Shocking!!!! Today, April 10th,there were employees convincing me and that they only change oil and filters using their own product. I came with my own original oil and filters. Citing their management, they refused to change it, because policy, explaining that they only use their budget options. I found this strange since throughout the year at other Jiffy Lube branches, I changed oils about 15 times using original oils and filters. I went to the next nearest Jiffy Lube location, and they changed it without any problems. I only paid $55.99 for the labor. I called several other Jiffy Lube locations, and they told me it was a lie and extortion, like it might employees sell their products from the outside. Friends, be carefully if someone trying to sell that you don t need.

Kind and quick. Greeted both me and my toddler with a smile. They made sure I knew I was welcome to sit and have a water from the mini fridge and that I knew about special promotions/coupons.

Went in for an oil change and was told my coolant was low so they charged me an additional fee to top it off and didn t even fill it up to the line they barely put any in it! Also they will ask you about a million things you didn t inquire about when a person needs an oil change THATS ALL THEY NEED . I would not recommend this location at all

Expensive $135 for oil change only, also not even inspect the vehicle properly. I will never go there they just ripped me off.

First of I'd like to say the gentlemen working here were very nice BUT I only ask for an oil change. They took my in cabin air filter out and it had some leaves in it. I told them i had a new one and would replace it myself. (Again i only ask for an oil change) they proceed to put my old filter back in but turn it upside down and all the leaves and debri were dumped into my A/C fan. They later come in and tell me that i should have my brakes and rotors changed and did all they could do to try to sell me the parts. (Once again, I only needed an oil change) I understand it's a business but nobody wants to be harassed while they're getting a simple oil change done. I probably won't be going back. I usually change my own oil but just didn't have the time. Won't make the same mistake.Service: Oil change

These guys were SO GREAT!!!! They walked me into the office, held open the door, made recommendations about what to do and not do for my car, vacuumed my car and gave me a $15 discount. They were so friendly and much more chill than normal car guys. Definitely coming back in 6k miles!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Second time coming to this place, they cracked the oil pan. Went back to see what was going on because my suv started leaking oil. They told me oil pan needed to be retapped but it wasn't that. They just cracked it and didn't say anything, they just didn't care. Don't go to this place.

Called to get a price on getting my vehicle s oil changed. The person who answered the phone sounded like they hated life. Also, he could not tell me which oil my car takes. His exact words were. I m not certain. I called Valvoline and they knew exactly which oil my car takes and were extremely friendly. Valvoline even offered to send me a coupon. Sad to see Jiffy Lube like this.

I normally get good service. I go for oil change service guy notice my temp gauge not moving and overheat display light on. For some reason they did not fill my tank with antifreeze and it was very empty. I thought they would at least fill it if empty. Next day my engine light came on.

I had a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change. They could not take a a card so I had to go get cash. I asked for the oil change and tune up. They changed the spark plugs but they did not do a tire rotation nor did they do the window cleaning or anything. I am not even sure they changed the spark plugs which they had me go get and charged me $70 bucks to put in. Disheartening. I use to love Jiffy Lube for their customer service and really loved their customer service protocol so much I tried to emulate that in my own profession. I am extremely disappointed.

They were cool. I feel they tried to jack the price of my oil change up because I'm a female. Usually cost around $60 and it was almost $85 at Jiffy. So I pulled out a $20 off coupon and it all worked out fine.

I love my local Jiffy Lube! The service is excellent and quick, and the people are so kind. I had a lovely conversation with Mister John today while they figured out some silly things with my car. I ll have to swing by and say hello more often!

Excellent Jiffy Lube experience. I went 6/15/20 at around 11am - the team was super fast and thorough, and fixed a problem with my oil gasket of which I was unaware.On top of that, their waiting room is SUPER clean, which I appreciate.

I called this store after sadly being declined from another oil change place. I own a Volkswagen Jetta and it s hard to find a place that has everything. The workers here informed me that they have everything they need to be able to get it done. So I drive over like one would and found two workers in the car smoking. One comes out and says that s a Volkswagen Jetta we don t have the oil filter for that . I proceed to say you just told me you did . The other worker comes out of the car and says oh you re the Volkswagen Jetta. Heyyyy . At this point I m beyond upset so I roll my window up and I hear them LAUGHING at me. What the heck! So owners of this place, whoever was working around 2:15pm on Sunday October 23rd they both should be talked to about how to treat customers.

Went in for an oil change using the Groupon deal, I was extremely impressed by the service. One of the mechanics even greeted me the moment I stepped out of my car and lead me to the waiting area. Service was prompt, I was in and out in 30 minutes or so. All in all, I would highly recommend this jiffy lube. Cheers!

In good hands here. Shop manager Donny is a great guy very knowledgable and will always give you great advice. Honest mechanic who will always try to get you the best price as well. I"ll be coming back for all my auto needs. Dylan is great as well highly recommend.
