I had an 11 am appointment at Kia Hickory Hollow, expecting a quick service. Unfortunately, the long wait and what seemed like a lack of urgency from the staff left me quite dissatisfied. They told me that the service will take around 1 hour but I had been waiting so much longer. This caused a terrible experience for the third time. It's essential for them to address these issues for better customer experiences.

From the very beginning of my service experience, things did not go well. My boyfriend and I both had very hard times simply communicating with the service department, including multiple phone transfers and being hung up on every time we called. Once we could talk with someone, we got inconsistent answers as to the status of my vehicle and what was being done to it. I initially went in for a 60,000 mile tune up, and was quoted an outrageous price of $1800, which is not what is listed on the Kia website. They also let my vehicle leave the service shop with the check engine light on. After coordinating a second service visit, I had to pay for even more services that weren t done the first time. I felt like my service wasn t genuine and I will make sure to never take my vehicle back to this Kia dealership ever again.

We went in last Wednesday to get a key programmed. We did not look at the price at the time of checkout because we were in a hurry. Later that afternoon we had a concern about the price and tried calling that same day. No response. Called a few times on Thursday. No response. Called 10-12 times on Saturday no response. Our service advisor finally contacted us back by the time we got to the dealership 2-3 hours later (we had to leave a message with SALES). He was not helpful at all and we were told to contact the service manager who was out sick and gave us his phone number. It was not his phone number it was the dealership phone number (which is the number we had already been calling). We called Wednesday 2-3 times (no response). Thursday they responded to our third call of the day. Their voicemail is full so you can not leave a message when you call. It is almost impossible to reach the service department if you have a question or concern. A concern that should have been handled same day or one/two days later, we are still dealing with more than a week later. If this is the service you want, then by all means go to Antioch Kia.

The sale associated shane was good i was treat well until i drove off, i was promised they put a front plate mount never happened, Shane no longer works there so no one knows anything about my front mount and when I call no one picks up

I have not been there but I have seen it here on maps I saw a cross in the temple and that for me is not right because Jesus Christ is not on the crossNo he ido all� pero lo he visto aqu� en maps vi una cruz en el templo y eso para m� no est� bien x que jesucristo no est� en la cruz
