I had high hopes. The website advertised several zero turn tractors. I drove an hour and rented a trailer. When I showed up, they said they only had one model and it was $500 more than the one I wanted. Disappointed with the false advertising. Salesman was ok. Acted like a know it all but the rest of the staff was friendly. I probably will not come back up again. Giving this 3 stars because the equipment is really good.

I ordered a zero turn mower from SLE Equipment and I can't tell you what great service they offer. The fact that they upgraded my mower and held steady on the price is awesome. All I can say is they need to teach others how to do business right.Thank you for a great shopping experience.

We purchased a trailer from here. Very high end 45k in price. It rusted all over with weeks. This is less than two months old, never used. Was total junk. They have not been responsive and haven t done anything to resolve other than to buy a new trailer from them. Hum we did supposedly and this is what we got

Not sure they even deserve a star. Bought two custom trailers from them. Great experience and worth the money worth the first one. Spent twice as much on the second one, didn t have a design sales person to get an accurate estimate/CAD, couldn t get anyone to answer basic measurement questions, and this is just before I got the trailer. The trailer went two weeks past schedule which I can more than accept. However once I received the trailer there were so many issues! When I presented them to them they blamed me for not specifically asking for things in my CAD when I did and it just didn t get relayed appropriately. They put tables instead of counters, the water tank and water pump are not under the counter as requested, there is no tie in from the front sink to the back waste water tank, the front space is 6 inches shorter than the drawing, they out in screen doors when not requested, the middle door is missing a window per my request, the bathroom door opens the wrong way, there is no on switch to the water pump just free wires, no hole in the grating to access the oil pan of the generator, no filler neck for the diesel tank which they put behind the generator and not easily reached, no vent from the diesel tank, batteries not wired right and died after first use, no remote on/off switch for the generator, and now the welds just failed DOT inspection I ve had to spend so much money fixing reconfiguring my floor plan to accommodate their mistakes. Now my brand new trailer will be in the shop for another week to fix keep the gooseneck hitch from falling off. I m not one to do this I own a business and know how impactful this can be to have a negative review but this is deserved. Especially when I was ridiculed blamed about these issues. Attached are some of the pictures as proof. With some pics of modifications that had to be made and new equipment purchased.

Bought a stand on mower a year ago. When it was delivered a cushion was cut by the delivery company. Contacted my sales guy he said nothing he can do since it was already delivered. Gave up on them bought $120,000 worth of equipment elsewhere. Due to supply chain issues decided to give them another go recently. Dealing with another sales guy De'Andre who was much nicer. However they didn't want to honor a 10% off coupon on their website. His manager got upset when I asked him to send me over the details of the coupon that stated it was only $10.

We purchased a Gorilla trailer last week. Trailer quality seems good. Customer service initially seemed good and they were communicative, however they failed to deliver the trailer on time the day they promised which was a major inconvenience for my company. Had to drive round trip 2 hours to pick up and when I arrived, it was not ready as they had told me it would be. Overall very frustrating experience and cost me time and money. Couldn't refer them based on experience.

Bought a 6x16 utility trailer online.My Family and I traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to pick up our new trailer.Everyone we encountered from sales to hookup were great and helpful.My 6 year old grandson had so much fun interacting with the staff he did not want to leave.Everywhere we stopped people would ask about the trailer.

I bought a zero turn from them & after my card was swiped they could care less about me .Original delivery date was changed , when I received my mower there was a hole in the seat . They tried to fix the problem by offering me $75 , a slap in the face ! You can't buy a new seat for that price . The next offer was for me to take the seat off myself & they would replace it . That delivery date was changed once again !I finally receive my "new" seat & it looked like it was taken from a used mower & the seat was full of water ! So to fix the problem they instructed me to bring the seat back & they wld replace it . It's a 45 min drive to get there .I took it to them & they just acted like it was no big deal that I had to deal with all these problems . Here's your seat , Bye !Very non professional , I bought a $4,800 mower & they act like I bought a Walmart toy .I def won't be going back & encourage others to not deal with this either !

Was a long process in my case with having SLE build me a custom bbq trailer since I have another business I needed to deal with. Jeremy at SLE was very professional with navigating around my time. He is very knowledgeable with the trailer build and when it was finished I had a few minor problems that he remedied right away. If I am ever in need of another trailer then SLE will be the ones I go back to. Thank you to all the professionals there at SLE

In customer service these days you just about to have to be 100 percent I know that because I have customers myself.. I bought a trailer 5 days ago from them the salesman told me they would bring it to me because I live within the 30 miles after 4 days I called to see when they were bringing it because they never called like they said, so they told me they would bring it Friday no one called so I called there and nobody answers the phone up there after calling about 6 times they answer and say they would get back in touch, nobody called me back so I went to get it myself.. after they bought out 2 trailers that was damaged I finally got a good one and took off it was my first and last experience .

We are hotshots coming out of Springfield, MO picked up a food trailer to take to our clients in Amarillo, TX. SLE employees were extremely helpful. Had to buy a lighting harness, ball, and hitch because ours did not work for this trailer. They helped us get it all switched out and hooked up.

Ordered a new chainsaw bar from sle equipment specifically because they sold the exact same oem part that I wanted to replace.When I finally received it, it was a different part from what was shown on the product page.Updated review:Thank you Cody for reaching out to me and explaining what happened.

Bought a 6�16 utility trailer, picked it up from out of state, and couldn't be happier. Not sure why so many other people complain... Jarrett helped me out and was awesome. Trailer did great for the 7 hour trip home and is exactly what I paid for.

They have a huge variety of mowers in stock. I found the one I wanted on their website and ordered it. They delivered it within one day. The delivery driver was nice and informed me with everything I needed to know about the mower.

What a great place to take your mower for service! I was really impressed with the level of customer service and the final outcome was way above approach. Totally knoweldgeable and professional. Service advisor kept in contact with me notifing me of any additional work needed before performing it with the additional cost. My mower is running just as it came now from where I bought it brand new. Service cost was really really really.... fair. If your thinking of a place for service for your equipment? Here it is. You have some great videos on YouTube and I've learned a thing or two from them. Great Job SLE!

I bought an enclosed trailer and a mower from them. I waited for close to 3 hours for them to get the mower running correctly. Then, when I got home and went to check out the mower, I noticed a lot of rust below where the door closed. The rust is in the hinges also. This won't be an easy fix. I have to take the back door off to get into the hinges. There is also rust on the tongue of the trailer. I went to get the mower out, and it would not go into reverse at all. I had to force it into gear 1st gear. This is a Bradley 36" walk behind belt driven mower. I was told it has a warranty. I emailed the sales representative and heard nothing back. I emailed him again a week later. I finally got a call from a representative of SLE. He offered to send me some paint for the rust. You can't just paint over rust. He told me a representative from Havener Enterprises, Inc. would be in touch with me. They are the maker of the Bradley mower I bought. All that he sent me was a portion of the mower manual that showed me how to adjust the belts myself. I had already downloaded the manual myself because the mower did not come with a mower manual. It only came with an engine manual that was wet and moldy. I was told to bring it back to SLE. I am from St. Louis. I bought them there because they had a good price on the equipment. The mower and trailer are brand new and have warranties. There is a Bradley dealer much closer to me that could work on the mower. But finding a dealer close to me wasn't even an option for the Havener representative. I spent over $12000, and I am getting no help in resolving this brand new equipment issue that was just purchased on March 4th.

They sold me a faulty sink with my trailer. Didn t get back to me for several weeks, told me they would reimburse me, so I got rid of my sink. Then they called and said they would replace only one part even though there were several issues with the sink that I used only a couple times. I lost a lot of many as a food truck you can t be open without hot water. Great company to work with up until the point you pay them, then I don t know, doesn t seem so.

I was looking for a specific zero turn mower for a while, and I found they had some in stock. I called and expressed my questions regarding width (among others) and they were extremely helpful, even consulting the parts department to give me an answer they were confident in. I am having it shipped to Michigan, and the process has been easy from the get-go. Very happy!

We purchased a trailer in June 2023 after seeing it online. We were able to call & make minimal customizations. We had a timeline as we were traveling approximately 2000 miles to pick it up. Our salesman Kip was amazing, he worked with us & kept us informed so we could nail down our travel plans. Once we arrived we were blown away at the superior craftsmanship of the trailer. It was larger & more heavy duty than we expected. Everyone we worked with was kind & helpful. We definitely recommend SLE Equipment for your trailer needs.

I ordered a part for my mower on September 30 2023, yup you guessed it still no part.I was told to give them one to two more weeks well that past now they are saying 3-2024.No updates, I have to make the calls to them after they took my money.Very disappointed!!

I pre-ordered a week in advance for a dump trailer. I traveled from Maryland and arrived with them in the afternoon to get everything ready to pick up the trailer the next morning. When I arrived the next day the trailer was not ready. They had to fix a couple things on the axles. I waste an hour waiting. At the end, the hydraulic level was very low, I noticed that when I got home I had to level it myself, one more thing the tarp pole was missing. I had to travel back that way. Needs to be more professional.

Customer service was excellent!!!Called back about the paint. It is a very thin coat of paint. Looked great leaving the dealership. Caught in rain before it arrived home and you can see the surface rust starting to show. Made a trip to get diamond plate to put over the wood and was caught in rain coming home last 2 hrs of a 21 hr trip. Have only used the trailer to haul a zero turn 2 miles. Trailer has been parked inside a barn with a concrete floor all other days. Dealership gave me the # to warranty for paint. He tried to tell me it was rusting because I took it to Minnesota and back in 1 day during March He said I could bring it by and he would do touch up. They already touched it up once before it left the lot and the paint didn t match. It is a very thin paint coat and not even all the corners of the angle iron were painted on the ends. (Tailgate). For paying $2800 I would have expect a better paint job than to have rust after day 1 and getting rain for 1 hr. Poor quality paint job. I tried to get powder coat but was told it would be a year because they changed powder coat providers.Happy with the customer service.Happy the day I left.Upset Day 1 when I saw surface rust.VERY DISPLEASED when warranty said it is my fault surface rust is showing up because they trailers get abused a lot and it is something I have hauled, scratched, and then said it was the salt from the Minnesota roads in March. (I went up April 29th)

Went to have a rear tire (8") repaired. I was sent to three different locations. When I finally got to right place. I was told to look up at a hand written sign ,that read ""$100 per hour for mechanical services". I was told it would be a minimum of $50.I didn't feel like repairing a tire should be charged by the hour. Imagine it was a car tire.

In my opinion, I had to go through an overly long process to get a refund issued for cancelled orders that I never received. Well, after several communication attempts I ended up having to dispute the charges with my card provider to get a refund issued.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have left multiple messages even with managers with no return call. It's been 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them.
