On the way to work in the rain, wiper blades coming apart like string cheese. Had to stop for blades and figured I'd be late to work having to install them. Robert at the store helped me find the blades, went out in the rain and installed them for me super fast. I actually got to work on time! Great service here!

The worst service I have ever received I work for Toyota as a tech and just bought food at the food Lion next door and attempted to buy product from the store and then my card sead declined and I asked the employee behind the counter if he had be having problems with the machine and he ripped my card out of my hand and proceeded to try it him self and sead you need to put it in harder then rudly slapped my card on the counter and then proceeded to the next customer I then went to the gas station for fuel and my card worked just fine I will never return and to treat a woman that way is very rude and disrespectful

Went to return the battery they gave me because its was the wrong one for my car I got a impala and they gave me a malibu battery. I went in to get my money back and then spanish lady was giving me a hard time and being rude. She doesnt know how to interact with people at all. She kept saying let me give you another battery instead of my money. She also cursed out another customer who was asking me a question while i was waiting in line. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The guy couldn't find anything that said was in stock. He acted like he was high and then tried to charge me for the expensive plugs that he could not find instead of the cheaper ones he finally found. Didn't know intake valve gaskets came separate and I had to show him on the screen which ones.

The store is nice and clean as it is new. Pretty good location easy to get in and out ... absolutely would not help me I just had a question about fuel treatment another customer helped me ... it was over the weekend

Theresa is so knowledgeable about auto questions, and her customer service is A+! She makes coming to this location very easy going. She has the same outgoing, nice persona everytime I encounter her here. She deserves the highest raise O'Reilly's can possibly afford to give her.

I called ahead to purchase a part from this location, told them I was coming from another store and got to the store with 10 minutes left before closing and the door was locked. No one would come to the door.

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE AT NIGHT TO GET A BATTERY. ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE SHORT STAFF AND WILL REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU.ALSO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM COSTING OVER $250 A RUDE LADY AT THE DESK AKA CONSUELA WILL CALL YOU OUT YOUR NAME AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY.

Tristemente, fui con mi mama a tratar de preguntar sobre una Luz que le habian ayudado a poner ahi y que le pusieron mal y desafortunadamente esperamos 30 minutos al manager, El cual no se tomo la molestia para ayudarnos mejor uno de Los trabajadores nos considero , lo que ni elmismo manager quiso hacer con su arrogancia ya que solo nos ignoro y me dijo que por eso ellos no ayudan a nadie, si en su publicidad ellos dicen que te ayudaran pero no fue asi. Tenemos muchisimos conocidos Aqui en en antioch y la verdad no redomendare Mas aqui.
