Do NOT believe any of the pictures or anything you read about this new dealership. Absolutely horrid. This place isn t even ready to open for business. All of what you see is of the OLD dealership downtown, which wasn t much either !!The staff, management & OWNER need to charter an aircraft & visit the Genesis dealer of Appleton, Wis. Mr Bergstrom HIMSELF would not step footIn this place. Absolutely disgraceful !!! Pull into the driveway and what s the first thing I see is a spot where a dumpster WAS all surrounded by wood & gates & there is more trash on the ground from people that just don t care. You call THIS a Genesis dealer ? I would love for the CEO of Genesis to see this place right this second. The owner should have his dealership taken from him !!! If it s not polished & ready - do NOT open the dealership !!! PERIOD !!!! And please keep Genesis apart form your Hyundai business. Your not doing yourself any favors by combining the 2. AGAIN take a tour of Genesis of Appleton & tell Mr Bergstrom your dealership is nice !!!

Got my car fixed here in 2022 after an accident. They kept my car for 2 whole months (March 10th to May 5 or so) and did a shoddy job + didn t even replace 2 things that were damaged from the accident. Then I called the entire year trying to get it fixed and all I got was the run around so I just gave up. They suck at answering the phone and don t work weekends so they re pretty much useless if you work mornings

Had a great experience with the service department at Hyundai of Hickory Hollow. At first, I was a little confused, but this is the new location for the dealership that used to be on Broadway. So the building is being renovated, but the people are great. Everyone was so friendly, starting with Jamal. He took the time to answer all my questions and go through every line on the service order. Definitely made a huge difference in building trust.

Our salesman Joseph Wallace was amazing! He is extremely nice and we had issues getting paperwork being a weekend. His professional attitude and calm demeanor really helped make a stressful situation very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend Joseph.

I changed this rating from 5 to a 1 star. I got a flat tire this weekend. Hyundai is saying they can't get me in for new tire for 4 months. Oh and I was told last time they couldn't get me in for an oil change for months that if I went anywhere else it would void my warranty. I love my Venue, but avoid Hyundai of Hickory Hollow like the plague if you don't want a panic attack every other month. How am I expected to drive around Nashville and/or on the interstate on a spare tire for 4 months.Finally got to Emily, who said she was on the phone at the actual dealership. She pretty much told me I could walk in and wait and maybe they could get me in. Then hung up on me when she was going to get someone else to help me. She told me that it was basically the same as going to a doctor's office. That you have to go wait if you need to be seen that day. Although, honestly at a doctor's office if they can't see me that day for an emergency, I can go to the ER or to a dock in the box and it doesn't void my insurance. And usually the doctor's office if it's an emergency can get me in within the week... not 4 months later.It is almost impossible to talk to someone directly. And if you go through Hyundai's "service" line, they can't get anyone either. The manager's voicemail isn't even set up. They promise to have someone at the dealership call you back. But so far no luck with that. Oh and when I asked for the service manager I was told he was out sick today. Because of course he was.

Do not bring your vehicle here for any maintenance!!! I came in for scheduled maintenance and have been back 6 different times in the past 2 months. They totally screwed my vehicle up and I just pray there s no long term damage. We re now going to try and replace some other part!! I just want my vehicle back to how it was before I stepped foot into this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR MAINTENANCE!!!!!

My husband and I had the best experience at Downtown Hyundai on Broadway in Nashville. Kevonte and Malik were the BEST to work with. Top notch salesmen and were patient with me while I was making my decision. The gentleman we worked with in finance, forgot his name , was so knowledgeable as well. We live in Kentucky and I would definitely make the trip back to work with them again!

I brought my car in for a recall item, which they took care of very quickly. That's great, and the service rep was professional and friendly. While they worked on it, I got a text that recommended I replace the air filter for $50 and the cabin air filter for $80, saying they needed "immediate attention." I passed on both and looked at the filters when I got home. The cabin air filter was a little dirty, so I shook it out an ordered a new one for $20. The other filter didn't need changing at all. Both are remarkably easy to replace yourself, and there are YouTube videos that will tell you how. I understand dealerships need to make a profit, but the "immediate attention" line and the extremely high prices make me question Downtown's honesty. I'll go back, but I'll think twice about their recommendations.

I went in stressed about having to go through the whole routine of getting a new car and was immediately put at ease by my salesperson, Drew. Great person to work with. Really everyone I encountered all the way through finance was a pleasure to work with. Overall, a huge relief and a genuinely great experience from beginning to end.

Malik Santiago is a superb salesman and representative of Hyundai. Totally professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Was intending to buy a Tucson but after discussing with him decided to go for the Calligraphy. He made the sale because I trusted in his advice. Great experience. Will go back to him again when I'm ready to trade-in in several years.

This is the worst Hyundai dealership service department (or any other shop for that matter) that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Actually I m an insurance adjuster for 20 years who regularly works in shops and with service departments but my son who lives in Nashville has had 2 separate bad experiences from these rip off artists. Once when downtown and now at this new location. This time it has a radiator hose leak (needs a new hose) but the vape smoking woman in service said she would not quote the job or allow the tech to open the hood to inspect it without a payment of $209 .period. Please save yourself some grief and avoid this location at all cost. Hyundai please do some research on customer service and hire appropriately!

We were looking for a used vehicle for my son and Joseph and the team were wonderful! Ended up with a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek and vehicle has been perfect as we've owned it the last couple of months now. Coming from 1.5hrs away, Joseph was very helpful and communication was perfect! He was able to answer all our questions, send pictures and videos, and walked us through the entire process!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Hyundai Tucson from Nashville's Downtown Hyundai dealership. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Joseph Warren, my sales person. I didn't feel pressured at all, but was able to negotiate and make a deal that I was happy with. I highly recommend them.

I have owned many different cars from many different brands. My Hyundai Palisade is one of the best cars I have ever owned. However, this particular dealership is THE WORST and really not worthy of representing this brand. Everything is substandard from sales to service.I received a call from Hyundai that I needed to make an appointment because the car had a recall for the windshield wiper system. I made an appointment for this recall, and received numerous appointment reminders from the dealership. After I drop the car off, they told me that they could not repair the windshield wiper system under the recall because they did not have the parts. How silly that they would schedule a service for a known problem and not have the parts ready. When I confronted them about this deficiency, they seem to believe that this is a normal operation.

My girlfriend s Hyundai had the alternator go out related to a recall campaign just sent out, so we had our Santa Fe towed to this location to get it serviced right before Christmas, knowing it would be a few days before it could get looked at. They moved locations the same week anyway, but a rep *promised* us they could get our car in that week and told us not to tow it anywhere else to get it looked at. We then went almost two weeks without hearing back at all even with numerous voicemails left, just for the service manager to - quite frankly, rudely - tell us today that it wouldn t be able to be looked at for another three weeks. They also refused to tow it to the other dealer, so we had to arrange a tow for it - again, even when they said they could for sure get it in to be looked at. We should ve taken the horror stories we ve heard about this location seriously, but we didn t and now we re paying the price. Take your car to ANY other Hyundai dealer and save yourself the time, money, and exhaustion. The actual manager of this location was cordial on the phone, but if the service department is any indication: this dealer is worth steering clear of, regardless whether they moved locations.

Bought a 2014 ram 1500 from them. The staff was very nice and made the process easy but the reason for the 2 star is:The service staff neglected to let me know the upper control arms on the truck were completely worn out and almost off their position, the brakes were smoking because the brake caliper was completely stuck on the right side. The tires although they say have to have 75% tread or else they will buy new ones were almost completely bald so bad that I slipped down a hill last night. The truck also had a check engine light on 5 minutes after I drove off the lot which was the lines above the gas tank were chewed threw.So after spending 3 grand to fix the big issues all I have to say is anyone buying a used car from them have it fully inspected by an outside source before buying or else you ll be spending lots of money.

Had a great experience here from start to finish! Just got my Genesis GV70 and Drew couldn t have been more thorough and helpful through the whole process. With weekly updates and troubleshooting with delays, I constantly felt cared for. 10/10 would recommend!

Don t waste your time! Two stars because they used to be good.I have taken my car here for service for the longest time and have had great service.I recently had service done and some items were not completed. I was concerned that other items were not completed and called and left a message. I waited two and a half business days and didn t receive a call back. The receptionist said that no one checks their voicemails. I left a message for the service manager to call me back. The service representative called me within an hour. I expressed my concerns to her and she took a tone with me and started arguing. She also said that she gave me a ride to work when I actually dropped my car off the night before service. I attempted to see if maybe she had the wrong person but she hung up before I could finish speaking. I called back and a different receptionist picked up the phone. He tried paging her, another service representative and the manager. No one took my call. I left another message for the manager to call me. I don t know what happened to that woman today that made her argumentative but it does not warrant hanging up on customers. Go somewhere else for service.

Well I was looking at a 2021 palisade. My wife picked on out and we put our deposit down to hold the car to come in. They were flying out of the lot before we could get one. Well Bob(our salesperson) kept us in the loop the whole time. I was frustrated that I had to wait almost 2 and a half months for it. They kept their deal with me with my trade in even though I put more miles on it. Also because I waited so long they threw in the weather mats for me. If I was staying in Tennessee and needed a new car again I would go back to this dealership hand down.

This is a delayed review but an important one to share as I couldn't recommend this dealership less. The car we purchased from them in 2021 has been nothing but a headache! They sold my husband and I a used hybrid with the wrong standard battery installed, which caused the hybrid battery to run down and fail in just under 3 years since purchase. Additionally, sold us on a "lifetime warranty" that isn't actually real. Lastly- when purchasing our car I went in to sign my paperwork after my shift at the hospital and the salesman had the gaul asked me if I was high because my eyes were red! I was so offended but wanted to get everything over with, so I just moved on. I regret that, because now it's just salt in the wound that the salesman insulted me while selling me a car that has been nothing but a headache ever since. I have never been more unsatisfied with an experience, and I am paying the price for their poor judgement and unethical behavior to this day.

the woman at the desk for hyundai service was very unprofessional. She is rude. Her body language and facial expressions communicated that her life is miserable. When I said good morning, she doesn t even respond back or make eye contacts. Her unprofessional attitude will discourage costumers from asking proper questions. Awful.

Kevonte was a great sales rep there at this location, already had the vehicle gassed up, washed and ready to go! He made us feel comfortable along with the rest of the staff! Everyone at this location helped us decide what s best with the purchase of the Santa Cruz we decided on and have not regretted the decision at all. We love our new vehicle and plan to have it taken care of by these guys as well.UPDATE 12/14/2024Since my visit it was time to setup first scheduled service, I needed to make sure about the interval. I didn t t get to speak to anyone immediately but had to leave a message for Meagan in service. She called back and left a message for me as phone didn t ring. I returned call and couldn t again immediately get through to anyone that could answer the question in any department. after spending time getting tossed around I was put in the phone with Meagan, after asking my question, not to my surprise was asked if there was a question and then asked to repeat it a second time like they weren t even listening which I asked , then was hung up on. It s unfortunate but i don t think this location wants to help keep a good name on what they sell since that s the normal attitude. I couldn t speak to anyone about the issue so this is where I will leave my grievance.

Ive gotten numerous emails asking for my experience with the service at Downtown Hyundai however my car has been here with no progress being made on it since November 18th. I have a loaner car from Hyundai so I'm hopeful at some point they'll want their loaner back and give me my car back fixed but I have gotten zero updates on when that will be.

SHOUT OUT to Matthew Redfern in the Service department at the Hyundai Nashville, downtown location. He went above and beyond for me at my annual service appt. It was extremely appreciated because he didn't have to help me but he did. That is the type of service that makes a person want to be a repeat customer. Thank you Matt for being GREAT at what you do.
