t possibly be the only person that brings a fleet vehicle here with wheels/maps as the fleet account. They are nationwide and carried by SEVERAL companies. You should have anyone and everyone that uses the computer here fully trained on this. We have to get our tires rotated on every oil change and those 2 things alone can take upwards of an hour (sometimes longer) and I m sure your customers waiting in line behind me didn t plan on waiting close to 1.5 hours for 1 vehicle. In fact, on this go-round, the 2 vehicles behind me turned around and left. It causes such a pile up every time. The staff is so well trained on very complicated things and are very efficient at them so it s confusing why they aren t trained on a simple point-and-click task. NOT THEIR FAULT!!! They need to be trained on the matter. Other than that-everyone and everything here is great! Very good place to do your scheduled maintenance. I recommend them to the fullest!Service: Oil change

Immediately from the start i thought i shouldve just went to the location off of thompson ln. They get me right! They didnt have my oil here and couldnt charge me the same price as my usual oil. The last location treated me good and was able to do that courtesy. She said she cant. Mm. Ok . Then she s gonna tell me she cant check transmission fluids because the transmission is sealed. I am a loyal customer i go to valvoline all the time for my oil changes and transmission services youre gonna tell me you cant when plenty of times they have!? worst experience ever. I had to go to another location. Here i was tryna make it to work pulled up to bell since it was on the way and i ended up having to take the day off to get it double checked by actual professionals at another location. And guess what they were able to do? Just guess. Yep, they checked the transmission fluid.Service: Oil change

Read reviews before choosing a place to get my oil changed . Went here despite other customers having lawsuits for damages. Happy kind employees. So I won t list names. Slightly absent minded as Services were marked as completed and checked when they were not . Requested air to be put into tires. Employees emphasized what high quality air they have jokingly. Oil was changed for about $100. Once I arrived home tire pressure sensor was on for the first time since buying this new car. The following morning tire was flat on the ground. Called vavoline rep came out and put on spare on. I asked Rep to provide a video that was taken during service. rep advised he would to speak to manager. No correspondence. The following day I waited at Valvoline for one hour outside in the heat outside for my entire lunch break. assistant manager assured that video would be provided shortly . left vavoline with no review of the video despite assistant manager saying video was found. I ve heard no correspondence since. Had to go to Pep Boys and get a new tire Pep Boys informed that they fix many issues from Valvoline and the location deletes videos where they have caused damage to a customers car. There were two giant knife like gouge marks in the tire that appear to be caused by the tire getting damaged in the lift during the oil change .Service: Oil change

Good place to get your oil changed. It takes longer than I thought it should, but if you have time, it's a good place to get your oil changed. Very knowledgeable and they reset the odometer check all of your lights.

I worked with squeaky (when ya got that on the patch on your shirt I have too haha) Jonathan, Jared and Austin. I didn t get to meet Austin because he was the one changing my oil. Thanks Austin! I know it was dirty dirty haha Jonathan was my customer service guy and was super cool. I asked about services and he made sure to educate me and let me know options. Great at holding a conversation too so that helped keep my mind off the hot weather. He made my oil change fun! Jared made me feel super cool with his interest and compliments on my special edition Corolla. He mentioned he had a Corolla and gave me some tips. I have been going to different Vav shops all over Nash for the last ten years at least and by my surprise the Antioch one gave me the best service! Hope to run into this group again next time!
