Joe was great in keeping me updated about the status of my truck. And my truck was fixed in a week rather than the 3 weeks that was estimated. This was all due to Joe arranging for the parts to get in and directing the repairs. Thanks so much! I highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired successfully and in a timely manner!

They kept pushing the finishing date 3 times. Not reliable on finish date. I was lucky I had rental from insurance. If not I would be without car for weeks. Adding updates...they said one of my part hasn't arrived and will call me when it arrive but after plus months went back and the manager said my legal team can see his legal team and he wont change the part. Also they messed up my trunk which was working fine before and now when I told him about it he got upset about it. Definitely not a good place to go... the front part has peeled paint and thats the reason he said they will change when it comes which I really didnt care but now he is trying to shake it off. But they messed up my car and now I have to spend extra money to get it fixed.

My car ran over debris in the road and needed repairs to the front and rear bumpers. These were replaced, earning more than 1 star. The rear bumper license plate holder anchor spots were not drilled out, and I had to bring it back to the collision center to get this fixed.The front engine splash guard was initially slotted in place, but later slipped out of position and started to drag the ground. At the time I looked at it none of the anchoring screws were in place. I would guess that they were either loosely placed and fell out, or else were never placed at all.The driver's side front turn signal now makes a weird galloping sound rather than the normal rhythm of clicking when turning left. At first I thought it was a strange quirk but disregarded it. Over time I have come to realize that the left front turn signal light does not work at all. It does not flash when turning to the left, and it does not blink when all of the other lights blink to indicate the vehicle has been locked. It took a long time to realize this, so I have not had the opportunity to go back and see if they will fix it. I am certain the turn signal worked before because it was checked annually while Tennessee still required an inspection to renew the vehicle registration.To summarize, they did what they were contracted to do (replace the bumpers) but created multiple new problems in the process with very poor quality work, failing what I think of as basic professional standards.

I would suggest taking your car elsewhere. Not only did it take several months initially for repairs to be completely done they didn't do it right the first time. Tyler the manager is awful and just treats you like a number rather than a customer. Sitting there one day and at least 3 customers came back with complaints with prior work done to their vehicles.Very sloppy paint jobs and they will order new parts just to find out they don t work. Place is a complete joke and I would highly recommend finding better options because you basically have to baby them along the process.

The staff was friendly and informative about the process. Alexandra kept me up to date with progress texts. The work was done earlier than expected and the work was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Service King Collision/Crash Champions!

The woman at the desk was very helpful and nice and was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a truly irritating insurance claim mess with my insurance company. Service King was great. The repair looks perfect!! It was a big dent/slice in my back door where it was hit that they fixed.They updated me via text along the way and were finished on time. Professional and I have no complaints.

I haven't gotten the work finished but so far it's a Great place. They did my estimate and worked well with the insurance company. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Looking forward to my car being finished. I like that they have multiple locations to choose from!

The repair was done well. My car was damaged all around because it was involved in a complicated accident, but now it looks like a new one.What disappointed me was the lack of communication. Of course, some parts can arrive late, and the repair can be delayed. But even considering all that, my car was supposed to be ready for pick-up in the second week of March. I went to pick up my car but found out that the steering wheel was still off-center. I don't understand how this could happen because I clearly mentioned that the steering wheel was off-center for three times (when I first dropped off my car, when I first picked up my car in February, and when I dropped off my car for the second time in February)! Probably because my technician was changed to a new person. But shouldn't the technicians be communicating with one another especially when there is a change in technicians?So, I had to cancel my trip to St. Louis, which was scheduled in the third week of March. I thought my car would be fixed by then because I dropped off my car in the last week of January. But in the second week of March, the steering wheel was still not fixed, what a bummer. So I cancelled my trip, which was very irritating. It took another 3 weeks to get the steering wheel fixed. I picked up my car today, and I almost had to cancel my tomorrow's trip to Atlanta too.

I received great service all in one place. I was able to make my appointment online and was asked if I also needed a rental car. The process was seamless and the rental car company even brought the car to me there. I was given an estimate for the amount of time it would take for repairs and they communicated any changes well. The lady at the desk by the door was very helpful and friendly and eased the stress of getting car repairs. They don't return messages or calls my panel is down again for the second time since my car was repaired . Don't get me wrong they did a great job on restoring my car ,just haven't got a call back and I will all give a great referral just follow up on your message,because I talked to someone and left a message..

After a minor accident in downtown Nashville, I took my car to Crash Champions.� They were friendly and the process seemed easy.� It was not to be, however, and I am writing this review after more than two weeks of frustration, having just retrieved my car earlier today.From the start, Crash Champions provided little to no information or updates and was not communicative with my insurance agent either.They took apart the area where my car was hit and did not bother to put it back together.� I had to go to the shop on two different days in order to get them to do so.When I finally got my car back, it was in worse condition than when it had arrived!I drove it home and found loose parts in the trunk that they had thrown in, as they did not bother to reassemble the vehicle professionally.

I took my car to service King in Antioch Tennessee in October. Had it towed there for an estimate and what I thought was going to lead to repairs. I was told that my parts were on back order and it would be sometime around December then it got changed to after the first of the year. I called State Farm today only to find out that service king canceled the order for my parts. I never authorized that and never said that I didn t want service king to repair my vehicle. Service King just canceled the order for my parts, if there was ever an order even placed and never notified me. The times that I have tried to make contact with service King in Antioch no one answers the phone, you leave a message and no one calls you back. They occasionally communicate via text when they feel like it but it s not consistent. I have suggested that State Farm not recommend service King as one of their preferred providers for repairs and in addition to that, I ll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to report service king. This is not at all how you treat customers and not how you run a business, not a successful one anyway. I bet if it were the managers vehicle he wouldn t want anyone to leave him hanging and treating him and his vehicle that way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And after reading a few other reviews, I find it very interesting that the poor reviews, which I believe, seem to be from minorities. Very interesting.

It was my car insurance place for repair. I'm still a bit in the dark as to what is being done (fixed or totaled) and a guess as to how long before I get my fixed car or what. I think more definitive responses after 10 calendar days is not unreasonable. I acknowledge that some of this hurry up and wait is in the hands of the insurance claim dept but information is needed.

I would come back here to have my car fixed. The staff provided great communication of what to expect and when to expect my car repairs to be completed. This was hands down the worst collision repair I have ever experienced. Customer service is non existent and it almost operates like a very small business even though this is a large business. I had minor rear bumper damage and it took them a month to fix it. They don't tell you how long it's gonna Take until after you turn it in and you've already worked it out with the insurance company. Alexandra was my customer service advocate and getting in contact with her is next to impossible. If you're thinking about using this company please do yourself a favor and choose to go elsewhere. They have a lot of locations so it's very misleading ( One would think that professionalism and the turnaround would be at least reasonable). You will be at the mercy of this company without having anyone to speak to that can give you answers.

Worst customer service experience. I visited here to have an estimate done for an accident I had. The manager Matthew came out and snapped a few pictures of my vehicle, didn t touch it, look under it, nothing. I expressed concerns I had on my vehicle that he brushed off. Said there was No way the accident caused the issue. Told me I would have the estimate for insurance by the end of the day. Two days later, I still had not heard from him. I called the location and requested an update, and was told that I would hear from someone by the end of the day. Thursday I called four days into this, and asked young lady, why the estimate was still not completed. She stated she had asked her manager Matthew about it several times already, and wasn t sure why it had not been done, but she would follow up with him again. I tried to reach them again on Monday, but now they were no responses to my phone calls, I had to contact their corporate office, who intern contacted the facility, and I was assured that I would have my completed estimate by the end of the day. Once again, wake up today, still no estimate and nobody s answering my phone calls once again. I have spoken to my insurance company and will be finding another business to fix my vehicle. Would not recommend this service king location to anybody if you actually expect to hear back from them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident two weeks ago and Firestone recommended that I use Service King/Crash Champions on Bell Road. I am so glad I chose them. Angela has been awesome and has provided amazing customer service to me. She has communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on where my car and insurance was in the process of this incident. Definitely recommend this place!

Good customer service. I had a minor accident they kept the car for 30 days. My car is still not fix right, Matt says he has no clue what's wrong with it. I thought Service King Collision was a repair shop where they fix cars. I guess not my car. Now I have to ride around with my a car making noise. I'm so embarrassed to even let people ride with me. Just very sad when a repair shop can't do there job. Best believe they great paid and my car is still NOT fix.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

If you never want to see your car again and not be able to get ahold of the people holding it hostage, this is the place for you! Also if you're paying out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They will NOT fix your car unless your insurance is covering it. They'll tell you this after they've had your car for at LEAST 2 weeks!These people are holding my car hostage for the next TWENTY-SEVEN days even tho they ARE NOT FIXING IT. I found a place that will fix it now, but these people won't put my bumper back on. This can't be legal. Definitely looking into it. Oh and they still WONT RETURN MY CALLS, SO NOW I HAVE TO SHOW UP.

I had my car repaired here, due to an accident that occurred on April 27, 2022. I just picked one of the shops that was listed with my insurance, and that could see me sooner than months out.When I got my vehicle back in mid-June, one of the windows isn't tinted at all and doesn't match the other 3 and my driver side speaker didn't work which is where the damage was, on my driver side. When I called, the mechanic told me to take my car to get the tint, but to call that day so that they "could pay for it over the phone." To me this is totally unprofessional, and no one has ever called me back. They said they'd order a new speaker for my driver door, and still no response from that. The grand total of the bill was $9,510.23 and Service King got their money for sure and have just chosen not to respond to me or acknowledge that all of the work wasn't done. My insurance company told me I had to open a new claim. I don't know if the tint and the radio will cost as much as my deductible. I dreaded writing this, but this has been the worst experience I've had in a long time. It took months to get my car back, and it certainly was not the same way it was before the wreck. I can hear air flow, and I still find glass in my car, to this day. They told me the day before I had to pick up my car (after it had been there for a month) that the pieces were on back-order and didn't know when I could get my car. The guy started YELLING at me. I talked to the manager and he told me to call GM. GM said 1 part was shipped and the other parts weren't ordered. Very unprofessional, would NOT recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

i took my car in Nov. 30th. Asked if they could preorder parts to spare my rental fees. In this day and time I suggest you go somewhere else that will. At the very least use bungie cords until after all holidays. With rental so high and closing for holidays, the price can easily go from $2500 to $4000. They were in touch with me every step if the way and explained completely what they were doing. Were one day late when it came time for me to pick up but that was because the manager noticed one small thing had been undone. They got the rental car people there so I did not have to deal with them or take the rental back to the rental car company. I really appreciated this service as I did not have to fi d someone to take me from one place to the other. So I had got in a accident in my Mazda and tried a new body shop. Service King out did themselves. Not only did they help me out and cover what insurance wouldn t, but my battery had also went out ,in the car, during it s time at service king. They replaced the it on the house. This has been an amazing experience, and will definitely be coming back!
