I visited the Antioch Bell Rd location, the manager explained to me about my car inspection and the employee who changed my oil is very polite and did the job in a timely manner, the manager also have great customer service. Their prices are affordable :)

DO NOT COME HERE.I have been a loyal customer here for over a year and just went somewhere else to get my oil changed this time around and found out they BROKE my oil filter housing by being so rough on it that it is now completely stripped and my drain plug has been leaking since they worked on it months ago by being so rough and caring so little that it's now completely broken.They've made it so no other place can even change my oil and now I'm having to go through trying to file a claim with the company so they'll fix what they broke. I feel so taken advantage of by this company as I've paid to get my oil changed here for the past year and now find out they've broken my car beyond repair and have not been doing a good job this whole time.Also, my tires are supposed to have 32 pounds of pressure in them and the company I just took my car to informed me that my tires had 47 pounds of pressure in them after 2 months... They said it easily could've blown on me and put us in a very dangerous situation. My husband and I have been driving through narrow mountains and roads since we got it done by Take 5 a few months ago and I just praise the Lord for keeping us safe.It is clear they don't care about what they're doing and you may be put in a similar situation by this location.The business is also refusing to fix what they damaged because it's been more than 30 days (I get my oil changed every 2-3 months...), which has led to a more frustrating experience with no customer experience at all coming from their management. The manager was extremely rude over the phone when my husband was trying to calmly communicate the situation and responded, I don t have time for this- and hung up on us. Basically, I can't get my oil changed because of what they broke and are not taking accountability for. At this point, I m over my miles for needing a change and am still waiting for the company to take accountability and fix the situation to be able to get my oil changed again.We've had better experiences at other Take 5 locations but the Bell Road location is one I would not recommend to anyone who doesn't want a broken car and a poor customer service experience.

I had my own oil and filter and they'll chg your oil for less, which I appreciate and why I returned. However this time at the same location as before it was a totally different staff and in spite of no other customer there when I came in they were anything but efficient. I have a K&N air filter and again in spite of their being a sticker on the air cleaner housing identifying it as such and me telling them not to bother to check, they still opened it to check and then had trouble closing it. The oil chg took a bit longer to do as staff jockeyed to wait on them, but no big deal... I wasn't expecting "5 minutes." Once I got home and checked everything the next day, I had a 8-10 inch oil spot on my driveway. I got underneath and saw oil pooled up in a support beam and other supports... The oil pan and seal were clean, obviously wiped. Yet they left residue oil on other areas. This was sloppy work and caused me additional concern and effort to clean and then re-check. I'm not that pleased as a basic oil change should and can be done a whole lot better and certainly not leave oil pooled up on a vehicles undercarriage.

Everyone was extremely nice! I definitely happy with my service. I highly recommend them ! JaRion, Tevin made sure I understand what my care needed without me feeling pressured. It s was a way better experience, then, when I went to Valvoline. I will definitely go back again.

The fellas at take 5 were amazing! They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable! I didn t get the feeling of being up charged because I have no clue about cars! They explained things I may want to keep an eye etc! Great job fellas!

They stripped out the bolts on my oil pan when they changed my oil. I didn t know until it was time for my oil change again. Now I have to get a new oil pan and they are refusing to take responsibility for there mess up. They want to play the blame game and try to say it wasn t them. They were the last ones to change my oil. Stay far away from Take 5!

The employees there had fantastic customer service. I came into get an oil change, and as I was counting my money, to get ready to pay for it, the employee noticed I had a hand full of twenties, and being a cauasion women, people always assume I m made of money, or come from money, witch couldn t be the furthest thing from the truth. (That s just a general statement) but the gentleman, as nice as ever, insisted I need to flush my coolant out, witch was probably true, but he was going to charge me 179.00 and just added it to my bill before I even said yes. Because he saw that money I had pulled out, he was trying to get the most out of me he could. And being a female, they assume you don t know any different, when it comes to vehicles.Last time I was there, I only paid 80 dollars for an oil change, and this visit, it went up to 100. He informed me, the last crew that worked there, was fired because they weren t doing stuff right. Which again, very believable. But I personally, would rather go to a place, where I didn t feel like they were pressing me for all my coins. Fantastic customer service! Maybe not so much on the integrity, to the customer.

Recently I visited the Take 5 in Antioch and received great service. They were thorough and professional and did an excellent job.I definitely plan to keep getting my oil changed at Take 5.

Love Take 5! I have been several times when my mileage said I needed an oil change but they said my oil was clean and I didn t need it yet! They topped it off and I came back at a later date. I had never experienced that anywhere elsevand It happened more than once! I will never go anywhere else!

Charles and Kris were awesome! They went above and beyond and made sure my car was good before Pulling off. I m definitely coming back again. Best take 5 in my opinion!

Before my first visit, I called, and the person or who answered, gave me a $25 coupon and told me they would charge about $55. When I got there, he asked for a military ID, which I did not have because I m not military, then charged me over $100. I won t be going back.

I do not understand why there's only two choices of an oil change one for about $89 for a lower mileage cars and a hundred or more for high mileage cars from this point on I will take my car somewhere else where I can be treated fairly by using conventional oil

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STUPID PLACE OF YOURS, YOU HAD AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS BLACK AND FAT WALKING AROUND TELLING ME I HAD NO RIGHT TO TELL THE OTHER EMPLOYEE THAT IVE BEEN THERE BUT NOBODY HAS HAS CHECKED THE FLUIDS...I HAVEN'T BEEN THERE FOR OIL CHANGE SINCE JULY,2023..I KNOW THIS BECAUSE YESTERDAY 11/11/23 AT 12PM THAT FAT GUY WAS MOUTHING AT ME RUDELY FOR NO REASON..IM YOUR CUSTOMER AND THAT IDIOT YOU HAD THERE TO GIVE ME SERVICE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO BE SAYING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO ME AT ALL !!!!... Had a completely wonderful experience all the employees seem very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable in the environment was completely professional. I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water and pull directly into the terminal I was in and out with less than 15 minutes. I personally was apprehensive of going but now that I have experience the service there I will continue to go nowhere else but there. I also rebuilt cars so I know what good services.Service: Oil change
