These guys were very responsive and respectful, especially Dillon. These guys will go to bat for you to make you happy, regardless. I had an excellent experience, and they did a good job on the paint! I know it's not perfect but it's pretty damn good for a $3,500 paint job. I highly recommend this location!! I had Maaco completely repaint the roof of my 2009 Honda Accord. The paint exactly matches my factory color and looks great. They completed my car when they had told me it would be ready. I am very pleased with their work.

2023 Kia Carnival with minor damage to rear bumper. I found the prices at Maaco very competitive. Had 2 other quotes for this repair and Maaco was the best, by quite a bit in fact. Ordering parts took a bit ~6 weeks but Bryce is great, he reached out a few times just to keep me up to date. Once parts did arrive took 2 days for repair as promised. Car looks brand new. And they gave it a thorough and much needed cleaning inside and out. That was so nice my wife said wow we should wreck the car more often ;-) Would absolutely recommend this Maaco to family and friends. Maaco will be my first call for any future auto body repairs.

If you would have seen our van prior you may not have even drove it to the shop. We were unsure if we should paint it, however the price was right and the owner was straight up honest. After the painting we were shocked, more like my wife was shocked. The van look fantastic! They even went the extra mile in the prep work and the cleaning when they were completed. There is no reason to even look at buying another vehicle for now, we can keep it for another couple years, saving us lots! Thanks so much to the people there at Maaco!

Despite the hiccups dealing with a VERY slow and rude insurance, Dillon & the Maaco team helped me get my car back looking as good as new! Dillon was seriously my life saver during this whole process! I highly recommend Maaco in Antioch for any body repair/ paint needs!

Long story short. I took my porsche in for rear end damage and it took them a month vs to them telling me one week. Then when I picked it up my car was louder than it was when I dropped it off. I am still waiting on them to correct this problem.

Hit a damm deer carcus on interstate doing 70.i went shopping around 3 different places, all wanted to charge me $800 n up for just front bumper repair, Maaco Antioch did for $530, i was surprise the color match exactly too! Jim was super cool. save yourself time n money folks just go here.

I was very dissatisfied with the paint job that I received. They painted my bumper twice. That was the only thing that they had to paint. They could not match the bumper. I was told that the paint sits differently on plastic. I was not satisfied with that answer. If that wasn't bad enough you went around my car showing me spots and places where you said the paint did not match. As if it was justified what you did. My question was if you could see the paint didn't match there. How is it that you didn't see that the paint that you put on my car did not match? You tried to tell me that it was just a shade off. But it wasn't and you knew that. The other places on my car that you were pointing out I couldn't tell that the painted didn't match but however the part you painted on my car was very noticeable. I could really tell it was too light for my car. You went as far as to tell me. I have very good eyesight. Didn't think that was funny. Oh and also communication not good.

Dillon at Maaco was awesome. He was upfront with me about the ordering process and that it make take more time than originally expected. A very kind and considerate staff all around. So many things I didn t expect. My car looks and smells brand new. Like the day I drove it off the lot when I originally bought the car. Thank you guys for everything you do. I am in disgust with this location. They pushed my repair months out and then when they executed the task they messed up the sensors on my Lexus IS350 2021 and the job is not finished. The job they got paid over $1,000 was an attempt but was not resolved. I went back and they said the paint only has warranty but my invoice has parts listed. I feel like as if I m being brushed off because I am a female. This location is terrible and I really wish I never set foot here. I can confidently say I am a very unsatisfied customer. Please do not visit this location.

This location was a pleasure to work with! Dillon, Stephanie and Jim consistently provided exceptional service. They were always professional, thorough, very responsive and kept me updated with detailed information regarding the status of my repairs. The repair and paint projects were completed within a reasonable time and the finished work was done very well. I was in a minor accident a while back, and due to the amount of business they have, I had no complaints whatsoever with their service. When I did get my car back, I was extremely happy on how great a job they did. Jim was great at communicating and understanding. Great work Maaco! Jim and his team took great care of me. They were up front about the time frame (a few weeks given the damage from the accident), but they handled everything, billed my insurance directly (my insurer has a direct relationship with them), and my car is just like new! VERY nice, very honest, great experience! I was hit in December..maaco got me right in within 2 weeks and my car looks brand new! They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Jim, Bryce and Brian are an amazing team!

A friend of a friend recommended this shop after we had some storm damage in the area. A tree limb snapped off and destroyed my windshield. There was also some damage to the roof and hood. Though the repair took a little longer than promised, the job was 100% perfect and the prices were fair. Communication was also free flowing. I would recommend David and this shop again and again. Job well done! Thank you!

This is late but attests to the excellent work this shop does! I was rear-ended a year ago & I was worried since it was my first accident that my trunk/backup cam wouldn t be the same but it s like the accident never even happened. This shop was so easy to work with & so accommodating. The work was fast & they kept me updated from drop off to pick up! I honestly hope I never need to use them again but if I did I know this is the body shop I would choose again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently hit while driving home, and as a result had to take my car in for repairs. I chose this Maaco because of it's great reviews, and they did not disappoint.In a previous job i worked hand in hand with a lot of body shops, and while this one may "look" like a normal body shop their attention to detail and dedication to do what's right far surpasses what i have experienced in the past.Jim, and his team (shout out to Jose for fixing my taillight today) deserve a heartfelt thank you for the excellent work they do, and for the obvious pride they take in their job.Great place, and excellent staff.

I had some minor damage on my bumper and just wanted a quick estimate. David came out with a cup of lacquer thinner and fixed it on the spot with no charge! I know not all fixes are that easy but he was honest with me and I appreciate that! I will definitely give them my business again and recommend them.

Very nice staff really great to deal with. Scheduled an appt got in pretty quick. Communication went well. Got my car back and it was brand new again. I have absolutely no complaints with anything except that super tiny parking lot that can be hectic workin yourself in and out of
