All the employees I dealt with were helpful and courteous. I especially want to recognize Salah for being so kind and helpful in trying to diagnose my problem and offer solutions. I also spoke with Jim who took time to explain what cause d my problem and make recommendations for future maintenance and prevention. I also very much appreciate that your store is so close to my home.

I have a nail in the rear tire on the driver side, my wife brought the car in and according to the manager she told them to check the passenger side, after 40 mins they didn't find the nail on the passenger side and decide to change the valve and charge her 32.76 for the service....she assumed they patched the tire and went home with a deflated tire on the driver side..... I brought it back in the next day and was offer to have the tire patch for FREE(I think I paid for the patch that they didn't patch and they phrase it it free) .... not sure if they know this but the vehicle will tell you which tire need pressure.....

I made an 8 am appointment for Vehicle Inspection Service, which included tire rotation and also had an oil change. Associate found a coupon to use for $15.00off. I waited in the lobby. Service was quick and professional. The other findings and suggestions were emailed to me.

I called late morning to get back brake service work done and they fit me into their schedule and completed the work in a timely manner and my car is driving better. I always get my work completed at this location and will continue to. They do awesome work!!

I appreciate the quick service and the communication on service options. The team was able to get me scheduled next day, and got me in and out at my appointment time. I was able to work from the lobby which was definitely a bonus. Everyone was kind and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. I will return for future maintenance. Thank you!

Please don t come to this Firestone if you are a women! The worker at the front is so mean and treat you like you are stupid if you don t know what needs to be done to your vehicle. Also they are very rude and unhelpful with discounts that you have. I left in tears and really needed my car fixed but he was so rude I couldn t stay. I don t recommend this place to anyone! ZERO STARS

Was driving from Chicago to Florida and hit a pothole on highway. Tire was bulging so we stopped at shop they took us in and changed tire even though it was 20 minutes till closing. Great service!

A complete SCAM tried to charge me hundreds of dollars more then needed. BEWAREWent in to put on new break pads (because I tow often and like to keep my pads fresh) I just had my rotors replaced a few months ago.I was told they would not be able to do just pads and had to do rotors too. I told them I just had my rotors done and was told they couldn t do just pads. They sent me out the door without even looking at my rotors. I called corporate and we spoke to another store who said they CAN replace the pads by themselves as long as the rotors aren t threaded.. WOW.. go down the street instead this location because they will just scam you into spending WAY more money.I even tried to make a complaint with corporate before I wrote this and the store never responded so now we re going public since I ve been completely ignored by this store.Also DO NOT get their inspection. My husband inspected his car that day too and they told him the front tires needed to be replaced.. he just replaced the front tires and the back tires are way more threaded. He went in for BREAKS which are vibrating/grinding and they said they were safe... Moral: they didn t look at my husbands car and made up the inspection report because if they did they would have noticed the breaks and back tires NOT the tires we just replaced at their location a few months ago DONT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Came for an alignment, tire rotation and balance due to off center steering wheel and vibration. Waited two hours even with appointment. Alignment not performed correctly as steering wheel still off center slightly. Vibration diminished but still slightly present when braking. Returned for alignment correction and decided to add brake inspection to verify if that is cause for vibration when braking. Also, tire pressure light came on and requested they inspect tire too. Was told to arrive @ 1:30p. Arrived on time and after an hour had to ask a technician why my vehicle was still in the parking spot i left it in. Tech apologized and immediately moved my vehicle in the bay because of course it was vacant for awhile. After another hour they pulled my vehicle out of the bay and into the parking lot. Tech comes in to advise alignment complete but no brake or tire inspection. After 2 hours they failed to complete 2 of my 3 requests for service, 1 of which was due to an unsatisfactory alignment. Only consolation offered was to have me wait longer for them to complete. After being told the brake inspection would take longer than the tire inspection, i opted to stay for them to complete the tire inspection only and return at a later date for the brake inspection as I had to return to work. This took another 30-40 minutes. This is all while marketing for being Right On Time is plastered all over the walls. Laughable. Will not be back.

I paid for an inspection in my car, and everything was good until i turned it on and drove it. My brakes were BAD; the pedal was way too long, and my break fluid was leaking, it caused my brake light to turn on. I came back and they fixed it but all they did was put more brake fluid on it, they said they didn t do anything to the car, just took of the wheels and put them back, but the manager was just evading me and told me if i wanted it fixed i had to let them have it until the next day; for a single error that they committed and i paid for, which just messed my car up.

I made an appointment for 9:30am today (Saturday) for an oil change, tire rotate and balance. I left my truck there but it wasnt finished until 2:30pm. I picked it up at 5:40pm and notice it felt like the front tires were unbalanced. I stopped a few miles away and after inspecting the wheels, I discovered I could turn all the lug nuts on the front passenger side wheel with just my fingers. I called the store at 5:50pm to advise them of the problem. The person asked me to drive it back there then or to bring it back in the morning. I asked if he thought that was a safe suggestion to drive on a loose wheel. He said no. I asked why he would suggest an unsafe activity. He then bacame confrontational and agitated. I advised him it was not his place to get angry with me and that I had the right to be angry because they returned my vehicle in a manner that was unsafe to drive. At that point he hung up. Lucky I an capable of operating a jack and lug wrench. If it had been an elderly person not capable of fixing the problem or able to recognize the issue to begin with, the outcome could have been catastrophic. Its also noteworthy that the store representative made no attempt to apologize or expresss any concern for the unsafe condition my truck was returned to me in by Firestone.

The guys are really nice but didn't follow up with me as they said they would, I didn't like that. I made my schedule based on what I was told and cancelled my appointments anticipating I would get service. I lost an entire day because no one called as they said they would. I called 3 times, each time I had to call and follow up with them. I would have given a higher rating if not for that.

It's a fair price, I called around. This location is smaller and less staffed than some of the other ones like Harding place. Recommend making an appointment. They open at 7am. I was going to wait, but decided to get an Uber and come back. Reasonable nice waiting area with restroom and wifi and water/coffee. They did my brakes in a few hours and they call with the price before doing the actual work. I cannot complain they were so nice and did the work quickly and for a market price.

While traveling to Nashville from Texas, we picked up a screw in our tire. So this morning I set out to find a Firestone to get a new tire (just put 4 new tires less than a week ago). After going to the 1st Firestone that was closed and a 2nd that only had 1 employees working, I ended up at this one. Went in and Sam pulled up my account. I explained we are traveling thru and he said he'd take care of it. From start to finish I was out of there with a brand new tire replaced under road hazard and was on my way!!!! Great customer service and my service tech was helpful as well!!!! Thank you Sam and crew from our Texas crew!!!!!

Got 4 new Pads and Rotors installed, wheels squeaking when driving and grinding when braking.There was no problem before getting the install. When I called to get an appointment to get the problem taken care of, I got upsold to buy even more services from them.Go somewhere else for brake jobs because apparently they don't know how to put a wheel on a car correctlyService: Brake service & repair

I had a great experience here! I worked with David who was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and did everything in his power to get me the best deal. I often feel pressured at these types of places and like an 'easy mark' since I don't know a lot about cars. However, this was a totally different experience. He took the time to explain everything and provided me with options. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend this location!!

I went last week for checking my car for balance. Then I heard the news that my engine oil is bad. What the? I just got it changed the week before from a somali car dealer Nasir auto over murfreesboro. I could not believe it. They showed me some dirt. Well I said okay let me change it although i did not believe it over 100 dollars. Now after a week i see the oil warning over the dashboard. I took it to a mechanic and he told me it is empty and needs new oil. Hmm. I told him the story. Well go talk to them or buy from autozone it is cheap which I did. Then the warning disappeared. I saw that there was some oil but was black. Hmm. I suspect as soon as I left they called me back and firestone told me my car is ready. They were procrastinating that they need to wait for oil cap screws to arrive because my dealer tampered with it so they do not want to risk legal suit. But why would you call me back instantly. I asked the guy if he put good oil he said ya. But now I had to do three oil changes in a span of two weeks.The guy returned my 100 dollars.

Was NOT pleased at all with this location. I figured since it was a big name plus it was close to my house i would have my car sent here. BIG MISTAKE! I get outside to get my car after i got my keys and noticed my back 2 wheels look different. I go back in and ask what was going on with the back 2 wheels. First he tells me they were scratched them studdard and said oh no there was 2 hubcaps missing. So i called the tow company that towed it there and they had pics showing all 4 of them were on the car. So they probably broke them and didn't want to pay for them. So now i have a car that looks ridiculous with 2 different hubcaps. As much money as they make I'm sure they can be honest and buy me the ones that they did something with.

Had a blowout with a Hertz rental "not even a year old" had to pay for tire and Firestone replaced it but did not put spare back in place and didn't put a valve stem cap back on not happy with Hertz or Firestone

My dads car broke down while driving through TN yesterday and he was towed to this Firestone. They had his car up and running by later that afternoon! Very fairly priced and Tawny helped him out immensely! Great service, thank you!

I had a flat tire so i came firestone to get a tire and they pulled my car in the bay and had my hatch poped up and going through everything in my car to look for my lug nut key and i asked them why didnt you just ask me to get it for you and they said we do this all the time. Steve is very rude and told me i should of had it out already but they took my keys so i couldn't get it.bad business i will never go back there.i would not recommend this place to anyone and Steve needs a attitude adjustment or not work there at all. He's not professional at all and is very rude and gets a attitude . Do not go to this place very unprofessional and bad customer service. They need a zero star.i will never go back there and i spent alot of money for one tire there.and they also got grease all over my car and i have a white stripe on my car and they ruined it.

I didn't have a appointment but chris was able to get my car in and fixed right! The lead mechanic KHALIL got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner! Tim and Khalil were the only techs I saw in the shop and they were working good as a team to get all the vehicles completed by end of the day. Thank yall so much!

All I needed was a little air in my tires, but the attendant that helped me had AMAZING customer service. I wish I knew his name. He was extra sweet!
