Denny is the best! When my engine light came on and reduced engine power I was so worried and stressed. I messaged Denny and he was able to get my car in the next day and talked me through the whole process of what would happen, making sure it was under warranty and then what the fix would be and time frame. Communication was great the whole time. Thank you again for your patience and professionalism!

Been to this service center twice now. First, for a problem with my gearshift and then a flat tire. They are super quick at ordering parts and getting the service done. They are upfront about how much something will cost and they genuinely care that your service is done correctly. Frank is great and has been very helpful!

10/10 Customer Service! I recently took my Chevrolet Traverse to Freeland with lots of service work to be done. My service advisor, Frank, went above and beyond! I dropped it off on a Monday to be diagnosed and Frank called me the next morning with a lengthy report.There was oil leaking from the front engine cover and Frank was able to verify the parts and service would be covered under warranty. The catalytic converter also had to be replaced along with other various routine maintenance services (radiator flush, brake service, etc.).Frank advised they had the parts in stock and could get started on the repair s same day. He was very thorough and very proactive at providing updates. He was able to put me in a loaner car until repairs were completed.The complete turnaround time for all of it, diagnosis and repairs (which the entire engine had to be removed to fix the oil leak) was 3 days! My entire service experience was phenomenal and I ll never take my Chevy anywhere else!Thanks so much Frank!!P.S. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take a vehicle to Serra Chevrolet in Rivergate. It was the WORST customer service experience I ve ever encountered.

I started coming to Freeland when I was having trouble getting a quick appointment at my prior service department. They have been great to work with very clear about what is going on, frequent updates on progress, and fast/efficient work. I had a pretty comprehensive engine service that they managed to get done in a day so that I didn t have to go all the way home; then I got brakes and fluids done (with Frank) in just a few hours one morning. I ll definitely be coming back for both my routine needs and anything else that comes up.

I ve consistently had great customer service from the team behind the desk at Freeland Chevy Service. Frank Marshall was my service provider this time and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I took my 2012 Chevrolet Equinox in for an oil change and dealt with Frank in the Service department. He was like an old friend, so courteous and friendly. He made my experience so worth while. I was very pleased with Freeland Chevy and Johnny's super quick availability to bring me in first come first serve for an oil change. I had a negative experience at Chevy of Murfreesboro when I was told I had to wait over a month to schedule an oil change. So, I was very grateful for him and his amazing customer service.

Frank helped us out greatly. We took our family car there to fix a transmission problem. It was under warranty and Frank dealt with all of that directly. The warranty company tried to have our part replaced with a used part from a model that had more miles on it than our car. Frank argued with them to eventually get a new part approved. Will use again.Service: Transmission repair

This happened in January of 2021. I knew what I wanted in a truck and saw one on line at Freeman. They assured me they had it and I drove over 100 miles ready to buy only to find out they didn t really have it and were going to try to sell me a different one. It s no big deal to them that they lied to me, but it cost me over 200 miles worth of fuel and a half day wasted out of my life. Don t believe a word they say, they re natural liars. One star is one too many.

A had an appointment, but when arrived told may take a few hours due to behind schedule & a member down. Less than a hour, I was told my car was ready. Taylor was great and staff nice. In addition, overheard good music playing from the showroom.

Had an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9:00. A week and a half ago they still haven't looked at my truck not happy at all shouldn't set appointments if you can't get the vehicle in!

Just for oil change and alignment to take three hours to change the oil and fix an alignment and then my car alignment is not good and also waste my time .

I recently took my car to Freeland Chevrolet Service Department after having taken it to 2 other places and no one being able to diagnose the problem. In no time at all Freeland was able to find and fix the problem. Jonny in the service department was amazing. He was very open in communication and keeping us updated the whole time. We got the car back and it is running like a new one. They offered us top notch service and repairs, but working with Jonny had made me decide on being a repeat customer of Freeland for all upcoming service and repairs. Went to get my Oil Changed and Tired rotated. My car had no previous issues before taking it in. Had a scheduled appointment at 12pm and it took them 2 hours to get my car done (now i know things take time but i ve never had to wait 2 hours before for a scheduled appointment else where).When they finally got finished with my car, i had asked how the Oil was when they changed it and the guy at the counter said they would ve told him if anything was wrong and i got a written signature that everything was fine. I asked about the tires being rotated and they said that went well, they were balanced and filled with the correct amount of air pressure, from there i went about my day. The next day, i m driving home from work and anytime i m above 55mph, my steering wheel begins to shake, a lot. I had to pull over to make sure my tires weren t going to go flying off because of it.I brought my car back in, told them everything and was told we don t do tire balancing when tires are rotated because it s a different service. Then WHY was i told my tires were balanced and they were not. On top of that, my driver side front tire was 7 POUNDS over filled with air. All of my tires could be at or around 35 but my driver was at 42.They took my car in to fix the issues and balance the tires. After about an hour and a half, they told me i could go, no charge, and told me when they test drove my car they felt a minor brake pulsation (which is a possible warped rotor)if i m getting my oil and tires done, and given a multi point inspection, why wasn t i informed of the rotors at my first visit and why were my tires not filled correctly. and to top it off, none of my tire weights are new, they re the old rusted ones from before and it just seems they rotated my tires back instead of balancing them.i own a chevy and it makes me not want to deal with this business again. i won t be going back.seems like a lack of work ethic and people that don t care to do a proper job. i d expect more from a dealership but i guess not.Services: Tires, Oil change

Within 6 hours:Searched online for truck & found one. Contacted dealership confirmed vehicle still available. Traveled 1 hour to get there. Found a better truck @ better price. Finalized deal. Left for home in new truck.Great staff & service. What more could we want.

Went to get new key fob. Price was good but they wanted to charge 165 to program. One if the service technicians did it for free for an old vet.

Sitting here for 3 hrs and still have no car! They are trying to change my tires and they are keep saying it is done and its not done yet!Very unprofessional, very rude, only the service Dept manager Sean is nice but pour guy is trying to make every customer happy but with the lazy customer service it is in possible, They are very careless, so sad!!!
